have also known people who forget to delete thier images before they cancel.Then this leaves the perosnals free to continue using your photo to entice people who want to meet you! Watermark your photos with an expiry date clearly visible, upload a new image with a new watermark expiry date when the old one runs out, this should stop that practice,unless match.com would then strip layers off your image.

Ashley madison does some sneaky things also. They have their clients wink option set to respond by default . So if a paying client sends an inquiry to a nonpaying client that paying client will get back a wink from the nonpaying client (in a form letter style) saying they are a nonpaying member but will accept an invitation if the paying client starts the conversation. The paying client then starts a conversation (at a cost - credits) and the nonpaying client has no idea why they are being contacted,(because they know nothing of where to turn off the wink responder). Sneaky at the least.

If you agree to send random winks when signing up then what they are doing isn't out right illegal but in the mind of the consumer it sure is. You may be correct but they would have to explain in their TOS that the agreement to send random winks are used as bait , if not then common contract law may very well dictate that the TOS rule did not define it's parameters, rendering it dead in the water as a defense. At least that's my two cents.

Both of these suits seek class action status, what do you think? I think you strike while the iron is HOT. 1) Do a press release, include as many quotes from the NYDT and BBC PR to max exposure. 2) Include in privacy policy that POF unlike some others does not employ date baiters. That alone will generate tons of eyeballs this way. 3) Order more servers, you will be needing them, two more should suffice? 4) Hold on and get ready for an influx of Yahoo and Match people.
