Do as she ask, and take it slow. But make sure she understands if your going to be there prove to her that not all realationships have to be the way they were for her in the past. Comunication is key and allow her to open up to you, just make sure its what your wanting because is sounds like she's had enough heartache and theres no need for you to do it again to her. Like everyone else has said "good things are worth waiting for".

I believe if you both are wanting to continue a relationship you two should be open about it, ask him about it and be open. You might be suprised on what he actually says and things may end but at least you'll know not to waste your time but it could be the opposite too. But with any relationship a good line of communicate is a must and if you have questions the only way they will be answered is by the actually person.

I enjoy being vocal behind doors but I don't exactly display it other wise. Although I find it irratating when he won't say anything back; only have it happen once but, does that mean he's not into it?

Yes def. you need to turn the page and leave before you end up getting hurt more. Especially you know already but really don't want to believe it I've been there and it seems nice especially if you two get along well.. but its not worth it... and not worth the time.
