New Port Richey - Meet & Greet - Sat Sept 19th - Brew City Grill - Slickside Dance Band!!
Posted: 9/14/2009 3:54:05 PM
Thanks Paul,
I like your post and I think it helped with a lot of negative questions. You're a good host and we all enjoy POF that's for sure. I'm signed up for Brew City this Sat to enjoy the party and dance the night away. I'll probably get there early for dinner. I hope everyone else will be there too. Peace.......

New Port Richey - Meet & Greet - Sat Sept 19th - Brew City Grill - Slickside Dance Band!!
Posted: 9/14/2009 8:14:29 AM
Whoooa, my jets are cool. I see yours got heated up. I didn't tell anyone what party to go to or even suggest where people are allowed to go. Now how could I do that? I already said that Brew City is my favorite place to go and if you look back, we had a bigger get together when it was on a Friday to go along with their fish fry. It was cool when I met a lady and decided to go back the next night for a date. I thought we had a good thing going. I hope we hear more about suggestions than telling people to shut up.

New Port Richey - Meet & Greet - Sat Sept 19th - Brew City Grill - Slickside Dance Band!!
Posted: 9/14/2009 4:00:41 AM
I stopped over at Brew City, on Sat. Sept 12th,because it's my favorite place to go and I tell all my local friends about it too. I left at 9:30 because there were only a handfull of pof people there. That's one reason why we didn't see any pictures. NOW, We already have one POF party this Sat. about a mile away. It was much better when we had our POF parties at Brew City on Friday's. Then we had Sat to take our dates out. I feel POF parties should not be posted no sooner than at least two weeks prior and not step on another of our parties. I'm not a host. Just a member of POF that attends our parties.

I thought his speech was very good and inspirational. I think I'll keep on trying some more. Perhaps if I go back to school I can get off this unemployment and find a job.

We will NOT be hosting anymore POF events at The Tahitian Resort/Beer N Biscuit
Posted: 9/3/2009 6:32:51 AM
I just wanted to say you have my support and when I visited the Tahitian, I wasn't impressed either. I went into the bar and they weren't very pleasant. Anyway you three put your hearts into parties and most of us appreciate it even though we don't always speak up. Thank again. AsBillCZit

I like Brew City and go to as many functions as I can however, I liked it better when they were doing it on a Friday because it went along with the all you can eat fish. I though that's what Plenty Of Fish meant. Now what?

What would you do if you found $20?
Posted: 8/26/2009 9:27:19 PM
This reminds me of the first week of the Florida lotto. One of the TV stations from Tampa was interviewing people at one of the ticket booths and was asking "what would you do if you won the lotto?" one old man replied, "I wouldn't tell you".

New Port Richey- Aug 15

What kind of music are they having. Everyone talks about the price of a drink but who wants to quibble about .25 anyway. I'd like to hear about who's playing? I like Brew City and the food is great. I think they should have a live band for POFr's.

Make yourself available for good things to happen.

We are a great fit on and off the dance floor. That's the woman I'm going to meet soon. If you have those good feelings that something wonderful is about to happen, you could be picking up my vibes.

Ok folks, I just came back from the store and got everything for my baked beans. I'll have a large crock pot full. I'll also bring a small gas grill good for hot dogs and chicken wings. I believe the weather is going to be beautiful. AsBillCZit

Another Picnic in the Park....South Pasco...North Pinellas ... July 19th

I made it part way there and when I stopped for ice, the car wouldn't start and I had to be towed. Enough said. I hope you all had a great time. I was hoping to do a little fishing. Sorry I missed you too Judy. I guess we'll have to figure out something else.

Signs sound good. A cell phone number would be good too. What time is early? When it starts to turn light? I'll bring my newspapers.

I have a small portable gas grill I'll bring. It won't do a side of beef or a pig but it great for hot dogs or wings.

Thanks Happy, I finally found where the picnic was posted. It's hidden but now I know where to look for local get togethers. I'll bring my baked beans. If there's a party and I can't make it, my friends still ask me to send my beans.

Lakeland (and beyond) get together July 15th
Posted: 7/16/2006 6:17:33 AM
I figured in the beginning that it was only a short one hour trip for me and that's not un-realistic. Makes for an enjoyable ride on a Sat. I didn't go with any expectations so I had a good time. I talked to a lot of people that were enjoying themselves too. I danced with some pretty good dancers. I saw some of the best Karoke I've seen anywhere. There sure was a lot of talent there. I enjoyed the entertainment and the DJ did an excellent job. I'm sure I can also understand some people not being comfortable because of maybe the smoke at times but some just walked outside, got a breath of air, and jumped back in. It did get a little warm at times but I think it's this Florida weather too. Over all, I enjoyed myself and appreciate all the time these folks put into this.

I'm likely to go. Which place has the biggest dance floor with a band?
