I had a great time at the wild side tonight it would have been nice to have seen Mike and Sue but it was awesome seeing everyone again. as most of you know I am going to be a grandma in 2 months (one hell of a sexy grandma at that) so for the next little while if i don't come out to gathings please forgive me. I will be coming out again soon.

Hypothetically speaking if you ever had a family member get really ill and you were the only primary care giver that they wanted , would you be able to put you whole life , friends, social gatherings, work, your own immediate family on hold for as long as it took and as tough as it might be ?

Well Ed , I stayed home , well not even my home ....my mother's due to family illness , its been like this for the past 6 weeks but you know i would like nothing more than to just go out on the weekend with that someone special or even with friends just to have fun.

I like Mr. Turtle have had shaw for all now for about 2 yrs and i have not had a complant yet, I did have mts for all before i have found the tech support is not always helpful and my service went down alot more.

I agree with Nomad and PP on this my views on the topic are bring back the death penalty for the crimes that are deserving of it aka murder and rape . But with today's technology i beleive finding the correct perpetrator of the crime would not be a hard task , but can not be done on the whim or say it needs to done by calculated testing of evidence to find the person or may it be persons responsible for the crime. And something that amazes me is i was actually a witness to a violent crime a few months ago and when Winnipeg's own forensic unit and investigating team came out to get the evidence one of the officers was taking evidence samples and she started shaking her head when i asked what was wrong she replied " with shows like C.S.I. and Law and Order you would think criminals would be smarter about how they do things and stuff they leave behind". It made me kinda giggle but then i thought if our criminals are this dumb what does that make our justice system....... not alot better.

I had a blast skating last night , yes Virginia I did skate and no falling , but Metrosexual Male said I couldn't skate on his rink unless I had wrist guards , so I wore them , God i hate those things but I hate broken wrists even more. It was good to see everyone come last night and I was glad it looked like everyone was having so much fun.

Thanks to Wild and Sue for welcoming us into his place last night and always, thank you thank you thank you, have a nice trip in lousianna, Thanks to Oops and Streamer for putting it on, to bad you were called to work Streamer. I had a wonderful time last night and was glad to see so many new faces, I am glad to see Louis is back, it was so much fun last night bringing in the new year with so many good people. Can't wait to see everyone at the next gathering. Don't know if we will be able to find another place as good as the wild but we will surely try.

m and ms it is a great post, and i am sure there are a lot of guys that would agree with you I for one as a female have a male friend like you talk about and it was agreed from the start of our friendship that we would always stay good friends, and we have. I always look for the best in a man , and the true nice guy in him. If i don't find it i move on, except for the ocassional one that slipped through my fingers, if I see it i stay to meet the real guy under the facade (if there is one, some guys put them on). But this is an excellent view and voice from the male prespective.

Welcome Sweetsheba , let me introduce myself hon, I am MsChickie40 i am the silent co-party host and I think that bringing bannock would be great hon, we are also having a gift exchange which is you a buy a gift for a woman with a $10 limit , put it into the exchange and you get a gift, we also have a hamper for wpg harvest, the details are on the manitoba fish pond , if you need the link to get there just email myself or emerald or dano.Decorations are needed and bring yourself you can bring up to 3 friends if you like. at the partyjust come up to Emerald or myself and introduce yourself and we will introduce you around , if we aren't running around like chickens with our heads cut off.
