Rich Households Not to get Entitlements under a Tory Government

I think you got it in a nustshell!! Guess it's taken recession and inflation to make the politicions need to be seen to play fair, now that the young and lower income voter or average tax payers are less able to aspire to the finer things in life by living in debt or on a 120%mortgage!!!
I guess those who don't understand how to work the system resent simply getting by, working 9-5 to fund such luxury for our governments MPs and the thousands of UK corporate fat cats.

All working parents recieve tax credits and a professional earning £30k is less in need of the child tax credit than working parents recieving £15k . Albeit I believe some or more empthasis desperatley needs to be in place to consider familys expenses eg: council tax & mortgage payments or child care if required I believe these should be factored.

One way round it if innocent on all parts is to allow her access to thr profile so she can see is just chat and banter, but whats sauce for the goose is good for the gander I say.
What hypocrisy though she ought not be put out if she is doing the same. You have to talk to her though too resolve it is a waste of time asking people here for advice.

Does anyone think that Windows 7 = another Vista upgrade?
Posted:

There'll be no further XP updates in 18 months time & Windows 7 is not available for anyone purchasing Vista Home Basic, they can't get the Microsoft download as and when it's available vista home basic or xp users are expected to purchase.
Good points, Vista isn't so different to XP either just relatively more annoying and settings with to many pop ups offering advice!
XP I found faster, booting up (firstly I blamed my new laptop, I find it outragous it is so slow starting up, I was waiting to find a bios error!), I prefered XP I'd say go with XP until Microsoft stop updating that version of the programme. If your not happy.
I'm tired of Microsoft updates and the price of their software, I prefer Windows IE to Safari as a web browser, but myself personaly in future looks like it's Apple all the way!

why do some guys ,who want kids ,refuse to date single moms?
Posted:
5/4/2009 11:35:26 AM
I find the question daft, isn't a guy entitled to want children, babies of his own who are planned and too go through all the stages of his childs development, with full rights and without the added complication of perhaps feeling second hand by being a step parent!
A guy has the right not to want kids at all, and not to want to complicate his life with other peoples!
SKOOTCHONOVER
I think the above comment I made earlier is a little fairer...
1. Who are you to judge anyone else's circumstances, or any as child being a mistake!, where you a mistake? No it's the irresponsible adults who are the mistakes! I was engaged at 20 with a mortgage which was mine, I was ripped off & let down financially and emotionally; and my relationship ended as I could no longer to afford to be bled dry! My being let down is no reflection upon me or my daughter or how wanted & loved she is! Rrrrrrr
2. No kids don't always have to come first their is a time and a place, littleuns are very time consuming and hardwork ha, all parents I know want & deserve getting away to have laff & take a break [I feel for those who can't], kids also have a more wellrounded life the more healthy role models extended family and friends they have around.
3. Nothing in this day and age is so cut and dry with so many broken families, abandoned mothers, philandering, abuse and divorce, many guys who are older more mature and may have kids living elsewhere or themselves been sh~t!, on may welcome a family set up, it's down to personal choice, who you meet or fall for, life is a box of chocolates, mister and life ain't so damn black & white!
...also as my daughter is old enough, bright, articulate, well rounded, beautiful and mature beyond her almost 12 years of age, no man I ever settle with will need to raise my girl, already job done! Most proud thing ever in my life

Relationship with someone that suffers from depression
Posted:
5/3/2009 8:37:07 PM
Woah poster above I think thats harsh, noone has to deal with another persons issues or depression, obviously if post natal or bereaved is a different matter, a lot of people with depression can be very focused on themselves and hardwork why should anyone be obliged to 'put up' with that?, evetyone gets down and struggles noone should be subject or made accountable for another persons happiness when they are not the root cause of the issue or mistreating that person. Life is hardwork for us all why do some self pitying people not simply understand this and realise theirs not a soul on the planet without some insecurities, heartbreak or struggles in their lifetime, it's when people suss this they can pull themselves together...
Lets face it none of us are getting out alive!, pity us all!, were time dead, lol!, life is for the living only, we live once so make the most of, I say and if it's broken and he can't fix it he needs to walk away! Two unhappy people and then it effecting kids also, sorry the guy is simply using common sense!

Do you get more dis-enchanted as time goes on or more desperate?
Posted:

No I just get fussier, and more confused and life is a headache enough as it is!, I'm far too analytical and worry to much from the outset wether I fancy a guy for sure or not unless; I am feeling chilled, I sound like an utter nut. I am a cool woman; I just haven't grown out of that awkward teenage phase!!!

You won't always hun' and you sound like a diamond! Just have attitude don't let your guard down so much an give too much away about how your feeling, remember what you have to offer and how rare it is from a lot of your peers.
You don't need a girlfriend it's just for fun take it as that until your ready, your still young and serious it is not... marriage, living together, kids no, takes time years, take a chill pill, have a laugh and get busy with other things the happier and busier you are the more of your own life and interests you have the more the ladies will chase if they see they're not needed as the centre of the universe in your life...
Tell you what too I don't condone violence sweetie but I'd love to see someone, 'chin' your mate!
Good Luck xx

PS: someone who loves you, for you will stick around kids aren't an issue as much when they are grown, and we all more and more off us have kids over the age of 30.
It is appauling how many people shirk responsibility of their kids and how many familys split. My friends, think my daughter is cool, she's always been so funny and so have boyfriends but takes a longtime for them to have any inclusion with her, I don't want to find a 'dad' for her, no beggar ever left me because I'm a mum jst because I am a pain in the ass women, LoL!
Your on here hun and you'll have opportunities keep looking but it's not the be all and end all, honestly no man ever is!, (same for any man too relationships can be lovely, if good but bad ones your better off without), I think with younger children on your on it's tough, the time when you probably would most want and need a man in your life, but the very fact puts you in a position where unfortunately your less likely to get this as it's much more diffucult isn't it to get out and about and have your freedom! Keep looking have fun, your children will be grown before you know it, so treasure them now, they too will be off before you know, it passes so quick! xxx

Being in love but visiting sex dating sites

Expect more life's too short, to sweat this kind off stuff. If they're issues and it's not easy for you then move on, because the right relationships aren't such hardwork!, if it was just fantasy your bloke, just being a wee bit of a perv, laff it off, we all have fantasys, but trust issues, don't go away and this does sound just a wee bit disturbed , plus there's the fact your unable to sort out directly with him, not good!
But if something doesn't seem quite right and I have any suspicions than I know it's best to simply jog on! Life can give us all enough grief without allowing the people in to it whoo create more!

Jack Nicholson "As Good As It Gets"
"That's easy. I think of a man and I take away reason and accountability."
Fabulous too true, I love it
... but hang on a minute men do frequently make themselves unaccountable, all the time, difference is they don't talk about stuff, as much! They also act on their reasoning and move on quicker instead of the emotional hullabloo, we woman doo!
...oh' and the guys who do this they just have too little testostorone!

Pregnant British woman faces death by firing squad for smuggling drugs.

Amy, exactly what I was thinking, thats a lost girl with no decent family or support. It's appauling, everyone deserves a head start, the proper morals and guidance, I may be wrong but doesn't seem highly likely! Sickening to think of a young woman having so little respect for herself or the law, she'd consider such foolishness.
I despise drugs, what they stand for and what this illegal industry does to people.
It is really so very sad.

How unfortunate, 20 years old, not long a girl, barely a woman in my opinion, not judging by her behaviour and lack of judgement, a shame regardless of outcome a real waste of her having any sort of headstart early in life.
There'd be such outcry, not likely the girl will be executed pregnant or not, or after she's given birth, human rights they'll work trying to get her released into UK custody, which may prove difficult, just look at Michael Shields case...

Mixed relationships RICH / POOR
Posted:
5/1/2009 4:41:04 AM
I always pay unless into a relationship, I don't want to feel obliged to anyone or vice versa. I've had one or two guys spoil me buying things, but I'll return the favour; if I'm only seeing someone and starting out. I don't like it I could feel a little as if it were payment in kind if I didn't know where I stood yeuchy!; it may be harsh to say but I personally don't want to date anyone who doen't have there affairs in order. But I'm 33 & unless I was married and caring for a baby, which ain't occuring!; I don't see a man has to support me or provide me with anything financially. The bank of England ought to tho!, I wish they'd hurry and put up interest rates!
Feel for the poster however and I have had a similar issue with a friend recently, it is nice to treat friends but if I feel the need, it's not great to feel taken advantage of and does make you question the relationship, especially when it gets to the point they seem to expect or take for granted, don't allow it hun' it'll undermine your self respect and perhaps his if you don't draw a line, just don't let him take advantage!

Hear, hear; abhor the hypocrisy !, our past lilly livered, unorganised legislation & policies from the government regards immigration!
Too many illegal, some criminal and not of any benefit to our economy so in my opinion. Brown ought to have his morals re-organised at least allow those deserving to stay and kick the dregs out!
If only true democracy and us with the common sense could have more control!
I guess maybe he's penny pinching, immigrants already having cost so much in benefits as it is etc. moraility and whats fair isn't really factored into it!

Personally, I've enough to worry about and get on with today, I'll be travelling about visiting Manchester & Liverpool; I'm not concerned theres nothing widespread reported and is only a concern of what may occur.
Personally common sense, wash your hands and keep them away from your mouth after visiting ATMs, using public phones etc. and personally I don't appreciate strangers in my personal space, so you can all keep ya' germs, you swines!!!
...seriously though lives to short, and any national, major outbreak would be headline news, maybe you'd worry less if you stuck to the financial pages!, or erm... oops ha', ha'!... but really what a charming, cheery thread for a dating website
