Disowning her did come to mind but I love too much to turn my back on her. I didn't assume anything. I don't feel comfortable talking to them about sex. I did say something to her mother a year ago when I saw she was texting "boys". Her mother assured me, she isn't going to do anything. They didnt tell me until she was 3 months along. Im 36 and Ive always thought Im a great father. My children have always been ahead of their class. I never had the "talk" with my oldest. She is 16. I assumed my ex would be the one to do that. My point is, Im a grandfather at 36. After some counseling, my daughter decided she wanted to keep the baby. Do middle aged women have a hard time dating a "grandfather"?

I was married young and divorced 4 years into it. We had children. It was mutual. The second was lust at first sight. I shoulda seen the red flags. Bad girls are my downfall. Marriage without the perception of forever doesnt exsist for me. Ive been single 4 years now. I would love to have been working on a marriage instead of being single in my 30's. Im too smart for my own good now. Love was easier when I was young and naive.

I was recently laidoff until atleast May. Human resources showed some class calling me with an automated message to inform me. Should I consider not dating until Im back to work? It wouldnt feel right asking someone out with a tight budget. Opinions please and thanks.
