DeadBeat Mothers

My girls are 7, and I've had them since they were 11months. Only one was sick with a hearty problem (cleared up now). I was curious if there were any other guys out there with the same problem as me. You're pretty close man. She has given me about $500 since I've had them. Big deal, and she visits twice a year.

Totally hear out on leaving part. Some chicks - she took control as soon as she got pregnant. Had to leave and she just gave them up to me. They were to much headache and she had 2 others. It was for the best.

Makes it hard these days as most women already have kids, so we have instant Brady Bunch, just add single mother huh? Not that I wouldn't date single moms, I think I wrote on that one too. It just gets complicated that all.

good to see there are other dudes in the same situation - the real double standard.

Do Single Fathers date Single Mothers?
Posted: 2/7/2006 9:19:06 PM
Hey you have a point here.

I am a single dad for six years or so. I can't say that I have had an overwhelming number of responses (but then I am new to this).

I will date a single mom. At least try to. Problem is everyone has to get along and these relationships are very hard to start because of it. Can we say Brady Bunch? Who asks for that prospect from the get go? Never know who we'll fall in love with though, and that's the name of the game.

By the way everyone, how much do you think the ex(es) needs to be there? This is more of a concern than the kids - for those of you who have dealt with this you know what I mean. Esp. the manipulating ones...kind of the same thread.

send me something
