Conversation Length Before Asking For the Meetup

it really depends, and you have to feel otu the situation
if you think the conversation is starting to dry up, maybe that alone should tell you something, and you shouldn't meetup anyways

i'd have to agree thats pretty low to stand people up - you'd think someone would have a bit more courtesy than that!!!

THanks I'll put up some pics of the pooch asap
I usually read through the girls entire profile, and pick something clever to msg them about.
I always try to make them laugh, or compliment them or something of the sort - maybe I'm not bad boy enough - word on the street is a lot of girls go for that hehehe

PS - I'm only on here for work - bet you won't hear THAT again lol.
The company that I own allows its users to manage all of their social networking activities from one place. That includes traditional social networks, dating sites, email accounts, blogs, and media accounts, as well as instant messenger services.
I won't mention the site because it will probably be deleted as spam, but I literally only joined POF so as to work on including POF as one of our supported sites. I figured while I was on here I would atleast fill out my profile and see what happened

Thanks for the reply - a bit harsh, but hey I don't know how things work on here lol!!
LOL
I put this as my headline simply because I'm fed up with the site. I put a nice detailed profile and people told me I sounded too nice, or they didn't want to read all that s%^t. I thought to myself WTF isn't that the point of the profile? To read it?? I read all the ladies long profiles - why can't they do the same?
I've revised my profile so many times, I'm at the point where I'm just fed up with the site, because I'm having no luck with anything I've tried.
Second of the three things is your pic.
I thought by including many pics would be a good thing? If you think I'm ugly just say so - atleast that would explain my luck hahah.
The biggest mistake a man can make on his profile is being coy with his job.
Although I understand your point, I thought posting my ACTUAL job would make it seem like I'm LYING! I am the CEO/Co-owner of my company - I didn't really know how to put that into less extravagant terms. I assumed that most girls would see "CEO" and think LOL YEA RIGHT BUDDY, and move along anyways.
I'm only on here for work - bet you won't hear THAT again lol.
I thought the whole way to get girls interested is the be mysterious and make them want to know what the a guy means by something lol! One of my friends put "Ask me about apples" in his profile, and it worked WONDERS!
you ignored your Interests box.
I completely overlooked it in my profile - I always wondered why no interests showed up!!
Kidnap women and haul them off to your cult in Mexico
No lol!!! I would seriously take "miss right" on a date to mexico - see what I'm talking about - no ones gonna believe me if I write down the truth!!!
Also, drop the text speak. You're seriously not that busy.
I'm not sure what this means.
I guarantee that I've got 99% of the guys on here BEAT!
Again proving it poses the risk of sounding too good to be true. I really don't know how to say it in my profile without sounding completely unbelievable.
Maybe internet dating isn't for me - write the truth, no one will believe me, stick to the current profile, not good either lol

You know how most girls have "Cannot have messaged someone looking for intimate encounter"??
I'm wondering if I accidentally messaged someone looking for an intimate encounter, and its SCREWED me over for anyone else I wanna message lol!!
The reason I ask is because I'm having TERRRIBLE luck on here!!! Can anyone let me know if it says that i've messaged someone looking for an IE???
SUPER frustrating cause I'm pretty sure I'm a great catch, but it seems like I'd have better luck just getting a mail order bride from russia lol!!
