alot of this is about his finacial status..he has got alot of money that other people would like to have..cos they havent got it..they would like to see him in gaol for having a little dust up..he should of known better than let himself get into such a situation..but its no big deal..working in a nightclub for 9 years i can say iv seen a few hundred of these drunken brawls..and as far as i know nobody has ever got 5 years in gaol for being in one of them..not in the club i worked in anyway..good luck to steven gerard..im glad he got found not guilty..

if he would of been found guilty..there is no way he would of got 6 months either..a heavy fine and community service is more likely..im so glad he got off with it anyway...

a few weeks ago i went into my local bakers and bought a cream bun..i ate half of it but didnt like it..so i took it back and demanded a refund..they said no cos it was half eaten..so i asked for half my money back..but still they refused..so i went home distraught and cried my eyes out for 2 days..now im having nightmares and cant leave the house because i keep having panic attacks and i havent eaten for a week and have lost 2 stone in weight..now im gonna try and sue them for a few million pound compensation for all the trauma they have put me through..and ill never ever buy cakes again from that shop again...

i cant realy see what all the fuss is about..? there is alot more violence with intent on a rugby pitch that went on in that wine bar..its not as though some poor fooker got his face cut to ribbons with a stanley knife or glass..it was just a drunken brawl..i use to get more injurys sparring in my boxing club than that fella got..i cant see why so many people wanna see steven gerard hung,drawn and quarted and burnt at the stake for this small incident..it was feck all..there is much worser criminals to bay for blood than gerard..pedos.rapists.child killers etc go pick on them..but saying that..there is do gooders on this forum that would rather see steve gerard in clinkl than the real scum out there..

Who says it was a Liverpudlian jury? When I was called up for jury service in Liverpool, there were people from all over the North West on the jury and so not necessarily LFC supporters. You may also have noticed that not everyone in Liverpool support LFC, alot of them support Everton FC oh and even Man U!!


oh..is that right..well i do agree not everyone in liverpool supports lfc..there is a few that support everton as well..me included.. but being born and bred there..i can assure you one thing..there is no proper scousers who support man united..and that is a fecking fact..

i dont think a fine will be much use bearing in mind the dough he earns. I think if he gets guilty he should have to do community service with local kids or something like that.


i totaly agree with that..that would be a much fitting punishment than a heavy fine..and would send a message out to other drunken celebs to behave in the future...

not many people get 5 years for having a bit of a bar brawl in a boozer..unless gbh or malious wounding is caused to one of the people involved..usualy for this type of thing people get a fine or a few months in prison..steven gerrard should of known better..but he aint a thug and i dont think he has got a violent criminal record either..and i dont think there is much danger of him re offending in the future...there has been much worse football celebrity offenders in the past..vinnie jones and joey barton..2 right scallys..i think if gerard gets found guilty..then a good hefty fine and a stern warning should suffice..that is my humble opinion on this matter anyway...

when i was at school there was 2 lads from our class and 2 others from another class killed while being chased in a stolen car by the police..and the whole school was just in utter shock..nearly everyone at assembley in the morning was in tears..i was only about 14 or 15...and no one is supposed to die at that age..it was horrible..even some of the teachers were devestated..ill never ever forget it..

i can remember years ago my ex girlfriend and i were staying in a b and b in conway.north wales. and the room was en suite..and the toilet flushed itself twice during the night..lol and i can tell you now it was fecking scarey..my ex was terrified and couldnt sleep all night..the next morning when we told the landlady what had happend..she just laughed and said it happens all the time and that there was about 3 ghosts in the house..yep..i deffo think there is alot of truth in these ghostly visitations...

i had a date with a smart looking bird in london years ago when i worked there..on the afternoon of my date i went into a barbers shop in kilburn and asked could they do me a flat top which i always had in them days..anyway..the barber fecked my hair up big time..i looked like billy whiz with just a tuft of hair on the front..i was so embarressed about it i phoned the girl up and cancelled our date..she slammed the phone down on me,,a few nights later she came into the pub i was drinking in and poured a pint of lager over my head..so as well as having a fecked up haircut..i had a wet head and bruised ego as well...

charity shops are the best invention man has ever made..i love them.. i buy all my books and music from them..i get 5 books for a pound at my local shop..and that is including hardbacks..20p for videos..i go in once a week..get books and vids..then when iv finished with them..just give em back..sorted..

i bought 5 old ben sherman shirts from the rspca charity shop for 70p each..i took them home and cut the tags out of them and sowed them into my grundys..now i have 5 pairs of ben sherman designer underpants...

how come when these ufos crash land..it always seems to be in the desert of new mexico or some vast forest in russia..how come they aint crash landed in amsterdam or bradford or rhyl in north wales..etc it always seems to be in the usa or russia..i think it is aload of bolox myself..and if aliens were planning to visit earth..they would come mob handed and ready for trouble..cos if they had any intelligence about them..then they would know mankind is very violent and war like and cannot be trusted..so they would come armed and ready to sort us out rather than try to talk and reason with us..thats how i see it anyway...
