First of all, this site is run by volunteers. They don't live here and as a result you're not always gonna get the instant gratification you think you deserve/need.

Secondly, when you come out swinging punches it makes those that could help, not want to. Personally I don't think publicly mouthing off to mods in the forums is going to aid you. Ditto with emailing users private nasty messages. Perhaps exercising some manners and patience might be prudent.
