There is nothing to fear,
But fear itself....
Not failure, not fatal tragedy
Not the broken contacts
in emotional chemistry....
Not the broken units in this mad machinery....

I would like to quote an exerpt from a song ....if I May:
...I'd like some changes
but you don't have the time
Can't go on thinking
it's a victimless crime....
Too many rapids
keep us sweeping along
Too many captains
keep on steering us wrong
No one is blameless
yet we're all without shame
To fight the fire
while we're feeding the flame....
Damn that hurts.

hi privatenites....
Yeah, that's what i'd call it for sure. Anyone too full of themselves to see past their shades would be a player in my book. Be they male or female.
I guess it all depends on how you view yourself as well. Sometimes, if this was somebody who caught your eye right away in a certain situation, you might be too overwhelmed with the feeling of being "lucky" or "wow this person likes me too" to actually see what you were in for.....
P.S.: Yeah those "paradiddles and flams" have been known to crush many a relationship!!!!

The Greatest Act of Love???

I'm going to quote a song here and say I would definitely "love" to actually feel this way about someone:
"If you should die before me, ask if you can bring a friend...."
Gives me chills everytime I hear it.

Holy smoke.......I am ARIES!!! LOL........I am nothing like that!!! OMG ......too funny!!!
Aries is ruled by the Planet Mars!! They are the warriors, the first to get going, implusive and spontaneous, loves to be on the move, physical, energetic go getters..........mostly honest, blunt and go for the jugular when challenged or threatened. :).....you normally do not have the time to stop in front of the mirror....because they go after some cause or goal that they ave their eye on.....LOL........the narcissism has nothing to do with it......that 's more individual, comes from a lack of self-esteem, confidence and the need to get the ego stroked > is common among any sign that is not healthy!!!
Its Leo's that love the attention and want to be liked. They thrive on having their egos stroked ( of course this is not to stereotype ), if Jolie finds this I may have my butt on a sling ;).......us Aries, we aim to please ...if the goal is to attain the prize!!! LOL We do what is necessary to get the Job done!!! .......that is Atypical of Aries Personality. Of coures one must remember, that there are other things to astrology that effect your relationship and how you interact with others, your moon sign > is how you repond in a relationship......not your SUN sign.
Did I say we are questioning, curious and challenging.... .....extremely playful too!!!
If its a mirror you want, damn!!! I will go get you one!!! LOL....ahahahaha and point out the reality and remove the deception.
NARCISSIST????..... Yes??? No????
Quite possible????
Anyone who goes this far to defend themselves from an opinion (which they take as a personal attack) and then lays an attack on someone else (leos)????
Well Balanced???
I personally Cannot handle narcissistic people for more than a couple of minutes.

No kidding!!!!! (sorry, I felt you forgot that)
"Criticizing some of Israel's actions is not antisemtic, but questionning Israel's right to exist definately is."
So let me get this straight.... I can question anything else on this earth.... anything in this galaxy.... or anything in this universe, for that matter..... but I can't question that what is "SEMETIC". ????? THAT would make me ANTI-SEMETIC, right?????

Have to agree with you here.

Let's face it breezerdog, they don't get it and probably never will.
Those "services to the british" you speak of were actually trumpeted in a book called "The Axis of Death" . Which apparently was quickly banned in the western world. I heard about this book from a fellow Deckhand who had sailed the world. He said he picked it up in Greece and it was basically "loaded" with things you just shouldn't know about world governments, major corporations and alike. He said it was written by an ex-aide to J.F.K. who ended up as a professor in western Canada, but did not mention his name. After reading the book, he said he felt "very paranoid" and ended up throwing it overboard. He told me what he could remember about the contents of the book and it was shocking to say the least. I will not repeat any of what he told me here as it is unsubstanciated and second hand information. But I have no reason to doubt what he said.
P.S.: If I run into that "Little Feller", I'll let him know you want to jam!!!

Well, I don't think they would (throw rocks at military vehicles) if they had fully loaded
F-16's to drop "rocks" from.... Or Tanks to shoot "rocks" from..... Or even catapaults to toss "really big rocks" from.... Etc.... Etc....

The character "Archie Bunker" was written and portrayed (meaningfully so) as an ignorant moron. That was the comedic genious of the whole show. No one really took him seriously (other than Meat-Lid). But, I could not ever foresee it being re-made in this day and age.
But hey, you never know????

I say arm, train and support the Palestinians just like the States did for "Bin Laden and his band of merry men" and Israel, and...... etc. Then let Israel and the Palestinians have at it on a fair and level playing field....

So why is Harper PM again?
Posted:
2/13/2006 7:02:18 PM
He (Harper) is a slimy S.O.B. and can't be trusted!!!!! (not unlike most politicians)
He appoints a Liberal turncoat to a cabinet post (ethics.... yeah)
He gives a cabinet post to a non-elected party member (enough of the ethics already!!!!)
Most of his "promises" are on the "five year plan" (isn't a term only 4 yrs????)
What of the "GST credits"??? Is that where he intends to recoup the loss of the 2% revenues with this tax cut????
His daycare plan is a joke. $100.00 per month would cover about 1/4 of the monthly bill. So what do you do when your child turns 7???? You lose the funding obviously!!!! I'm sure he will not honour the "real daycare plan" introduced and ratified by the federal Liberals and the provinces.
I could go on and on.... But by the time I was finished, I'm sure another election would be upon us.

Madrigal
When the dragons grow too mighty
To slay with pen or sword
I grow weary of the battle
And the storm I walk toward
When all around is madness
And there's no safe port in view
I long to turn my path homeward
To stop awhile with you
When life becomes as barren
And as cold as winter skies
There's a beacon in the darkness
In a distant pair of eyes
In vain to search for order
In vain to search for truth
But these things still can be given
You're love has shown me proof

As per your profile (sorry I peeked lol) you are 22 yrs old. You have your whole life ahead of you. Put this creep in your rearview mirror and put the pedal to the metal!!! Just know that you will meet someone better than this idiot. All men are not the same, as with all humans, some are better than others.
Again.... Good luck Jenna!!!!

TIME
Life is just an endless path
Upon which everyone walks
And time is just the hands
on everbody's clocks
The second hand shows people
Rushing to succeed
While the slower more patient hands
Are the ones you always read
If you are one who's rushing
Slow down, walk instead....
For you cannot beat the hands of time
They're forever moving ahead

RATIONAL RESISTANCE
TO AN UNWISE URGE
anything can happen
FROM THE POINT OF CONCEPTION

AT THE POINT OF SURRENDER
TO THE BURDEN OF PROOF
FROM THE POINT OF IGNITION
TO THE FINAL DRIVE
THE POINT OF THE JOURNEY

Why do guys usually always state Not looking for a Serious Relationship
Posted:
2/11/2006 7:12:48 PM
Well I guess the old adage lives to true form:
"The chase is better than the catch."
Not to say that "it" wasn't "good" but if it comes too easy it leaves one to wonder how many times someone has been caught.
On the opposite side of the coin, if the chase is a long one, it makes the catch all the more worthy.
Ya think???? Or is it just me????

Alot of it has to do with maturity or lack thereof. Guys can change just like anyone else can. This guy in particular doesn't sound too mature or has a mojor self-esteem problem. Sounds like both to me. Thank your lucky stars you're rid of him and change your thoughts to prayers for whoever he ends up with!!!!
Good luck Jenna!!!
