About 6 weeks ago approx I couldnt IM anyone anymore and I noticed no one was asking me to IM chat with them so I thought something was wrong. I went into my mail settings and IM was set at YES? I clicked on HELP and then clicked on Instant Messenger Help and it just said "POF does not do IM" Can anyone help me please, Im pretty hopeless with computers and dont speak or understand the computer jargon, so maybe there is someone kind and helpfull out there who could give me easy instructions or could talk me through getting the IM back to normal again?
