PICS: Just see the Red X's

I tried posting some new pics...but they all show as red x's. Someone sent me some pics and all I can see are red x's as well. My old pics are still clear.
I followed the instructions suggested and after "30 hops" this is the message I received:
Tracing route to a 773.g.akamai.net 24.153.19.136
Can someone help?
