It's inherently primal, but it's affected quite a bit by what society deems attractive or sexy. In the US it seems as though we have a fixation for boobs. I'm also attracted to women who wear clothes that accentuate those parts of her body. OP, I think it's too easy to classify men, or women, as being into one part of a body or another. You're referring to a PA, or Prince Albert, piercing. The OP may not have that. He could have a number of different types of piercings. Announcing changes to a website is standard fare for most site administrators. The same should apply here. It's not difficult coding a page that lists updates or changes to the website. I don't come on here to chat on IM, per se. But, it's a nice feature to have on a site such as this. It's also available on most free dating websites that are live currently. Some sites offer it to you for free, some require a small fee, but all in all, it's there to be used. It would seem that from reading these posts that a fair number of people would like to see IM returned. If that is the case, then it should be returned. Give the users a decent FAQ that tells them how to use IM, among the many other features here on the site and then you'd likely not have people complaining to the site admin about unwanted IMs, emails, etc. More information for the users will make them all the more happier in the long run, helping to generate traffic to the site and money in the back pocket of the owner.

Interesting dilemma. Personally speaking if I couldn't tell in 5 years, I would let any confusion or anger subside. Discuss our options as a couple and our hopes for potentially having a family. Its obvious she should have told him. More importantly, she should have inquired from her physician before getting married if she was able to have children. As a child she had surgery. She knew about it. She should have mentioned it to him. But, what about the feelings they had for one another - if he loves her and she loves him, then why not stay together? Of course, couples counseling is in order as it seems both are suffering from depression at this point for plainly obvious reasons. But, they have a physical and emotional attraction and that matters. As for attempting to have kids now - adoption is clearly a good choice. There are a lot of babies out there who are without parents for whatever reason. Ideally, they could adopt and start a family after they've resolved this issue. If he or she, or both of them, can't resolve the issue, then it's time to split up.
