Hi What opportunity. Most people wanted to slate me. Yes i have spoken to several people but all say they are only here to have pen friends. Maybe im wrong but i thought this was a site to meet and find dates... toloy2k

Hi I totally agree with you. i have been on this site for nearly a year and have not had any emails wanting to chat......yes i do realise my profile is asking a lot...and yes i do understand that some women can be very abusive towards the car pics on my profile but i have placed an honest profile and straight forward pics to show exactly what i look like but still no interst in me....Dont get me wrong i am not feeling sorry for myself i just thought i had some thing to offer. The problem with this site is no matter what you put someone will slag you off one way or another or find something wrong in either your pics, profile or blogs. So by posting this thread i would guess i will get a lot of negative responses to what i am posting. I just wonder were all the genuine happy people have gone ethan

mmmm well ithank all the people who commented on my thread. Some very mixed views. The cars are a hobby so yes maybe i should state that on my profile. Materialistic - is not every one materialistic in some way, wether it be the house you own, the car you drive, the clothes you wear. I made a list of things that i look for in a person and what i can offer. Like many said at least a women knows if she fits what i am looking for or if she likes what i am offering.. Fake tan and expensive clothes....................mmmmmmmmmmmm now thats interesting considering i only have two pictures which show the top half of me but no were does it show labels or logos, so interested in were the expensive comes from. The tan well thats what you get when you spend half the year working in foriegn countries. Just to add that it is very interesting the pictures that people place for them selves, at least i have shown exactly what i look like and think that the pics are clear. I aint hiding half my face, have a blurred picture or taken at such an angle you could never get a clear view. again thanks for the comments.

All thanks for the comments, i didnt realise by just writing a simple thread id get so much flack for it. 1, i aint hacked the site 2, yes a hot blonde would be nice but then that rules out any hot brunettes 3, there is no secret code, just look and you will find 4, by limiting my profile and putting an age restriction i may miss out on that rich elderly lady who wants me as a toy boy and whisks me of to exotic places . any way thanks for the comments although most told me were ive gone wrong, ive got the message now i just thought that some might have been positive. im from IT and although this site is written by someone who knows what they are doing, he hasnt hidden all the code so if you know IT then you can see whats going on ethan P.S. now thats sad isnt it?

Hi I just wanted to ask if i am going about this the wrong way. Im a single guy who joined the site a few months ago. I have now had 700 views of my profile and nearly 60 messages sent to me. Please dont get me wrong but nearly all the messages are from people in there late 50s and 60s. Although these people are nice and i have returned there messages i would like to find someone a bit younger. Have i written something that scares younger girls and women off, if so then please tell me. I would like to think i have a lot to offer and that i am not destined to be own my own. The girl of my dreams is still out there and i hope she will now see this and respond. Ethan xx

Well For what its worth, and from a man i have to agree, if he was happy in his relationship then why is he looking else where. Guys like that make it harder for us singletons to find someone. I have been been on this site for a couple of months and havent had much luck in finding anyone, either people are on here for the forums or for the chat. Personally why join a dating site if all you want to do is post comments and chat through email. There are plenty of other places out there on the net to do that sort of thing. I agree with the comment that if you cant handle finding something you dont want to know then dont go looking. Just to put the record straight both Mozilla and windows XP have the ability to save logins and passwords, belive me im in IT, but if you have a bit of knowledge on these things then there are other ways to find the information like hidden system folders that keep a record of every page and site you have visited along with every image that has shown up on the pages visited. OK thats me over with, ill get back to depths of POF and be lost in the ethos bye Ethan
