I can't imagine losing all feelings even after an argument. Either he lied in the first place or is lying about not loving you. If I truly care for someone I never totally get over them. Depending on the situation you may have to accept that you may never see them anymore but they are still in your heart. Men are supposed to not show much emotion, but what he said sounds more like he is trying to hurt you by telling you that.
