how do you get revenge on someone you loved
Posted: 11/2/2006 7:13:13 AM | | Orders of protections are abused by too many women. It is well-known in the legal community that OP's are used as a tool in gaining custody and property. The courts and law enforcement has crept into the family life overboard. I have seen all too often as a paralegal that many women use the OP as some sort of "revenge" mechanism when they are unable to formulate an argument or lack the skills of oration. Every marriage or couple goes through difficult times, however, that does not give women a green light to wreck another person's life over an email, letter, or a baked loaf of bread. Is it really that bad when we have to lock people up for sending loaves of bread? My suggestion is that if you lack the skills to "COMMUNICATE", don't get married. Men and women are programmed differntly. And the law is written corresponding to the way a woman thinks. The statute provides no defense for false allegations or reconciliation. The reason divorce is over 50% is the no-fault divorce law. Maybe if they married for the right reasons instead of gaining control and possession of a man's property after a couple years of marriage, then divorce would be taboo again. But in today's market, too many women are materialistic. NOT ALL, BUT MANY. I call them the microwave generation. They want everything instant, but not willing to work for it. Reliance on a man with a high paying job is easier to do. Now let me hear those women lib folks!! | | | |
