How do you stop missing your ex because it's so hard...

I can totally relate...
I met my ex 7 years ago..
we had an unplanned pregnancy...
we were together for the birth and we grew together like a family...we played house, did parental stuff...I was game for life...
For sometime, I asked about getting married and finalizing everything...
on Christmas I found a secret email account, condoms and had my heart, family and home destroyed...I felt as if my life was in ruin....
My daughter could not understand and my pain was profound...he was never in love with me....
In order to get over him...
I moved...four hours away...I had to move to get away from everyone who knew what I experienced...I cannot tell you how bad it was....it was horrible.
Today I am happy, content and feeling wonderful...I changed my life and remind myself that I expect and deserve better...
Give yourself your year to reestablish yourself...do stuff you want to do...no one will love you if you do not love yourself.
