well over 45, and and afraid of the dating game?

Scares the hell out of me.
Its like stepping out of a time machine.
There are times that I fell I am destined to live out my years with a picture of my keyboard in my wallet.
Then I could show a pic of my true love to people.
Its all about typing.
Forums, SMS, emails......
One thing that I find daunting this time around is the speed at which everything happens.
You are expected to meet someone and decide then and there if its going to happen.
I await the day when these sites have a drive-thru.
"would you like love with that"
Where's Mr Peabody and the wayback machine when you need it.

Last time I was dating you actually met people and got to know them.
This medium is very daunting.
You are relying on the written word to convey years of character building.
Any real comments appreciated.
Free steak knives for first 3 replies.
Our operators are standing by.
I appreciate you giving a rats bottom to read this.
