3 dates and you're out- a mans rule..
Posted:

ok this one is a new one on me... but it seems to have popped up from a couple of female friends the last day or so..
supposedly their male friends have told then of this unwritten rule that guys have stating that if a woman doesnt have sex with the person they are dating at the 3rd date then they're outta there....
anyone shed any light on if this is true??? ( sad maybe but is it true...???)

Killer, Creepy Stalker?
Posted:
7/24/2006 7:36:20 AM
f*ck me thats funny lmao, you guys made my week hahaha. i have to say it, honestly this thread made me titter lol. and yes the cats and my kids now think i'm demented because i'm laughing at a computer screen hahaha
having said that, i'm not a female type killer, creepy stalker person, k! . " honest guv" lmao
ok, on a serious note, i have had a stalker off the net, a local nutter. he still pops up from time to tim with an e-mail( froma new address cos i've blocked all his that i know of) saying hes seen me and what i was wearing and " blah blah blah new hair, blah blah, still want u to pose naked for me, blah blah blah" its not fun and freaks you out.
have to say it tho guys, us women get a raw deal on this. i'm edging towards paranoia about how to best persue a reltionship when youre" not interrested" if you wait for the guy to make the first call and youre a " bunny boiler" if you do. if he calls you 10 times a day its romantic but if you do it then youre" crowding, making him feel claustrophobic and are a BUNNY BOILER".
i hasten to add, this isnt from personal experience, i am old fashioned, i wont make the first call. and i'm sorry but i wont tie myself to a deadline for meeting, IF and when it feels right and i'm comfortable then i will. if not then i guess its not meant to be.
p.s: to any killer, creepy stalker types reading this, male or female... youre gonna have to join the queue so take a ticket n get in line, i have my stalker quota lol

Losing a loved one to death
Posted:
6/28/2006 1:25:23 PM
like many of us i've lost too many relatives and friends for various reasons. with long term illness its said that knowing death will come soon helps friends and relatives cope , this isnt true, its just as painful and as devastating as a sudden accident or suicide, and yes i have suffered the loss of people close to me in those circumstances also.
as i sit here writing i can feel the pain and tears are welling. still as fresh as when these losses first happened( the last in december 05 being that of the suicide of a dear friend and his personal goodbye to me that tore me apart). and i fully expect to feel like this every so often when a memory flashes back or something reminds me. but... these periods of sadness and reflection do come less frequently with time. even though they still make me ache with every beat of my heart .
quiet reflection helps. talking to friends and family helps. we DO survive and carry on, thats the way things are meant to be and always has been... but the only true healer is time..
and on that note i have to sign off, cant see through the tears.

How many times should you e-mail someone?
Posted:
6/25/2006 1:16:16 PM
i'm a single parent , i sometime have time to read messages but have to go when called away by one of my children or something else going on in my " real life". i do reply to the majority of mail i get, however 1 word e-mails wth no pic generally wont, a second more literate one would.
wow jhollywood.... you may need to sit down and rest a while. thats a mighty big CHIP you have on your shoulder lol.
" you're wrong" responses to other peoples views is arrogance in the extreme, i can see why you might not get replies. that in itself is a massive turn off. good luck finding someone willing to put up with your "views". and going by previous responses i'm expecting tome abuse back on here......( waits with baited breath....NOT)

do caucasion people find east indian people attractive
Posted:
6/10/2006 9:51:35 PM
OK i'm probably gonna get a whole lot of abuse for this but as a FAT caucasion woman... i agree that indian males can be attractive...( the same as males from every other colour and creed)
however... personally speaking, would i date one or enter into a relationship with one??? then answer would be no..
guys an gals, its down to personal preference, if we all liked the same people and things it'd be a pretty dull world ok, lets all get over it

cams popping up automatically uninvited/accepted
Posted:
5/25/2006 11:03:40 PM
WHY guys have to resort to random wanking on camera i'll never know, but i REALLY need to know how to stop saddos from doin git. i the chat request pages pop up for me to accept or not, i understand that. HOWEVER a few mins a go a chat box popped up on my screen and the camera was automatically opened and the guy on it was wanking. i didnt have chance to see his nic before iclosed it. i have children in my house who i dont wish to see that sort of thing, and i personally dont want to see it. i never recieved a chat request from this person, OR a request to accept the camera. i am APPALLED.
i am far from being a prude, but this is unacceptable. if i had any way of finding out who he was ( hes the last person to have a chat box open with me) i'd give him a piece of my mind. its disgusting

Whats wrong with noticing younger women?
Posted:
2/5/2006 10:30:21 AM
absolutely nothing wrong with men looking at younger women. as long as its legal and hes only looking who cares... thats life.. we all like different shaped and sized people. now turn it around and say a woman of my age (32) was " looking" at boys of 18 and 19...THAT would get a few raised eyes brows... such is the way of the world ,fairly or not
