Would you Prefer Comedy clubs or Movies on the First date?
Posted:
11/30/2006 4:04:36 AM
Not too sure, guess that depends on her sense of humor. Personally I love good comedy, on the other hand I am a big movie buff too. Let's see:
Comedy club pros: relaxed atmosphere, hopefully lots of laughing, can talk and get to know each other a bit better
Cons: Comedian might talk about something you find funny but she finds offensive...opps.
Movie pros: hmmm. A good chick flick works.
Cons: Not much time for chat. What do we see, will she like it, will I like it? Is a chick flick to sappy? hmmm....
On that note. Comedy club for sure.
Cheers

Finding the right bible
Posted:
11/30/2006 3:54:48 AM
rawkkitty,
Most Bible's or Holy Books say the same thing, and will contain both the Old and New Testemants. Most Christian's are realy into the New Testemant which of course pertains to Jesus Christ. If it is simple language that you are after might I suggest the New International Version, the language is about as simplistic as it get's. But on the note of you looking into specific issues you might want to try http://www.biblegateway.com/, it has many different versions, and you can search for specifics.
Hope this helps some

y do men cheat on their girlfriends or wives ?& how do we gain the trust of men !

forgotenangel73,
You hit that one right on the nail. Thank you for your honesty. I know that men get hurt just as much as women do. No one sex is better than the other. I have been with one or two women (I thought they were single) who were talking to their boyfriends as we were doing the nasty, or just afterward. What kinda crap is that? I have always been faithfull in my relationships, but I refuse to sit back and be walked all over because I am a reveng toy to make up for some past relationship where the dude screwed around on the lady.

rough sex?
Posted:
5/16/2006 8:12:07 PM
That depends on weather or not you are with them more than once. Sometimes they like it ruff, and you will know this when they get on top and ride you like there is no tommorow, or if they say harder, harder, pull my hair, spank me, and stuff like that. On the other hand, they might say stuff like slow down, or be more gental, and stuff like that. If it is a partner that you have been with more than once then I believe that some mixing it up is in order. But really if you are unsure it never hurts to ask..
Cheers.

Where does one meet TALL women
Posted:
5/16/2006 8:05:25 PM
forgotenangel73,
First off 5'10" is more average then tall, I am between 5'9" and 5'10" and I consider that quite average and not tall (however I am a fair bit bigger than alot of people). I my ideal weight is around 175-179lbs and there is no f***n way I could ever get down to that, not even when I was in the best shape of my adult life jogging miles a day along with a vigorus exercise program. I should be so lucky if I could get down to 190lbs (that would be nice). Anyhow, why pay your e-mailer any mind at all. He (I am assuming it was a male) obviously is an imature dink who has nothing better to do in life than try and get a rise out of people. I have seen your pic and you look like a very attractive woman to me.
Cheers.

Assisted Suicide

I am all for assisted suicide providing it is for the right reasons, and not out of weakness. Being terminally ill is so much different than being weak. I guess what I am trying to say is that it should'nt even be called suicide, it should be called something like expediting ones road to God.

Has anyone read the Satanic Bible? What did you really think of it?
Posted:
5/4/2006 2:29:02 AM
I don't think I have ever seen the satanic book, but I bet it would be an interesting read. I am a very spiritual person, and although I like to think and say I am a God fearing man, I don't always act as though I am one. I think your post is very interesting. When I ask people if they believe in God, I always follow it up with do you believe in satan. I do this because I do not feel that one can truly believe in God if they are unable to accept that there is also a satan. Have you read the Holy Bible, Old and New Testements? How many testements are in the satanic book?
Cheers.

Biochips:Real threat to privacy or urband legend?
Posted:

tenaka and tim,
You both bring up a very good point with the sin number, however I have been buying, selling, and trading since I was old enough (which was about age 5). I used to collect pop bottles or employ myself with other various tasks. I was able to purchase anything that my little heart desiered (within reason for a 5 year old) with those earnings. I also worked for a good 2 years prior to even having a social insurance number. If I really wanted to, I could find some kind of work this very day that would allow me to earn money, purchase things, as well as trade, and all this I could do without a SIN number. I guess what I am trying to say is, yes you are correct to a point, but the SIN number is only a means to mark/number of the beast, and not the mark/number itself. Besides the mark (name or number) of the beast is prophisised as being placed on the right hand of every person who excepts it. I signed for my SIN card with my left hand!
Cheers

Revelation 13:17 so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. Need I say more?

First off do you even own a Toyota, cause if not, then I just proved that it is well beyond my power to prove to anyone that there is a God.

I have often been confused by that one myself. Noah got off the Ark with his wife and children. They all procreated some more, but where did the other people come from? It is like they were just there.

azureorb,
How about this. I know there is a supream being, I call Him God, I Am, The Almighty Father. I am not a church goer, although I used to be when I was younger. I am not a Bible thumper, although I am very intrigued by the "Good or Holy Book". If it was in my power to prove to you that there is a God, assuming you are a non believer, than I would say that you will get a flat tire on your Toyota Today while on the way to work.
Check out what I wrote in this forum, it may give you a better idea of the fact that although I do believe in God, it dose not mean that I think I Am will save my ass when the day of my reckoning is at hand.

I am under the impression that I would never ask that of a partner, but if it happened great. Though I might feel a bit jealous, then I would have to ask myself: am I doing something wrong. Then there is the plain fact that there is no way in hell I am doing guy on guy action for her, so why should she have to do the g on g thing for me.

shycomic65,
Absollutly. But I must admitt it is a tough road to walk sometimes. I enjoy nothing more then pleasing a woman. I have the gift of creating a deep passion. I just said to a friend the other day I am too damm good in bed. Cause lets face it there is ^^^^ing, and then there is makin love. I consider them to be one in the same. I guess you just have to let them know. They will either give up after a while or call you some more.

Experience and Lack Thereof...

iwarrior,
It sounds like your a one woman man, and that's all cool and shite so your just going to have to find a woman that will like you as you are, or that is willing to train you. Otherwise it's just like being a salesmen. You try to sell it but there not buying, so you try to sell it again, but there still not buying, so on and so forth, but then one day you wake up and find that all that effort has paid off. Your a sales machine!
Or you can buy some books. I recommend the hands on experience, its a blast.

buzzingbee,
I would have to say that my partner has issues that need to be dealt with. I would also say that if they had to be intoxicated all the time then they would just be a hump buddy, because otherwise, I would certainly be insulted unless there was an underlaying reason behind it, like they used to be a hooker, an escort, or they might have had a bad child hood experience/experiences. Or they could be just plain gay and have to be intoxicated to have straight sex.

can we men say no to sex?
Posted:

I think not. Because if we don't feel like having sex because oh lets just say we worked all day and were dead tired, or were just not horny, then we must be cheating. It's a double standard.

Anyone here leave the Catholic Church?
Posted:
4/18/2006 10:29:01 PM
First off I served mass for almost a decade at two Roman Catholic Cathedrals in Ontario. For as much as I have learned in doing so, along with being schooled in the Catholic school system, I have taken a big step back. I find not only the lay people but the greater part (not all) of the clergy to be very hipocritical. On many ocassions I have heard of deniel of the rite of baptisim due to lack of attendance or lack of envelopes on the parents part. Who the hell are they to deny any child the Holy Spirit?
Secondly, I find all religions to be a stumbling block. They tend to create wars and tensions that anyone with a true spirituality in any teaching can look past. As all Godly religions teach the same thing be it Muslem, Judaism, or Christianity. But instead of accepting this we choose to bicker over the meaningless differences.
I leave you with this, you can re-search it for yourself: There will come a time when God will not judge people for which church they attend, but The Lord will judge them for what is in their heart and souls.
Cheers

The Demonization of Sex
Posted:
4/18/2006 10:15:19 PM
Sex itself is not bad, in fact it is promoted. Go forth and be fruitfull, and or be fruitfull and multiply were things told to us from God. So I say again, it is not sex that is bad, but they way in which we take for granted the feelings and emotions of others when we have sex with them just for the sake of sex. Lifes are ruined, and families torn apart in the name of one night stands, or meaningless affairs that carry on in the name of sexuall appitite. Lifes are conceived and taken away just as fast because a male and a female had sex but were not willing to accept the consecuences of their actions. Blaa, blaaa, blaaa. I think you get the drift.

Posted:

I know God exists. I know this because I have a conscience. When I do wrong, I know I am doing wrong if the law permits it or not. It is written on our hearts. It is my free choice to go ahead and do wrong, or my choice to stop when that voice in my head or feeling in my heart tells me that what I am doing is wrong.
Also life is always grand when I walk in the path of The Lord (and I mean really walk the path). Always. No matter what happens around me life remains good. I am able to spread cheer to those around me, and comfort those who are in need. When I walk off the path of the Lord, well, life aint so grand. But once again that is my choice. But that is all the proof that I need.
Cheers.

Why Evil...why doesn't our Creator just eliminate evil once and for all?
Posted:
4/18/2006 9:56:35 PM
I feel the good and evil are symbiotic. In our world today one is nothing without the other. Let us speak of the free will that God has gifted us all with. If there were no evil then there really is no freedom to choose. Sure I would have a choice if all was good, but how then could I prove my self worth in the eyes of the Lord? I have complete free choice to do good or evil as it is right now. Hopefully I choose to do Good over Evil, however so much of our society teaches us as much wrong as right. Now I have a choice to try to fight that or change it. But that brings up a whole new topic of Courage.
Cheers.

What does the Easter season concerning Jesus Christ mean to you???
Posted:
4/18/2006 9:39:14 PM
Wow I could go on about this one. But ultimately it is a very deep and spiritual thing that happened when Jesus freely accepted the fate which his Father asked of him. I have a deep love for God. I did absolutely nothing for lent, nor did I prepare for lent. I am not ready to improve anything or make any false promises to myself nor God. If I am lucky I will have enough time in my life to devote myself to God both physically and spiritually. But untill then may God have mercy on my soul, and may Jesus Christ judge me accordingly to the way I have, and still am living my life.

missdallas68, you are a very good looking lady. On a free dating site you are bound to get the odd idiot who fails to read that you are looking for a long term relation ship. Your profile looks fine to me, it is clear and too the point. My sugestion is do not respond to these dinks, and block them from contacting you in the future.
