I've searched through the FAQ and can't find a way to see this. If it is on the profile screen I must be blind because I can not see it. If you see someone that you might be interested in and they haven't been on in awhile there is not much point in messaging them, imo. My City & Online My State Indicate Online Now, and if the User has Instant Messenger enabled in the Mail Settings, shown as IM User. You will also find a new recently added IM Link at the top left of any opened E-Mail of your Inbox.
