Bells Palsy is the pits.....About 3 days after I had my lil boy it happened to me. Im not sure what caused it, or what caused it to go away. It was rough on me, i couldnt drink out of a straw, drink out a cup without spilling it all over me, and it made me soooo self conscious. In all reality no one noticed it unless I pointed it out to them. It was hard to sleep and even wash my face in the shower. Good Luck...I think just freeing yourself of stress will help though.

My son has been in the hospital with his MRSA now since Wed. it is very serious, I am learning more about this "superbug" it is incredibly easy to pick up anywhere

Has any other parent on here dealt with a toddler or child with MRSA, if so, whats are some things I can do to make him more comfortable? He is out of daycare and seeing a doctor daily for the boils. They said if he is not any better today he will go into the hospital. Has anyone else ever dealt with MRSA? This is the scariest thing I have ever been through with my son.

I have used the Instead "cup" and it worked pretty decent during sex....The only problem was getting it in and positioned. It is definatly NOT something I would use aside from sex though! But as far as it blocking the blood during sex it works pretty good. I have had a guy that says it feels like I am wearing a diaphram when using an Instead, so it doesnt go completely "un-noticed" from the guys end .

Lofty, girl you are in my thoughts !!! Just keep these 2 quotes in your head. "Dont put a wishbone where a backbone is supposed to be" and "Dont make someone a priority in your life, who only makes you an option in theirs" These 2 quotes have helped me soooo much. I just recently came out of an abusive relationship much like the one you were in. There was physical violence, mental and verbal abuse too. Only I wound up having a child with my ex. We would break up and get back together usually every month. Then it got to be where it was every week. He also had a awful drug problem soooo there was NO trust there. The last time we broke up he started seeing an old friend of mine, not even like a day or 2 after we split. He took my child over there to spend the night at the girls house and I had to watch her drop my child and my babys father off that day. When she dropped him, less than a week later (after dealing with his drug problem already) he came running back. Only to dissapear on me again when payday rolled around. Just be thankful you didnt create a child with him and you HAVE the option of NO CONTACT. I sure do wish I had that option, but with a child together it is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. Dont let him continue to hurt you girl, he keeps you hanging on. He may go for days or weeks without calling or coming around but he knows all he has to do to keep you there waiting on him is to call with a "hopeful" conversation. He knows he can come back anytime. He may have said he loved you. But he didnt love you back the way you loved him. Or he wouldnt have said and did the things to you that he did. Also even if you guys had broken up he wouldnt have allowed his friends to belittle you and poke fun at you if he truly LOVED you. Your best bet is NO CONTACT with that loser. Invest in CALLER ID and when you see it is him...dont answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As much as you want to...DONT!!!! Dont see him, DONT SLEEP WITH HIM !!!!!!!!!! Dont talk to him. Eventually things will start to heal. Throw yourself into your own life and get involved with friends (girls or guys...just get out there and meet new people) As long as you dont talk to him the healing process will take place naturally. Who knows you may meet someone that you are even more crazy about than him. But dont rush things....Good things TAKE TIME~~. If you need someone to talk to message me..I could really use a friend that is going through a bit of the same thing. Just be thankful that now he is the other girls problem. FORGET THE GOOD TIMES. Obviously HE HAS MOVED ON. now its your turn. He WILL COME BACK especially after he sees you moving on with your life and being happy. Guys like that ARE TOXIC baby girl TOXIC they find a way of seeping back into our lives every time. THIS TIME YOU HAVE THE UPPER HAND DO NOT LET HIM GET THE BEST OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yup...Im guilty.. I was on and off again with my childs father for 3 years. He would go on a drug binge and I would say "no MORE WE ARE DONE" a few days later he would come back and swear it would never happen again. Needless to say I would take him back and the next paycheck rolled around and he done it again. It made me quite bitter towards addicts. Then he started seeing another girl a week after we split up. I was devastated because it was sooo soon but I started moving on with my life, then he wormed him way back into my home....Well once again I am officially single. I finally give up on him. Ex's are Ex's for a reason

Oh the mushroom instead of the bun thing sounds really neat. I seen that Hardees has a low carb burger now that uses lettuce leaves instead of the buns...I bet it would be messy though as big as their burgers are

I love Pea Salads...my gramma makes one that is fabulous. It has all different kinds of layers to it she uses the frozen peas too b/c they retain their shape better. take a layer of lettuce, top it with some mayo or ranch whichever you prefer layer of peas chopped very finely some onion and green pepper shredded cheese bacon bits REPEAT yummmmmm!

I am looking for some recipes or quick easy nutritous foods that I can serve my almost 2 year old son. He refuses to eat anything unless he can pick it up himself and eat it. Lately the only thing he will touch is chicken nuggets and gerber fruit snacks. I know these are not healthy for him every day so I am just looking for something that will interest him enough to eat. Its just me and him in the household so Im looking for something that will help meet nutritional guidelines for his growing body and be quick and easy to make and clean up. Any recipes or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!~

one cup of sugar. one cup of peanut butter, and 1 egg mix it all together drop it on baking sheet bake and voila easiest cookies in the world btw dont bake them too long these are the best soft and chewy

the best apple butter comes from the mountains of north carolina......you can buy it in the grocery store in the jelly section but it is no where as good as homemeade apple butter you buy from produce stands in the mountains good luck in your search...I love that stuff on warm raisin bread
