Who do you blame, the dog who turns on its owner or the owner who beat the dog and turned it vicious in the first place? Its that uncaring, "too bad for you" attitude within our society that produces criminals and drug addicts in the first place. Negativity produces more negativity.

Perhaps if you started pointing those fingers at those running the system, demanding they make sure EVERYONE has a place in society with dignity, and no one is allowed to fall through the cracks, and cold unfeeling, uncaring corporations and institutions werent allowed to ruin people for profits, we would have less who turn against society in the first place.

Its all cause and effect.. If you cant see that, you're not looking. Or perhaps you dont want to see it.

You dont have to approve of someones actions to feel sorry for what happens to them. People make mistakes and do misguided things. People arent perfect, none of us are.

"Let he who has never sinned cast the first stone!"

I dont approve of people speeding because it put others at risk, but i would still feel sorry for them and everyone else involved if the were killed in an accident. Its called compassion and empathy. And i say that truthfully because my best friend was killed by a drunk when i was teenager. And i dont hate that person for killing my friend, and i dont think he deserved to die. The whole thing was simply tragic. We as a society should be looking at how we can keep it from happening again. How we can keep people from committing crimes in the first place.

Perhaps when we do, we'll stop producing criminals, and in the worst case, Hitlers, Stalins, Dalmers, and any other broken people you want to mention... Its because of cynicism, lack of empathy, apathy, selfishness and greed, that we produce people like this in the first place. We infact create our own monsters and criminals.

Prep H is for rings under your eyes, it reduces the swelling. Same thing it does when used elsewhere. Cucumber and Potato also works for the eyes.

Dry skin, hate to say it but cod liver oil works, yeeeck (actually any fish oil will help) I mean ingest it, not put it on your face lol

Chaos theory and calculous explains it pretty well. We steer our own boat, but there's always an element of chance, and the influence of outside sources. I personally believe in luck for this reason. :)

CPU Usage on task manager

cpu usage is from programs running in the background, anti-virus scans, update checks, all sorts of reasons for it. Also viruses and spyware can cause it.

I think you misunderstand, no one is condoning wrongful actions, we just dont take glee in someones demise, regardless of why or how. I would never say someone deserved to die, or they had it coming. And i would do what i must to protect my child from danger aswell, but i would still consider the event tragic.

Personal responsibility goes hand in hand with social responsibility. When people are treated like they dont matter, and no one cares whats happening for them. Then why would you expect them to care about others or society? None of us knows what drove this man to do this.

"The Hijackers who knew what they were doing and willing to die for their cause = NOT TRAGIC"

No the fact they are brainwashed from birth makes them the most tragic of your examples..
