You should never EVER claim to be a nice guy. Me, I'd describe myself as a nice guy, but most nice guys out there are really just ****s. Just because you're open about your feelings, and you blah blah blah, that doesn't mean nice guy. The term nice guy has been "tainted" to mean something else.

For me, I always try to reply when I get an email from anybody. Even if I'm not attracted to them at all, but sometimes I just don't, because I'll get one of these: "Your hot." Sometimes I'll reply saying thank you, but when I feel like there's no reason to I just don't. But I ALWAYS read them, to not read one would and delete it is just rude.

Or maybe he's just embarrassed to show any interest in a woman (unless it's sexual) while he's around his friends. There's a lot of potential reasons, but the only one that knows the actual reason is him. So why not ask when you two are alone?

Run some laps, lift some weights, eat right and then see where your confidence goes. At least for me, my confidence depends on my appearance. The more in shape I am, the more confident I feel. I'm telling you THIS IS THE SOLUTION. Even IF your confidence is still low when you're in shape and looking better, more woman will take notice, therefore giving you more opportunity to "practice".

Yea she did kinda fly off the handle a little bit lol. I'm not sure though... it doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me but at the same time it does. She might have just felt threatened because we went from seeing each other 3+ times a week, to maybe once every other week. I had moved across town and I was barely making enough to keep myself fed, so it didn't leave much for gas money. And if she DOES have feelings for me while she's dating someone else, they haven't been dating long. She may have had the feelings all along? We dated longer than they've been dating (albeit we didn't date that long anyways).

About 8 months ago my ex and I had broken up after dating for about 6 months (not long, I know). At the time she had thought I cheated on her, but now knows I didn't. It was over a picture on myspace of me giving a girl a kiss on the cheek. I'd been friends with that girl for years so I didn't see the problem. So me and her ended on bad terms, but a few months later we started talking again, now we're very close friends. She's had like 2 bf's since then, and currently with somebody else. She doesn't really last with any of them, and her current bf of a months, there's already problems. The other day I was over her house and everything was fine. I took her out for ice cream and yea, we just had fun. To the point, it seems like every time I see her or talk to her our relationship gets brought up. We'll talk about it for hours sometimes, and its always good things. I never bring it up its always her, so that makes me think maybe she still has an interest in me. On a side note, I got her a promise ring, cheesy I know, shut up lol. She still wears it every day. Am I reading too much into this? Does it sound like there's still some type of interest or is she just kinda reminiscing on the good times?

Ok here is my workout: Warm Up: Step Touches Arm Raises Sim Rope Jump Shoulder Rolls Neck Rolls Marching in Place I would warm up for about 10 minutes Upper Body: Bicep Curls Tricep Dips Dead Lift Chest Flies Shoulder Press Overhead Pullovers I would do 10-15 reps of each per circuit. Core: Crunches Oblique Crunches Captains Chair Plank Back Extensions About 15 reps per circuit, about 1.5 minutes for timed workouts. Lower Body: Lunges Static Wall Squats Step-Ups Plie Squats Calf Raises Again 15 reps per circuit, about 2 minutes for timed. Cool Down: Calf Stretch Hamstring Stretch One Arm Reach Hip Flexor Tricep Stretch Quad Stretch Childs Pose Lower Back and Glute Stretch I would do upper, core and lower 3 times each. Then followed by cardio. My cousin who is about to go professional for MMA trains like this, only does more circuits. So maybe I shouldn't be training THAT hard.

I have no motivation to do it anymore. I've been circuit training only for about 2 weeks now, I mainly use free weights and my own body weight for a good 2 hours. Then I move on to about 1-1.5 hours of jogging/stair running (I alternate). But lately I have no motivation to do it. I know why I need to, beyond just the health benefits, but I can't bring myself to put a lot of effort towards it anymore. What do you all do to keep yourselves motivated?

I'm just looking for somebody to do a quick review of my profile. Not really having trouble on here, I'm just looking to get more than I already am. Not in any type of odd, womanizing way lol just to keep my options open and maybe find somebody that fits me perfectly. PLEASE don't say anything about my age though, I realize that being as young as I am I should be out doing it the old fashioned way. I would if working and working out didn't use most of my time, and the rest of the time I just want to relax a little bit. But any type of constructive criticism would be appreciated
