Yeah, power metal is also my favorite...
You know Dark Moor?
Malmsteen?
They prove that metal and classical music are the same (among others...)
You can also try :

I don't think it's a love it or hate it for everybody.
Of course some people never will.
But Metal is a powerful and complex type of music that everybody cannot understand or feel right.
It takes time to really appreciate it, you can develop your taste for it (so don't give up...)
A little bit more than a year ago, i didn't know anybody who like the same kind of music i do (not only metal btw).
But then i started to go on music forums and met friends with whom i can now talk and share my music interests.

So, the only thing I understand in those answers is that it's a personal point of view of the person.

Ok, I saw in another thread that guys want girls who are confident.
What does it mean exactly.
Does she have to LOOK confident?
Or is it the things she says?
Can you explain please?

I'll answer only one of your question :
NO! All women are not basically the same deep down.
They can be as different as heaven and hell...

A question for the ladies.. The word NOTHING..
Posted:

Usually, it's the guys that say there is nothing when there is actually something going on...
But I'd say, that nothing means I don't want to talk about it...

Why are you single?
Posted:

It's not really a choice.
I don't want to be single, but I don't want to go out with the first idiot I meet.
I am unlucky, but is this a choice?

I was in a book store today and saw MANY books about how men are unfaithfull and that women just gotta accept it.
What do you think???
I hope it's not true, cause it's really depressing

How long does it take to fall in love?
Posted:
6/2/2006 2:52:55 PM
It depends on people
I know if I like/love the guy within a couple of weeks.
Last guy I dated, he didn't know (with all the girls he dated) before 6 months...
Advice : try to be patient, but if you felle something is wrong, talk about it with her...

SEX and men
Posted:

Answers to your questions:
1. Both. Some guys just want to have sex (don't want serious relationships, in fact, many of them) and some others dump the girls after they have sex.
2. Very funny question. Many guys want to chase other girls to have sex. They like to have the feeling of 'new' all the time. If you don't understand why a guy would take the chance to chase a different girl who he's not sure she will do it, it's because you have trouble getting girls for sex and those guys don't.
3. Again, both. If a girl doesn't want to just have sex with a guy, she won't give it to a guy that only wants that. But, even though a guy says he looks for a relationship, many girls want to wait until they know the guy better. For many women (not all of them), sex and love are not totally dissociated. Personaly, I can easily fall in love with a guy I sleep with, so that's why I want to know the guy better before we have sex, or even kiss.
But all women are different...

Why is it so hard to meet decent people here
Posted:

I disagree, but, maybe anglophones are more rude than francophones, or you just don't hang out with good people.
Canada is a very tolerant country, i don't think Canadians don't want americans here like you say

It's the opposite, it's because we are social, we'd rather meet people rather than talk on a forum (we does not include me...) ;-)
