I spent 6 months at FT. Riley Kansas. I saw 1 tornado. That was one too many. Pardon the pun but I think he's twisted! I would think that he should have met you. If for no other reason but to be there for you even if he has little regard for himself.

I know of people who go bass fishing. They go to catch the fish and when they do they throw the fish back in the water. They do it for sport and to hone thier skills. Unless they catch a trophy fish.

I feel like I just stepped into a high school. Life is a big play and we are all players. Both men and women. Players can fall in love too. I think the terminoligy has been overused and glorified to sound cool. History repeats itself. Billions of people have been seeking mates for thousands of years. They have all found thier mates using the same method. Searching thru the masses. (except the prearranged marriage thing) You need to play the field in order to get up to bat! I think both men and women are all ultimately seeking the same thing. Very few people prefer to go thru life alone. To find that true mate you need to explore and compare to others. Its natures way. Playing the field is hard work it just looks like fun to an observer.Would you feel obligated and committed to buy a car because you checked under the hood. You need to shop around, kick some tires, compare models, options and pricinng. Thats the best way to find your own personel best deal. Geesh people use more common sense finding a car they love than a person.

Has this ever happened to you? I was dating a girl who had a little dog. The kind that looks like a mop without a handle. I love dogs and this little guy sure loved me. He loved me every time he saw me. He loved me long time. Well actually I think he just loved me for my leg. It was cute and funny the first few times but the little bugger was always shaggin my leg. I felt cheap. It really gave me the willies when I was wearing shorts. Little tiny wet things pounding on my ankle. My date used to think it was hilarious. Thank God she didn't have a Great Dane. If I feel like being committed I'll call a shrink. Being on pof is like being a kid in a candy store! Im overwhelmed! Soooo many women!! Like fishing with dynamite, theres little fish everywhere. Im a self proclaimed decent guy with a good heart and morals. I was a volunteer firefighter which means for a $7.00 an hour stipend I was willing to run into a burning building to help a complete stranger even if it was a cat! I love women but I hate dating. I love romance , intamacy and yes I want sex but don't want to be committed to one person. Not to say I couldnt be with the right person. I dont waste my time lying. My memory isn't what it used to be at 40, so lying is too much like work. I don't play games unless they are playstation 2 compatible or dont require my buying a new graphics card. I know Im not out for one thing because Ive turned away sex with women who I felt were way too young or because I had to be honest and say that I want to be with other people. Speaking of honesty let me add that I don't think I even know what the hell Im looking for anymore. My work is my forte' not relationships. Yes there is a question. Should I join some Monks and give up dating, or are there any women on this site that can relate and deal with guy like me? Your advice is appreciated. Oh and guys are thier any of you who sort of share my view? Should we form a club? BTW I think this is my first thread where I wasn't trying to be funny.

Mathmaticaly age does not matter!l lets assume a 20 year difference in age. I'm 20 She's 1 1/20th my age I'm 30 she's 10 now 1/3 rd my age I'm 40 she's 20 now 1/2 my age I'm 50 she's 30 now 3/5ths my age I'm 60 she's 40 now 2/3rds my age I'm 80 she's 60 now 3/4ths my age I'm 100 she's 80 now 4/5ths my age I'm 200 she's 180 now she's 9/10 ths my age She's almost caught up to me!!! Somtimes we need to look at things a fraction at a time to see the whole. Does age really matter or are we too hung up on it. your thoughts?

My advice for what its worth is be yourself. Want to lose wieght than do it for your own health. Just dont kill yourself trying to get healthy!!!! First buy a bowflex 20 minutes a day. Throw out the junk food and all processed foods like frozen dinners and and similiar packedged foods. Layoff the red meat. Eat fish or chicken only for meat. Bake or poach. skim milk, juice water or tea for beverages. No soda ,beer or alchohol. use multi grain bread and eat a bowl of oatmeal everyday. eat rice instead of potatoes and find a good butter substitute. eat lots all you want of veggies and fruits. Visit a local GNC and get a good multi vitamen. Be cautious in choosing any fat burner pills. Try taking Yoga you can do it at home if your self consious. Bottom line is use your common sense, be yourself. dont wait to date. good luck!!! hope this helped a little.
