Apparenlty a post is closed after a certain number of responses so thought I would start a new post... http://forums.plentyoffish.com/threadlevel.aspx?postID=13063818&ref=0 I think that: I would respect someone who was smart enough to get out of a bad situation then be weak and stay in something bad “just because they made a poor decision”… Life is too short to be with someone for the WRONG reason … or.. to make rash judgements about someone (have a stereo type about them with no facts). Anyone who is attractive and has LIVED is bound to have history… so … the key question for me if dating someone who was married many times (or a lot of relationship hopping) is … “what have you learned from your past relationships”… Do you agree or disagree? :-)

... it really is not that complicated... Tell her you enjoy spending time with her and look forward to getting to know her better... gently let her know how you feel (and how she makes you feel)... Don’t go overboard though (you do NOT want to appear stockerish, desperate, or clingy... some women REALLY do not like that...in fact for many is a turn off)... ...but remember... actions speak sooooo much louder then words... definitely take her out to a nice dinner or something... hold her hand, caress the small of her back when you walks beside her... be a gentleman… If she shared a special story or something she likes (like a type of flower) then do something nice for her (nothing to big but something that shows you are listening)… :-) The problem with attempting to be mysterious... you either are MYSTERIOUS or you are not... often when men attempt this it comes off as disinterested. I suggest you JUST be you... If you are too aloof she will think you are not interested...

Ummmm Is this a serious post? Ummm no, seriously!!!! I am thinking you have never felt that intense chemistry and connection when you are with someone who you cant wait to feel close/with you... WOW is a feeling that is like a drug... the endorphins are pumping... and you cant get enough of each other... Went the sex is amazing it is hard to live without (like air)... Is a feeling every woman should have in their life... Being able to share a mutual intimacy with a partner is a very special thing (of course when with the right partner... nothing compares)... However, some people are a-sexual (meaning have no desire for sex.. I seen a tv show on that... am sure there are sites out there if that is more your preference). From what I understand it is due to very high level of estrogen in some women or too low testosterone in some men... Anywhoooooo hehehe ... I hope this helps :-) Much Love...

I know at some point we are all expected to trust but lets be honest, we are on the internet and DO NOT know these people. I have personally had bad experiences in the past with giving out my number (guys who call incessantly and talk to family members… or… men not giving out their number because they are married)…… So here is what I suggest… As a man, feel open about giving out your number to give her a bit of feeling of safety/security (to show her that you are sincere). Feel free to say “you know, I would really love to get to know you, hear your voice, are you comfortable yet speaking by phone … if yes, here is my number #######... If she is sincere (legitimately interested) she will call you in time (may not be that evening) and after talking to you once or twice she WILL give you her number… Points to note: (a) I say “once or twice” because maybe she is cautious and wants to spend time with you for a bit before releasing her number to you. (b) If she does not call immediately does not mean she is not interested, possibly she just needs a little time to go over how she feels (but she should also be careful NOT to lead the man on… Also, so feel free to let her know WHEN is a good time she can call you…. If she STILL does not give her your number be very cautious (she may be married or hiding something… or just not interested). In this case just be honest and ask her why she is so cautious in giving you her number, especially after all the messages and you providing her with your #... and already talking a few times…. WHYYYY is it the man has to open up first… Well, most women I know (including me) prefer the man to make the first move (sorry but it just “is what it is”)… Hope this helps… J
