Possibly, seems everyone I know, knows what it means but that may be why! It's mostly aimed at those who would know, so if everyone doesn't get it, that's ok. Plus it would be a good conversation starter for those who don't know. I've already had two people ask about it. Thanks for the tips, but I think I am gonna leave that one alone for now. YAY! I'm done!

Looks good length wise now. I would delete a couple of the pics and put up some better ones. How about you on your motorcycle or doing other hobbies and fun stuff you enjoy? Also your main pic makes you look about 12, so maybe replace that one as well! lol Definately get rid of the one where your face is shiny...again it makes you look way too young and in need of clearasil! lol I'm not trying to be mean, so please don't take it that way at all! You are cute but young looking, which is good, except when the pics make you look twelve.

You are plenty cute enough, that is NOT your problem! It's probably the search radius that is hindering you. :( Now if you were in the US, I doubt you would have this problem...more people = more possibility of finding someone you click with. The only advice I can offer is more pics and correct the punctuation and spelling issues, other than that, it looks great!

Definately get rid of the self portrait, the pic with the hot chick and the redneck budweiser line, other than that looks good! Self portraits 99% of the time male you look silly and immature. Get someone to snap the shot for you if you want one dressed up, or use a camera with a timer. Even if you are just friends, she is pretty hot and some women may pass you by thinking they can't compete and that you would think them below you. The redneck comment is just unecessary. I personally would not take offense to it or anything, but it sounds negative, so just get rid of it. The paragraph reads better without it actually. Good luck, I am sure you will get some responses!

Well said Stjaba! It does need something to that hooks the reader and makes them want to know more. Tell us who you are, stories, hobbies, etc. People need to be able to connect with you! :)

Well for starters, you need more pics...some full length and some of you in your element...doing things you enjoy, etc. Second...get rid of the needy/desperate sounding comments...."don't pass me by" etc. Rather explain more of who you are and what you have to offer, that way they won't want to pass you by. You were probably going for honest and nice, but saying it like that sounds desperate which is not good. Hope that helps :)

I agree about yanking the first line, and yes do post more pics. Pics of you doign things you like, standing next to your car, even one with your kids...but just one. Something that shows who you are and what you are about. :) Otherwise, you're beautiful and good luck! :)

I think its perfect Ron! I would leave the comment about no degree required. Possession of a degree does not make a person smart or mean they are someone you can have an intelligent conversation with. Some men, especially younger men, discriminate this way and I find it very condescending. I am finishing my degree, but even once I have it, I would not date someone who would only be interested because I had a degree. I think that attitude is insulting to my intelligence. I was smart before the degree, and that should be valued as well.

So much for being nice. You may want to edit that part from your profile. It sounds like me and the other girl you flamed dodged an ego bullet. I have had many compliments from men saying they liked what I had to say and the I was a no BS kinda gal. I just wondered if it could be softened up a bit. Yet you felt the need to attack without prevocation. Sounds like you still have some maturing to do.

I've had the same problem...I think some people think they want to meet new people but when the opportunity arises, they chicken out. Happened to me 3 times now. Get more and better pics and descirbe yourself more. You mention a few things but it really doesn't give someone the complete picture of who you are. :)

Helpful hints/constructive criticism appreciated. I know I am direct and to the point but I also don't want to come off as self absorbed (one person said this but I also had to consider the source) or ****y. I believe in putting everything out there so people can get a good idea of who I am and if they are really interested, but I worry it is too long or too much. I also seem to attract people who act very interested then in the next conversation/overnight turn flaky...
