Men...........women.........and sleep Posted: 2/4/2007 6:18:05 AM | I believe a lot of it has to do with how much exercise you get. I travel alot and when I don't have time to workout I am tired and in a bad mood all the time, I wake late and go to bed early. If the place I'm staying has a gym it's perfect. I am in the gym by 7am and in bed to fall right to sleep between 12:30 and 2am. I feel great and my mood is perfect. I am no gym junkie but like the saying goes, A body in motion stays in motion.
