If you are searching for People who have previously E-Mail blocked you, and you try to add them to your Favourites List, you won't be able to.
Likewise, if you are adding Users with Hidden Profiles, accessing their Profile via the Forums, they may not show up on your Favourites.
And if they "Add" OK, but are gone a while later, those Users you have added removed you from their Who Loves Me List, if they haven't deleted their Account or been removed by the Admin.
Your Favourites List will display up to 100 Users, the Rest fade out of View until you either delete some existing Users or they Log back into their at a later Point. Thus if you have been adding Users who haven't logged in since the last Ice Age they may not show up on your List, since the Favourites and Who Loves Me Lists are sorted by .
A rather remote Possibility, nevertheless another one. Your added A User whose Profile was deleted, but not the actual User Account, resulting from massive Errors generated by that User trying to rig the Voting System utilizing automated Bots or other similar Types of Abuses. Such an Account may still show, but you likely won't be able to add them to your Favourites List.
The Admin testing/adding on additional Features such as another Mail Setting Restriction without telling a blessed Soul is probably the last Possibility.
