Well let me give you an older man's perspective on this. Are you freaking kidding me.!!! The upside potential for this is huge. You have two hot sisters after you, one of whom or possibly both, go both ways. You are way over thinking this my young friend. To heck with the living situation. Go for both of them. You are only young once and the almost unthinkable ultimate fantasy is withing your grasp. Don't even think about moving out. I am betting this is not redundant. One of my Co-workers, who is on POF, died suddenly last Sunday. I was thinking. I bet nobody knows her password etc. I mean if I died I guess my profile would age out and be deleted at some point. So is there anyway to notify,POF some one has deceased. If you did how would you prove it. does it really matter? Thinking out loud here folks?

I will give you my answer based on my experience as the Plant manager of a manufacturing company. As long is she is not in discplinary trouble for prior absenteeism problems, then she should be fine. She said she has sick days to use, and she is getting laid off in a couple of months, so if she wants to take day so be it. The way it works is that you usually know when you are in attendance trouble and the first discplinary measure is never termination it's usually a written warning followed by, suspension days leading to termination.

I use to be a manager at a Kaolin mine. Well long story short is that this stuff can get mighty slick as it dries , especially in the winter. Subsequent to that, it was not uncommon to see someone really bust their back ends. When they did I mean we really rolled on the floor laughing as soon as we knew they were not seriously hurt. Of course when you were the one busting it, the first thing you always did was look around and pray no one saw you.

The sad fact is that both parties are pouring it to us. The Repubs had 8 sides years to fix this country, and instead choose to spend and expand government like a bunch of drunk sailors on payday. So we elect the Dems for more of the same on Steroids. If your broke you can't spend your way to prosperity. Both parties want us at each others throat, so we will not pay attention to how bad both parties are screwing America. Almost all political arguments now days are like this " Yes I know my party did so and so bad, but what about what your party did". What happened to simple ol' right and wrong!

There is no "right," per se, to healthcare for any of us. More accurately, I believe there is an "expectation" that the most powerful and wealthiest nation in the world would not be so calloused by its capitalist structure that it would permit any of its inhabitants to die in the streets from starvation, lack of medical care, or lack of shelter from the elements. And I would add that I agree, if you are sick, elderly,Mental ill, young or otherwise not bale to take care of yourself. If you however choose not to work and expect others to take care of you, and you choose to die in the street. So be it.

Now see Vyper we can play nice when others play nice. We just don't like being insulted and accused of being something we are not. That was a good post. As for Obama. I think he is one of the most charismatic people I have ever seen. He just oozes that charisma that almost puts a spell on you. I came very close to voting for him, and actually liked him better than McCain. I don't like Obama's socialist tendencies. I think we need less government and more self reliance. Less people sucking off the government Teat, and that includes the wealthy. On a positive note for Obama I like what he said about, let's talk to our enemies and find out what is wrong, and see if we can fix it. He caught a lot of hell from the religious right for that which surprises me, because the bible says-- If someone offends you go and talk to them, if that does not work go back with a brother, and if that does not work bring them before the church. I also like the idea that we need to hold CEO's responsible. However we need to do the same for the labor unions.

I have been threatened by a White Southern Sheriff for having black friends, back when it was not "the in thing" to have black friends. I have been reprimanded by my commanding officer, for firing my EOO NCO, who admited he was a bigot and then starting an affirmative action review team that actually included African Americans, I could go on and on but I think you get the point. The civil rights movement was part of my life, not some do good liberal mantra I picked up off PBS. Unlike you I do not subscribe to the theory of the hobbled black. They are jsut people, no more no less and refuse to treat them differently because they are black, which is the ultimate form of Liberal racism. The real truth is that most of us Whites and Blacks get along just fine, and that scares a lot of people to death, as times slowly change. As my 80 year old deep south mother commented the other night when we were watching a documentary on Selma. " Wow we really treated them badly and the worst part is that we thought we were right". Yes Mother.. Yes we did.

I was a network engineer for a few Years, and I am sure you have heard the one that ends with, just box the thing up and send it back because your too dumb to own a computer. Lady was basically complaining about her computer not turning on. After 20 mins of troubleshooting, the tech asked her to check and make sure it was plugged in. She said she could not because it was too dark to see, due to the power being out. PICNIC=Problem in Chair not in Computer, also known as a ID-10T ,error.

As for you confederate flag comment, I don't think I have ever committed on it. In fact I was consulted by the Person who introduced the bill to change the confederate flag in Ga, and I told him I thought it was time for a change, not because it is racist in and of itself, but because so many fringe white groups had made it that symbol. It had become a symbol of segregation and hate and no longer needed to fly over our capital.
