With being new & never to a party for me & my friend it would be hard for us to know who is who, & me im forgetful so without tags id be clueless. I seem to carry my camera around n take pics so im sure ill have it with me. I work 9-1 & then 4-830 so my friend & i wont be there till about 10, is that to late to join in the party? I know i like 80s music , hair bands n country music , not into rap myself.

HI yall, This will be my 1st POF party as well as my friends (LuvFootball is her name). I hope to get a chance to meet some new people & make some friends, & maybe find a guy who appreciates me. Are there going to be name tags so people know were pof members? Im surely not going to know anyone but my friend. IM on the shy reserved side so Im hesitated to start a conversation at 1st, so if someone sees me feel free to come say HI. Do u take photos at the parties? I can bring my camera & take some pics if needed. I love to take photos, its a hobby.

Precious, thats great news about your nephew. Each day will get better! HOpe yall have fun tonight. I was going to attend but then i got sick 2 days ago, Im still no feeling well. And with weather is sucks for me to drive out in the cold, my heater isnt the best. Not to mention i worked 3 extra hrs today n just got home at 645 pm, & i work at 9 am in the am. So no party for me. Ill try to make the next 1. BUt Im not sure if there were any guys going who wanted to even meet me, if there was, YALL can email me n maybe we can meet for drinks someday next week or so. LOL

Granted im not a reg poster here but i think hes a lil more nervous n edgy about a party then i am< LOL Seems like the POF party he went to wasnt the same group of people. Not everyone from POF is the same, the partys seem to be diffrent just from the posts i read. I hope the weather doesnt keep me from the party, i was lookin forward to it. BUt up here in cleveland area, its snowing n the roads by me SUCk. LOL Plus i still need to get someone to work for me so i can go.

Whats sad is that when people dont bother to ask the person they are hookin up with their history or when they got tested or if they got tested. I was talkin to a guy for over a yr & didnt meet him cuz i was semi invovled. Come to find out the man i was involved with had 4 other girls he was having sex with ALL unprotected & this other guy i desided to meet is doing the same thing so im not putting myself at risk & ended things. He said if hes ment to get something then its going to happen with or without a condum. He told me he wasnt seeing anyone, when i asked if he seeing anyone or having sex. Then a few wks later he let it slip out he had other girls & NONE of them asked about if he was with someone else, that its about trust. YEt he lied saying he wasnt active, & he is, therefore i would not want to be with someone who couldnt care if he got an std, while im trying to prevent from gettin it. For someone to not care if they could possibly get n carry n pass on an std is just sickning.

IT was nice to meet yall. BRit gal n Mo, Precious, Sweetie, Zowie, KSU Rick or was it Rich I couldnt hear very well, & Paul . I could have used 7 guys knocking at the door, but it was KSUs room. Amazingly enough after drinking what i did i wasnt even buzzed. 2 wine coolers 3 tumbler glasses of wine, 1 HUGE sex on the beach & 5 champaigns . I just got home, i ended up going to see Marley & Me with my friend & we both were BALLING at the end. ITs a very funny movie till the end. I still recommend it. Now heres to hoping no blizzard hits so i can make it to the party the 16th, Work has been informed i WILL not work that friday nite or Sat at all. IM stil a bit hesitated to commit to going. I work a job that doesnt like to give me days off, & i work there 6 days a wk, so id end up working the next am. Not to mention if the weather is bad, i dont go out. I dont want ot make the 45 min trip each way either, but i cant afford a hotel. Is there anyone that is going that i could meet up n maybe carpool with? I wish i had someone to go with, but i dont have any friends, thats why i need to make some. LOL IM not into bars, i dont dance n i dont drink much, so its kinda outta my comfort zone. IM usually the girl sitting in a corner by myself playing games on my cellphone, I just wouldnt want to make the trip n end up going home soon after because i had noone to talk to n hang with. Id like to go & have a good time & make some friends. I just think that past experiences have been soaked in my head n stays there. LOL

Thanks for trying to ease me about the party. I do hesitate to go since i dont know anyone, & im not into drinking much other then 1 or 2 , & i dont dance, & i am to shy or aggressive to start up a conversation or approach someone. Ive just had very bad past experiences. I dont have the money to pay for a hotel, nor would i want to stay alone in 1, its no fun!. If i had friends id surely not need to be on the net trying to make some. I dont have any real friends here in ohio. Just 2 older ladies i use to work with, kinda motherly n grandmotherly like in their lat 50s n 60's . Since i moved back to ohio from fla, ive not had any luck with meeting people. Im considering the party, but i cant say im confident enough to go alone. Maybe if i can talk to someone n feel more comfortable about it then maybe, but right now im not 100% sure. Plus if the weather is bad, i dont go out, im not 1 to drive in or on snow n ice if i dont have to go out. LOL

Thanks for the reply. I live in the bedford /garfield area on the se side of cleveland. I thought i read CANTON as where the party was, DUH. Guess thats why im suppose to wear glasses all the time. It takes me about 30 mins to get to blossom if theres no traffic, so that isnt to far, unless its bad outside. THe roads n freeways were bad the past few days. I dont go out when its bad out. With not knowing anyone n me being shy n not agressive enough to start a conversation with strangers I dont want to be standing around like an total loser, like i have before for meet n greets for other sites parties. Its easier on me when I atleast know someone, ya know? I just need something new n positive, just recently single for 5 mths after being involved with someone who gave me no reason to kick me out n end things even our friendship of 12 yrs. So it makes it hard for me to start off trusting n being positive. Ive been on other sites tryin to make friends n find someone to date, but all i get it rude nasty mean people insulting me & standing me up when they set a date. MEN! UGH!! Cant live with em cant live without em. So if theres anyone in the cleveland area who is lookin to make a friend n can help me enhance my state of mind, n make me more secure with myself being a good person, id appreciate it. LOL Id really like to attend the party if im not working.

i live back in cleveland ohio now, but use to live in Plantation/Sunrise by the Mall 2 yrs ago & i do get back 1 -2 times a yr for a few days. I also go to orlando during the same trip. So i dont mind talking to anyone from the area. When i hit the Ft laud area, i usually go hang at the beach during the day, n then go to THE ROUND up for dinner n drinks. Its always nice to hang out with new people.
