hey man been there and know what ya feel, hell it took me 5yrs and 2 combat tours to feel good about life again after my ex left me, i was madly in love with my ex and to be honest i still love her but not the same way it does however take time, i talked to some doctors(shrinks) basically they say a divorce is like a death in the family it takes time to heal.

i keep seeing everyone playing in the gray area, and i have been in your guys shoes, before ( except i wanted kids) when it comes to the truth there is no gray area be honest, if he loves you and its meant to be then he will understand and all will be well.

i use this place because of a severe lack of free time, as i find more and more i work entirely too much i consume myself with my job and my excuse is " i have no social life i might as well work" i am by nature a very outgoing person it is my job to be i am a recruiter for the military and a pretty good one i might add but i find myself spending more time here than i do in life and that in slome ways bothers me and really wanted to know if others felt the same way.

is this place and others like it a substitute for life? is it a place where we come to talk about life and never have to really live life a place where the interaction can be cut off at the drop of a hat? i dont know anyone who has met a partner online and ended up happy or hell ended up anything for that matter. i think (once again i stress i think) maybe i use this place to replace or remove myself from the public because in my job i deal with rejection daily and i just dont have either the courage or desire to deal with it in real life.

are we talking 50/50 all the time ? because with my job i put in way over your traditional 40 hrs a week, more around 70 to 80 hrs a week but there are times when i am free during the day to do little things, why can we not just pick up each others slack when possible? but then i guess maybe thats why i am here because my ideas suck and i am full of b.s.
