I think it's more of a problem than people want to admit. You know what hate even more? When you wait to have sex, then you have phenominal sex for months and things are awesome, then the lull comes. You know, when you get comfortable enough to say 'not tonight' or 'I'm tired'. Next thing you know it's been two weeks and you're getting a complex already. I think I'd rather not have the phenominal sex than to have it and lose it.

Usually For women there's is that pyschological aspect to it that men only have to worry about the physical. I know within 10 seconds, usually less, if I'm physically attracted enough to a man to want to sleep with him. That being said, no matter how gorgeous he is, if he opens his mouth and is an ass then no, I'm not sleeping with him. Likewise, I've slept with some guys that I didn't have that original spark from but mentally they stimulated me enough to make me feel differently.

First of all, good for you! This is a great idea! Money will play a part on how far you wish to take this. You could get temporary tatoos and put them in various places. I highly recommend you incorporate some leather or latex, preferably black. Add in black fishnets and either hooker heels or high heeled boots or even traditional biker books will work. If there's a small hold in the fishnets even better. I went to Hot Topic and picked up some hair extenstions in bright pink and put them in my hair because I found the hair sprays didn't always give me the effect I wanted. Sex is like Friday the 13th series. The first one and the second one's were groundbreakers in the genre and are still considered some of the best in the slasher group. Jason is infamous as an archetype of evil. The entire rest of the series just sucked and was boring and predictable. So it is the same with sex. The 'normal' positions are the groundwork and foundation for good sex. If you can't have good sex that's normal then what's the point? If you're taking a study I hardly believe you'll get truly accurate results here so make sure you understand that. The shortest I've experienced was under a minute. Three pumps and a squirt. The longest I've experienced went for almost 3 hours and was amazing but I'll be very honest and let you know I couldn't handle that all the time. It's like a special occassion type thing, hell yeah! If I had to say what my 'optimum' I'd go 30-40 minutes but that is based off the assumption that I'm with a good lover and the frequency of our love making is a few times a week. If the frequency is say once a week or every other week then I would prefer the 1-2 hour range. If I'm not with a good lover I'm just as happy to have it done with in 10 minutes. First of all, it's a choice like everything else. Secondly, you're referring to hundreds, possibly thousands of years of conditioning. Even back to the caveman days when they would pick their mates. That's not something you can easily erase or evolve from. Thirdly, there's the community effect. We are wired to work together communally which is loosely translated into a pack mentality and you do what the pack does and in this case, the pack pick long term monagomous relationships. Again, there's always a rebel in the bunch so I'm not painting wide brush strokes here but we are, as a culture programmed to think and act like picking a partner for life is normal. Maybe you're evolving quicker than the rest of society? hehe

It's different for men and women to be honest. Sex has always been more emotional to a woman and more physical to a man. It's just how we're wired. Not that there aren't exceptions. I deliberately didn't read this thread for a while now and now I'm sorry I did. The truth of the matter is that none of us will probably ever know the whole truth to that situation. In any situation of cheating you have three cases to fall into, excuse me four. 1. Guy is a pig and won't/can't control himself 2. Woman drives a man away 3. A combination of 1 and 2 4. Consensual or open relationship In this post, you assume #2 because you're tired of no one recognizing anything other than #1. This is what happens when people over generalize, like you did. This totally reminds me of the court system in determining parental rights. Back in the 70's/80's a wife could do no wrong and got everything from the kids to the grass in the backyard. Then in the late 80's things turned around and all of a sudden women were deemed money grubbers and manipulators and the men were coming out on top. When can we simply learn to take each situation individually and understand that someones it's 1, 2, 3 or 4 and every once in a while someone creates a 5 that no one saw coming?

I just wanted to throw out something for discussion. There seems to be a LOT of discussion around being dominant or submissive in the bedroom. There is a HUGE difference between someone being in charge or leading the activities and dominance. As is there a difference between someone following along and being submissive. If you are truly submissive in the bedroom then you do everything you are told when you are told to do it and for how long your master wants you to do it for. This is not just limited to physically sexual acts mind you. He could stop in the middle of sex and demand you make him a sandwich or rub his feet or whatever. To dominate is to have full control over the situation and the person but not necessarily to be mean or hurtful toward the person. Likewise with submissive. It is the subs job to simply obey, no matter what the request. I say this in that a truly functional D/S relationship neither party would do anything harmful so the sub has no fear of doing anything illegal or truly hurtful. It's more of a mind game than anything physical. I only bring it up because so many people on here throw the terms dom and sub around like it's nothing and I wonder how many people have truly had a D/S relationship.

I absolutely agree that what two consensual adults do is perfectly absolutely fine. It's really no ones business. I had HPV. It's gone now but it's very common and not a whole lot you can do about it either. I'm a chick but I had a 28 yr old virgin once. It was actually pretty horrible. He was quite judgemental for being a virgin. Lots of things he wouldn't even try which was so annoying and you can have only so much patience sometimes. All in all, having been the virgin and having had one. Highly overrated experience. Just avoid it at all costs unless you're 14 then you don't have a huge choice. It's not the physical things that are a problem but the emotional baggage that insues afterward.

It's all in context. If the man truly means it then there is more than just a serious problem. It's time to get out of dodge, quickly! I was with a guy once who like dominating. He would do things with me like either keep pumping me till I finally broke and said I couldn't take anymore or withold till I begged him to give it to me. It was a battle of the wills between us. It was discussed ahead of time and never went to far but it made him ferocious in the bedroom and wreaked all of the benefits from it. From time to time he would call me ** but nothing much worse than that. Stuff like 'you like that don't you **'. It was honestly more of a role playing thing and it certainly wasn't all the time. As a matter of fact I'd get aggressive with him sometimes and he would grab my face and tell me, I'm being nice tonight. It's all about what you're comfortable with TOGETHER. If you're not comfortable then tell them that. You're no different than a woman. No means no.

You know, that slightly surprised (pleasantly so) and totally hungry look like 'I'd so much rather be anywhere but this restaurant with you right now' look. Instant turn off, if he's a slob. You know the type, can't dress right, doesn't own an iron, wears all of his food, doesn't own a comb. If you have no self respect then you'll never respect me. I don't mean to imply you have to be dressed to the nines in expensive clothing and all but there's jeans and a t-shirt, and there's JEANS and a T-SHIRT.
