I live to the far west so it would seem I'm not local to the majority of people, TG. I've had a few dates and have had an interesting time. I enjoy meeting new people so it comes easy for me.

Seems to me you have to be on a level of acceptance to see the joy of any relationship. Those who come into it closed minded, "I'll only date you if I like the way you look" ae the ones who cry wolf. "It's POF, it's the women, it's this it's that" ... but never them.

It's no different than real life. There are people you would date and there are people you wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole! Be honest!

What's exciting to me is when you take the time to get to know the person and not the body. Bodies change people, get real. God forbid you were in an accident and all mangled up ... so you don't need someone to care about you? Crazy thinking I tell you. My opinion of couse but give me a break. After she didn't want anything to do with you, "She's one of those dumb blonds." WHAT??? You would have dated her wouldn't you have??? Of course ... and you would have been sitting on cloud nine, should she have said yes. Arm candy!!! I've been arm candy so I know what I'm talking about!

Like most arm candies, we are not half of any whole. We are whole, we have brains, and we have the right to choose who we want by our sides. Even with all the insults, you can not take that away.

I have made some of the best friends of my life on POF. So I know there are sincere and loving people out there, just like me. POF is one of my daily blessings.
