is it wrong to surf profiles?
Posted: 5/2/2008 11:28:10 AM
I read your profile Jay. It says you are looking for a female between the ages of 18 and 35 that lives in the United States. It looks to me like you are actually looking for a woman on here. Now, now that is plain cheating on that great lady.

I must say you look good.

is it wrong to surf profiles?
Posted: 5/2/2008 10:39:00 AM
Yes that is bad of you. It is just another form of cheating. Who knows, you might find a profile and a picture that you think fits you perfectly and you can not resist. Your looking at profiles could mean that you are not quiet sure of the relationship you are in now. Would you want your partner to be looking also?

There have been a lot of divorces because the man or the woman got online just to look. They had no idea they would find someone they could not resist and that it would break up their marriage. Many people have lived to regret ever getting online.

It is not right to break someone' heart because of what you do online. It is always best to break up with the person BEFORE one gets on line "looking".

GUYS!!! If you met the right woman, could you wait for the sex till marriage?
Posted: 10/21/2006 4:18:12 AM
Why would anyone want to wait until they are married to find out if they are sexually compatible? I tried that two times and it did not work.

Hey now, there is nothing wrong with being a conservative Republican. I am one, but I am not an anti abortionist. We all have our own political views, but our views do not make us bad people. I even respect liberal Democrats, because that is their preferance.

Canadian PM stands up for Israel!!
Posted: 10/1/2006 6:37:58 AM
Why is everyone bickering over Israel and Lebanon? You should all know by now that this all started in 1948 when the Jewish people were given Palestine(they renamed it Israel) and the Palestines were booted out of their country where they were born. There has been fighting ever since and will be fighting forevermore. Actually, the Middle East has been fighting since the beginning of time and will do so until the end of time. Enough said!

Why do Men ask to see your pics then NEVER talk to you again....?
Posted: 9/27/2006 4:58:12 AM
I read your profile hotpinkangel. You are being negative when you say "I am not the beauty you seak". I noticed when it called for body type you chose "prefer not to say" that usually means to people that you are over weight. Men have told me that they stay away from women who have angel in their names, because those women are usually hiding something. You also appear to be begging at the end of your profile when you say "pick me". I think it is best to put your picture on here then you do not have to go through the hurt when someone will not talk to you again after you send your photo to them. I, presonally, do not talk to anyone that does not have a photo on here anymore. One man did send me a photo that did not have one on his profile and the photo showed him handsome. He was very good looking in his photo. I met him in person and he looked nothing like his photo anyway. I think that you should get the angel out of your id, rewrite your profile, and post a photo and if you are over weight say so. That could save you from getting hurt in the future. This is just my opinion, but who am I to say, I do not look that good myself.

Dating Someone On Welfare
Posted: 9/19/2006 8:00:57 PM
I agree with you mafinkc, she made her choices in life (poor choices at that) and now she wants the tax payers to support her and her children. The working class is getting tired of supporting people who live on welfare. I think she should get out and get a job and forget about dating.

Hotpink Angel if you had had your picture on your profile in the first place there would not have been a problem. Men do not want to hurt you by saying not interested.

Never Cheated and Never Will? Claim it &Tell Us Why..?
Posted: 9/11/2006 6:55:48 AM
You can, indeed, say never. I have never cheated and never will. Like the others said, I, too, would not want someone to suffer that pain. I have been there and been through that and it hurts bad.

Has anyone been brave enough to meet someone with no pic at all?
Posted: 9/11/2006 6:04:36 AM
I met someone without seeing his picture. I talked to him for 5 months and he never got around to taking a picture. He was fun to talk to. Well he looked like a 12 year old boy with an ugly adult head. He had lied about everything. To top it off he had thought I was meeting him for sex. That was a laugh because nothing like that was ever brought up in our conservations on line. I got away from him and said never again. I never talked to him again.
I have answered back men on POF that did not have pictuers. There was a reason that they did not have a pictures on line. They sent pictures to my email and then I knew. Now I do not talk to anyone without a picture. Forget sending them to my email. Granted I realize that people do not always put their own pictures on line or they put a 20 year old picture of them on, but that only makes the first "date" last 15 minutes. I get the hell out and away from them.

Paying on Dates

I think women should pay for half of everything. Men should pay for half also and not depend on the woman to pay it all as a lot of men do.

Who do you blame for Katrina

Even though the vast majority of the people were working full time 60% required some assisstance in forms of housing subsidies, food stamps. That 60% was under the poverty line of $20,000 per household per year.

Well your statement proved they were still living off the government rev. I will also bet that most of those 55,000 children were born to unwed mothers and also got a government check every month and still do.

Who do you blame for Katrina
Posted: 9/6/2006 5:08:12 AM
It was actually the fault of the people who lived in harm's way and knew it. They had been told for years that they were living in a bowl and could flood at anytime. They had four days to get out because Katrina was headed straight for NO. Only at the last minute did it change and head for Mississippi. Did you notice that there were no people on the streets in NO after Katrina passed them by, but when the water started rising the people began to come out of the woodwork. They were hiding in their apartments! Why? I do not think the mayor knew that there were that many people left in NO. No one knew that they were hiding. I am sure if those people had come out before the hurricane hit or asked for help getting out, there would have been buses provided for then. They stayed well hidden within the building and only started coming out when the flooding began. They thought someone owed them something because they stayed behind and got caught in the flood. It was too late then to get them out then. They should have believed the weather service. Most of the people in Mississippi believed in the weather service and left the coast, except for the 648 who stayed behind trying to watch out for their homes, but lost their lives trying.
The federal government had sent money, money, money to NO for the dykes in years past, but that money was not spent on the dykes. Most of it went into someone's pockets and for other things. The city could be blambed for not spending the money for what it was intended for and be blambed for the destroyed homes, but not for the people themselves who hid in the woodwork and did not try to get out in advance of the hurricane.
I live fifty miles inland from the coast and even I have sense enough to find shelter when any hurricane is forcast to hit anywhere from NO to Pensacola, FL. You never know if the hurricane will turn at the last minute, as Katrina did.
So, lets put the blamb for the people caught in it where it belongs.........and that is on the people themselves. When they say get the hell out, that is what they mean. I hope people learned their lesson this time.

Well, it's different moving from Internet to real...
Posted: 9/3/2006 6:20:12 AM
I have been on here for a long time and met a lot of men from here..........well I did talk to them for 15 minutes. That was more than they deserved for lieing and having a 20 year old photo on here. lol I learned my lesson on here years ago. The first meeting should be at a service station parking lot. That way you can tell them you have another appointment and your car is handy to speed away. Do men really think you will not notice that they look nothing like their photos? Do they really think you will not notice that they are not as tall as they say they are when you have to look down at them? LOL This has really been a trip. I say the laundromat would be a better place to meet someone. That way at least you know they can not afford a washer and dryer. LOL

How many 5' women are scared of a 6' over 200lb man?
Posted: 9/3/2006 5:22:27 AM
Ok course all women like tall men, but I was wondering why short men lie about their height. Every 5'9" man I have met from this site turned out to be shorter than me at 5'7". Do short men have a complex about being short? If you meet a man that you are expecting to be taller than you are and you can see over his head should you confront him with it? I did one time and he said he could prove he was 5'9" because it said so on his driver license. He said that I was the one lieing because I was about 5'10, which is not true. When I got home I measured to make sure I was only 5'7". This happened 5 times with me with the so called 5'9" men. Now when a man says he is 5'9" I do not believe him.

What will Israel do?
Posted: 9/2/2006 4:56:49 PM
Here and now, Israel exists and the people living there who are Jewish don't want to leave. If extremists and militants won't leave them alone and stop attacking them then Israelis will continue to push back every time somebody shoves them. I wouldn't just let a few extremists launch rockets into my country or abduct my fellow citizens ... would you ?

Reply
Before 1948 the Palestinians were living in what is now Isreal. They did not want to leave either. What do you think this is all about anyway? It is all about the Jews owning the country and the Palestinians having no home. The Middle East has since the beginning of time been people taking countries away from others. It is their way of life. By the way, the Jews of today are not the same race that was there in the time of the Old Testiment or the Jews in the time of Jesus. Other people from other countries came in and inner married and changed the race, but not the religion/

What will Israel do?

Anticon, Jordon gave the Palestinians The West Bank to live in so they would have a country. Isreal wanted The West Bank so they took it in 1976 or 1979. When the Jews were given the land, where Isreal is now, in 1948, they did not like the Palenstinians living there, so they began to push them out. They made the Palenstinians into people without a home, and they made their lives miserable. We, the USA, gave Isreal the planes and weapons and aid to do all of this to the Palenstinians. So if you were the Palenstinians, wouldn't you be angry toward the USA? I, personally, think we should stop all aid to Isreal and let those people over there fight it out like they have done for thousands of years and will continue doiing for thousands of years more. Let's face it, those people are not like us. They love to fight and kill. The USA gets the blamb for it all.
Just my opinion.

....the wife phoned me!!
Posted: 8/29/2006 5:03:59 PM
I think you hit the nail on the head there kataklysmic. The wife does not want the divorce. She wants to hold on. Women should remember that seperated is married, no matter how you look at it. It is a fact that most seperated men and woman do get back together. I do not think anyone should be "looking" until they are divored in the first place.

The man is married darbie. Leave him alone because he may work out his "nasty divorce" and get back with his wife. A lot of men claim to be "in a divorce" just to get in a woman's pants. All you felt was a sexual urge anyway. Go figure!

What was the best kiss you ever had?
Posted: 7/24/2006 3:39:42 AM
I know what you mean about "curling your toes." My first kiss that curled my toes was when I was dancing with a mam I had just met. Somehow our lips met while dancing and I could feel something pass through my body all the way to my toes. When I came to and looked around we were the only two on the dance floor as the music had stopped and everyone had left the dance floor but us. He was the first man I had ever kissed that had a mustache so I think that is the reason. We dated for a while and my toes always curled everytime we kissed . I guess it did not curl his toes though. There have been a few men since him that curled my toes and those are the best kisses indeed.

How about that tax cut for the wealthy
Posted: 5/13/2006 6:29:49 AM
You are so right lotus. One has to take a risk to become wealthy or get a good edcuation to get a high paying job. Most Americans are too lazy to do that. I drove 70 miles one way to get my college education. I borrowed the money for it from the government loan program. It paid for my classes and my car and expenses. I got a good job and paid it all back. It was not easy getting up at 4am and driving that distance every day. I did that for 4 years and got my masters too. Being lazy gets people nowhere. I do hate poor people who complain and want more of my tax dollars. Everyone has the same chance for a good education. Most will not put forth the effort to go for it.
