The white guy should have called the police to deal with the noise. However murder is a crime no matter what state you are in. In a case where murder goes unpunished like in this situation I think it makes a mokery of American justice. Also it shows poor moral standing that there isn't a louder out cry from the American ppl when things like this go unchecked. Next time it could be you or me maybe even someone close and if someone thinks we're makeing to much "noise" they can kill us get a slap on the rist. However your still dead and the effect of this on your family and others close to you is worth at least a life sentence don't you think. How much is someone elses life worth to you?

This is the perfect example of what I was saying about how Atheists can't argue faith against a Christian and believers have no idea what it's like to be an Atheist because they are to busy trying to convert them. You all seem much smarter than this. At least very least admit that if you had written or other hard proof you wouldn't be as ignorant as this man. This is like saying what is the equation to prove God?

Unfortunately all the quoting of scripture and praying of prayer will not help this nor will it make a person see what he "chooses" to be blind to. The facts are Atheists will never like nor respect believers due to two simple concepts. One they have lost all ability to have "faith" in anything. Many lose hope and faith in themselves and refuse to believe that a God or creator could possibly love them due to that fact. Not only that but many are show me people. which brings me to. Two they can't argue faith you can't tell a person who believes without seeing anything. Believers don't know necessarily why they believe only that they know there is a God. Now I for many years was an Atheist I believed that "big bang" and "I came from a monkey" Than I realized (with the help of my son) there most certainly is a God and he does control all. Like it or not when we die we will see God and he is there.

Does it seem to any of you that humanity is out to find the answer to the question "What about our future? When is the end of the world?" I find it oddly funny for a group of people such as atheists who believe in nothing. That even they should be looking for how the world will end. Why do they find themselves so tangled up in something that they don't believe in? Who cares how we die or where we go if there is nothing when we die?

nycshakti- first let me start by saying WOW you don't look anywhere near the age posted on your profile. Next I think being single or being with someone is more a relitive thing. Now days you have husband+wife +there bf+his gf=60% divorce rate in America. I find this quite disturbing so I find staying "relitivly single works. Now this is done by date and see where it goes no comitment no sex just date. Now you may ask "no sex" yes because I have found in women as well as men once the "sex issue" is out if the way than one party or both seem to lose interest. So my point is stay single and go out have fun call them friends or never call them again. OK this is more humorous than reality but i think it makes sense to some point.

we did relocate she lives in Missouri and we moved to Texas. Ny family lives her even though we don't talk to them for personal reasons. However I'm still very lost in this matter. Thank you all very much for your responses though.

My son is 4 now and his mother beat him and I was awarded custody. My fist wife hasent seen him in 3years now. Well I remarried and my second wife took him in as her own. Loved him took care of him. Than one day back in feb,05 she tells me to leave and not come back because I "wasn't the man she loved any more. " Than she went on to tell me my best friend John was. OK. So I left takeing my than 3 year old with me. From Feb to Dec05 my 2nd ex wife had no contact with either of us. Than about 3 days ago she calls and says she wants to be his MOM she can't be with out him and blah blah blah. Against my better judgment I agreed. She called him everyday and now she has stopped calling him out of the blue. Now he cries for hours "I want mama I want mama" is there anything but time that will heal this or what should I do the next time she calls if ever? It is apperent to me she can't handle the resposability of being mama. What do I do?

sum1reel- the reason Al Snore and Kerry didn't win has nothing to with Clinton. It has to do with the fact that voters my age and younger got tired of the drama and we voiced our opinion. Not only this but ppl think b/c were young were stupid. The democrat party has lost touch and many don't want to follow Clinton's liberal bs anymore. Why if he will lie under oath would they not all lie on other things? When they (democrats) speak they talk about Clinton and before Clinton. I don't know anything about that. Maybe Clinton had his bad points and I agree. Such as lying in court, getting impeached, making a general mockery of the US presidency with his sex scandals. However he spoke well, lied, but no more than Bush I guess. In all reality you’re only talking about is taking the viper out of your bed and putting it in your shoe. lrover- I agree you can hear about the exs new bf more than you really care to trust me I know. However you can't tell your kids not to talk about him as long as they have there mother and there mother has ray (dill weed sounds like) than he will be a part of there lives. Now let me ask you do you want your childeren to share all of there lives with you everything good and bad. I know I do I don't like some of what they say but my kids can tell me anything and I hear what they say and give advice based on what they tell me. I know it's hard to hear it but you really need to other wise they might be afraid to tell you bad for fear of what you may do. Just remember you are there father, daddy, dad and i don't care how many Rays come and go you have the best job in the world. They will always love you so what difference will it really make. Your kids may end up likeing this guy (heaven forbid) and you don't want to be caught hating him when your kids like him that puts you on the wrong side of things. My advice is let your kids talk hold your words in and never let them know you don't like him or that your mad at there mother. Now i maybe way off the mark but I bet you'll get info from your kids that they other wise may have never shared b4. Let me know if this helps you friend.

Buff- heres where you went wrong if you don't want a reply from a single mother than don't e-mail them.I respect that you don't want kids either of your own or someone elses. However when you talk to a women and tell them they are "beautiful etc etc" than you open a door called a heart. From which free form emotion flows. Not only that but single parents are a different breed when you reject or turn them down due to the fact they have kids we single parents tend to take that as an attack or rejection aimed at our childeren. Now this is not to say I don't know exactly where you come from in nit wanting to be involved but just try to remember that being a single parent isn't easy and many times it's not by choice.

Hold up guys I don't think she ment that to sound selfabsorbed and that doesn't think of her kids when choosing a bf. I'm not saying some ppl aren't like that but I just don't feel that vibe from her. We all do the best we can I don't think I do it all right. Half the time I have no Idea what I'm doing with mine. I'm a hard ass parent take no crap very strict "you will say yes sir no sir thank you please" I don't kiss boo boos and thats a place I need work. Now the point is no one will ever love my kids like I do but you get as close as you can I think and hope that the "right person" will love your kids as much as they can and be fair. running early- Dude it's not just online dating it's all dating. At least in the 20-25 year old range. It all seems to be somewhat of a "LOVE YA AND LEAVE YA" situation only with even fewer expectations like "yes your cool but if someone better comes along your gone" idea. So this makes ppl want to be more interesting than they really are. For ugly guys it's online I don't have to settle for second rate looks. For the good looking ppl (who have got me confused as to why the internet) when they could have anyone they want. It seems to be booty call cental. Which leaves ppl like me average Joe kind of guys not ugly but not perfect who just seem to fall between the cracks and might get a date 10 or so per year based completely off personality. It seems as though if a "jerk single guy" isn't hurting women they aren't happy. That gives the guys like myself who just want love and peace llok like a liar.

Love and the "idea" of Love will make ppl do odd and crazy things. As far as the comment about "you could have prevented the situation to begin with, I think." I have met ppl who go on and one about the ex whatever. I look at it like this there is a relivent time to talk about the ex. However to compare by saying things like " my ex never..." or "my ex always" In my experiance there are always 3 sides to a story. his hers and the truth.

When I date I look for single mothers b/c I am a single father and feel like if nothing else I have met someone with whom I can relate. This may sound wrong to ppl but even if it does you have to see my point. Most of my close friends are women and single moms. My mother was a single mom. Now I'm a single father. So I get it better than most I think. We single parents have to stick together to keep our sanity sometimes...lol. I personaly wouldn't date a woman with two teenage daughters b/c I'm only 24 and how unfair is that to the child to realize my moms bf is only 11 years older or less than them.

Good show Pat- My kids don't get to play in snow (due mostly to the fact it doesn't snow it sleats here) but we play everyday even though they may have to stay up late to see me due to work. However I make 2 points everyday 1 always play and spend daddy time everyday no exceptions. Even when they are sick we still watch amovie your read alot the whole time. number 2 I think maybe even more inportant than the first. 2 Never ever let them go to bed angery with you. Deal with todays issues today not in the morrning. My daughter has been delt a raw deal by her mother and is afraid I might get mad at her and not love her anymore. So i make sure she knows I do even when she is bad. I don't know if these are a must for two parent families but I know for a single parent of two I;m out numbered and it is a must in order to keep evryone happy and normal as possable.

Go on date with him "merry christmas you get me" sort of thing? I don't know you kinda have to know what makes him tick. I mean I like cars and everything automotive so a neck tie won't really interest me that much. Does he golf maybe go with some golfing gloves or new socks for his clubs. Something I would like if I were dating someone specal to me might be a desk pic of her with her kids if she has them. Mostly what I think you want is for him to see this offten and think of you. Maybe a pocket watch. Just remember the best gift you can give or get is Love put love and thought into it and you'll be fine. Now as far as a 14 year old girl your guess is as good as mine I have a 5year old daughter who is so Tom boy it's funny. So maybe go with something simple. Maybe a funny poster or a cd, dvd. the cool thing about kids is I don't care how old they are if you talk to them long enough you learn alot about who they are and what they like. I get something new from mine everyday. i really hope this helps in your search for the perfect gift

mostly I just want our troops to stop being shot and blown up by the very ppl we buy oil from. Lets see there willingness to fight when we pull US dollors out along with our troops and foreign aid. If Saudis and other middle eastern countries don't support our effort why do we continue to help them. In American everyone take public trans for two or three days and those who can't use public trans, car pool we could cut our oil use and stop the demand for foreign oil. Does this make since?

I wasn't 100% sure on where most of our oil came from so I asked. Still to me if we get anything from them, does this not make us supporters of terrorism in a round about fashion, VS directly blowing up our own buildings.

creativedelight- I agree yes American border guard has really got the wrong border they should shift direction to the south and make it easier for us all to pass to and from. I don't even see why you can't work here if you lived close enough to work in the US and live in Canada why not? If an American lives here and works there why not? I know ppl who live in Texas and work in Arkansas I know state to state is different from international. But I think this is the same principle. I also think that terrorists are not only out of continent some live in the US and you would have to be delusional to think they aren't in Canada as well. As far as the idea and truth about terrorism they can live anywhere. Until we hand out terrorist ID cards no one knows. I wasn't complaning about lax imagration laws I was complaning about them being to tough.

I really don't think a friend has to look, or act any curtain way. I do however think for MOST guys it's hard to have a girlfriend without having the thought of sleeping with once or twice. Now that doesn't mean they act nor do they ever say what’s going on in there head and a lot of times it's a fleeting feeling. To put such requirements on a "friend yeah that’s just there pants talking"

I'm from St Louis and I had friends who were almost strip searched in line in the name of protecting freedom. Now I have no problem if they want to read my e-mail, hear my phone calls; invade my privacy because I have nothing to hide whatever. But some people don't want to be groped in an airport.....lol
