Thanks for the tips too, I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. Not looking for a magic fix, I realize there will be a lot off hard work and effort involved... I have never put much research into weight loss... I'll make sure to do searching on the forums for tips. 20 pounds is EASILY doable in 2 months with the appropriate diet, nutrition, and supplement plan.....

wow the ignorance here about this subject is ASTOUNDING......of course the ECA stack works. And Ephedrine is perfectly fine when not abused by morbidly obese people. It is however a SUPPLEMENT.....you have to workout and diet appropriately as well

I train every muscle group once every 5 or 6 days depending where my rest day falls. Something like climbing though, you should be able to do every other day at least, like cardio, which you can do everyday

lol having a big head is simply a compliment to me. I have what i've built and have more than enough mental faculties to put 99.9% of the earth's population to shame so why wouldn't i be proud of it. as for the other accusation of me putting down any fatty type girls....i've never done anything of the sort, i don't associate them, but i've never hurt them either. I don't associate with anyone so saying i've done negative things to anyone's self esteem is absurd and i'm shallow because??? because i respect and admire in others what i have within myself when it comes to working out, taking care of your body, and building it to it's highest possible potential? I've tried everything even weight loss surgery and I'm still morbidly obese. Sometimes the old crap about diet & exercise don't work that's an excuse....diet always works, if you actually eat right. But very few do. Perhaps you and anyone else that thinks this should watch biggest loser a couple times. They do it, which means it's possible. as for the OP.....she would have to make that choice herself....although i can't fathom why for the life of me some people will stay in that state.....they're not gonna make the changes unless some catalyst forces them to. My aunts are perfect examples.....

And if you have no respect for yourself (fat people) then how can you possibly have respect for others. I was a complete fatass until 9th grade.....and i fixed myself and will never let myself go back to that. And anyone else can and should do the same. well i'm not nearly her age so i can't suggest. I don't know if she wanted the kids or not or if she was ready but given the age i would think she prolly was, but then again i'm guessing there's no husband...granted i have no idea why. but anyway...If i ever have a wife she'd be back in the gym ASAP to get the body she loves back. And if a surgery is needed for stretched skin....which i would doubt, then we'll make that happen for her....period

I like the idea....especially for people like me that have standards that essentially no one meets and i will never settle for less. Granted porn seems just as good of an outlet...but if you've got the money to spend then hell yea. Sorry, Stank, but I think this is TERRIBLE advice. Althought admittedly i don't watch porn, I wonder if the male predilection for doing so isn't what is CAUSING the problem. Porn is mostly made for men -- THIER fantasies. What women like/want isn't generally the prime directive. Thus, if men are learning about sex/pleasing women from porn, they are mostly likely being misled. I mean, seriously, the point of porn is to get men off, which is usually compeltely different than how to get women there. i don't agree with this at all.
