You won't ever go from beer-gut to ripped, but if you were toned to begin with, then it's possible. Remember Travolta after Stallone had trained him for for weeks? I can't remember the movie, but he looked well for it




i think the addition of growth hormones and steroids would of played a major part in the transformation of travoltas physique in such a short time..lol
them get ripped in a few weeks adverts are a load of bollocks..and a waste of money..the best way to get yourself a good physique is to work out hard and pump the iron for a good solid 6 months or so in a proper spit and sawdust gym..

the phrase ''save the planet'' is quite scarey..it conjurs up images of earth being invaded by 1000s of flying saucers fireing death ray beams of destruction..and humanoid type creatures with fecking big bulging eyes saying things like ''take me to your leader'' or ''exteriminate''...a simple phrase such as '' the earth is fecked up..stop using too much heating in the winter'' or '' heating is for the rich..freeze your bollocks off in the winter and help the planet''...after all..we have to think of the poor wealthy people..how are they gonna heat there big mansions up if there is no coal. gas.and oil left..?

that is correct..my 2 are half wild country farmyard hillbilly cats..they were brought up sleeping in barns on summer nights..outside in the fields or woods hunting..total freedom..now i live in town i dont let them outside..and they are still perfectly happy..they get fed 3 times a day and are given lots of attention..what more does a cat want..?

in a way..yes..but this is boxing..the object of the sport is to fight..two combatants fighting each other fair and square..queensbury rules...not run around the ring playing pit a pat..if that fight would of been staged in the usa..it could easily of been stopped as a no contest..anyway..its very rare that we see a boxing match of that poor quality...lets just hope it was a one off match and that it doesnt set a new standard to all the new up and coming pretty boy boxers who enjoy the glamour and money..but dont wanna fight for it...

cats..not to fussy on dogs but i tolerate them..i have 2 cats..one is a 18 year old she tabby..she looks much younger and is in tip top health..and a fecking big black and white tom..7 years old and a big softie..both are real country farmyard cats and are expert hunters of rats, rabbits and mice..and the odd bird or bat that just happens to get too close..but we dont live in the countryside anymore..so i keep them indoors cos they have no road sense...

i agree with gary on this one..ok.. he was fighting a big giant of a man with a very long reach..and he used his speed and agility to dance away from his punches and stay out of his way..but he done it for 12 rounds non stop..boxing is about fighting..not running..there was only about 20 punches that landed throughout the whole contest..i hope there isnt a fecking rematch..i wont be watching it anyway..ill watch paint dry instead..more exciting..

a bloke i know quite well was killed about a month ago in afghanistan..his dad is himself a ex sas hero and appears on tv shows quite often..and even though he was very proud of his son fighting for his country..he is fecking devastated at the loss of his boy..he looked like an old man at the funereral..even though they are doing us proud by getting out there and fighting for the country..its still a big waste of human life and real tragic..

the best landing zone iv ever seen was on the back of some blokes head..when i was a young brat..me and my mates bought a rocket between us with our pocket money..we then put it in a bottle and lit it..the bottle fell over and the rocket shot out verticaly..and hit some bloke on the back of the head and blew up and set his hair alight..i know it aint funny now and it could of hit him in the face and blinded him..blah blah..but it was funny at the time...

It is a small percentage that have broken laws and a lot of have been rightly punished and not got away with it. The incidents that annoy me are the Steven Gerrard assault, Fergie and his players getting away with driving bans etc. because of fancy lawyers


i think in steven gerards case..the main reason he was found not guilty was more to do with him being up in liverpool crown court with a jury made up of scouse lfc supporters rather than his fancy lawyer....

it depends what your looking for..alot of people who use the forum.. come on here just to do that.. me included..but there is also the pof meets which are good for making friends..etc but if you have come on here looking for your soul mate or to meet loads of women..then i do agree somtimes it is quite frustrating..its best not to take the dating side too serious..just have a laugh on the forums and then anything else that happens is a bonus...
