I know I am not the female perspective you desire OP, but having been married, and having many female platonic friends, I can give you a little advice. You mentioned you masturbated "a lot". That is fine, but maybe try teasing yourself a little? The way a guy would for you or vice versa. Let the tension build up for a day, or a few days..don't just get in a quick rubout. Much more satisfying when the tension is built up. Also a female friend told me that in between relationships she would occasionally set up a date with herself! I know, on the surface that sounds silly, but think about it..If you are getting ready for a date with a man, and you think you might be having sex and hence, orgasms, do you just throw on a ripped up pair of sweats, not shower, and leave the house? Yes. From my experience anyway. If I am really into someone, and what I am into is much more than what she can do in bed, then absolutely I wait. I don't think I am even making a conscious decision to wait, it just kind of naturally happens. Probably because I am focusing on getting to know her for the other aspects of her personhood..her personality, likes and dislikes, just enjoying being around her. During this time, sex is in the back of my mind..like a buildup of excitement and tension boiling on the backburner,but when it's time to eat that stew, it will be the best! That may just be my personality..the best sex I have ever had has been with people I feel an emotional connection with. My last 2 serious relationships, which lasted 1 and a half years and over 9 years resectively, did not include sex right away. Again, it wasn't a conscious choice, I just wanted to savor getting to know all of her before knowing her body.

But her version of oral is the pseudo version that is about 1/2 inch of oral and the rest hand job. As someone who is not the biggest fan of receiving oral, that situation sounds perfect to me. Anyway..I think the OP handled it well. What was he supposed to do, push her head away and become abusive over something as silly as oral sex? Then, it is up to each of them how they want to handle the "problem". Just as I would hope she were honest with him if one of his techniques was not fully satisfying to her. Sex and relationships are two away streets. Always.

Wow why is asking about fantasies a bad thing? I thought communication was a key in relationships, in and out of the bed (or beach, woods, kitchen, etc!!!). I think exchanging fantasies and talking about it is not only fun, but you can learn a lot about each other and of course, likes and dislikes. I think it's sad that so many people, especially IN a relationship, prefer to keep their fantasies a big locked up secret. I understand maybe a very first date or meeting isn't always the place to just bring up the subject. But if it is something that could become long term, it is almost necessary to bring up such things, and rather quickly, to prevent a possible disaster later on down the road.

I thought I was probably the least picky person on earth when it came to requirements, but heck, I guess I even draw a line. I could befriend someone with HIV,but I couldn't be in a sexual relationship with someone with it. I am not homophobic, but I am also not homosexual. Some surveys and studies have shown that about 1% of people are asexual, meaning that have little to no interest in sex with either gender, and have no sexual attraction to people. There is also another orientation, called autosexual, in which a person is sexually attracted to only his or herself. I don't think the OP is this, but asexual sounds like a good guess to me.

Everyone has their own thing that makes them tick, and the general consensus is that people don't like this form of activity. Everyone has their reasons and that is fine, but the reasoning seems a little off. "Repulsing". "Disrespectful" "Sick". Maybe I am missing something, but it's sex..most of what we do in a bedroom wouldn't be acceptable at work, the grocery store, or on the street. For me, a woman's natural liquids turn me on. This sounds silly to me, but I understand where it comes from. It is a slight form of dom/sub where the male has less power, since she is clothed and he is naked and vulnerable. Also, they stem from the fact that women have frequently complained that men, being 'naturally' more sexually aggressive, can't wait to strip of the woman's clothing while the male, being the power hungry gender that he is, leaves it up to him when his clothes come off. Oral sex, for a guy, receiving it is highly overrated. It feels nice as foreplay, but I really do not enjoy orgasming that way unless I am giving her oral as well. I think most of us men need a little basal stimulation to orgasm from oral. Just tongue alone feels nice, but rarely produces the amount of friction needed, as in masturbation or intercourse. I would rather give than receive oral any day!
