Trying to get bigger

If you want to put on some descent size its goiing to take some time so be patient. It wont happen over night. First is your diet. Eat lots of healthy fats (all natural peanut butters, almond butter, flax, hemp oils, omega 3-6-9's etc), good amount of proteins and low glyecimic carbs. Throw in a couple of chest meals per week (but dont go to over board at these meals, remember you goal is size not fat gain). Next is weight training. Train heavy and hard. There are lots of programs out there that will add size like the 5 x 5 method, german volume training, 6 x 6 method, pyramiding etc. Just change your routine every 3 - 5 weeks. Also do some cardio about 4 - 5 30 min sessions per week, but keep it light. Maybe some walking on an incline on the treadmill. Remember doiing cardio helps transport nutrients to the body not to mention its good to for the heart. Do some stretching have fun and be patient. Gains will eventually come. Also rememeber if your a natural then muscle gain might only be 5 lbs a year.

If I was asked I would, and I woudl expect the same. Too many stories you hear of divorces where one spouse gets everything, even before they met. Heard one story where a guy took years to build his business up on his own. He met this girl got married, then divorced. She ened up taking evrything form this guy including his business which she had no part in what so ever.

If im at a club im always dancing. If you notice on the dance floor theres usually nothing but girls out there, Seems to be if your out there having fun not giving a rats ass girls will usually come up and make the first move. But if i do see someone who catches my eye then i make my way over to her, if she smiles then just say something stupid to make her laugh, then your in.

If you want to strenghten your lower back focues on squat work and deadlifts. If you are goiing to do side bends make sure you use light weight and high reps. The obliques are like any other muscle in your body they will grow, which will give you the wide waist look.

Although im not a fan of the Leafs you cant help but wonder some of the bone head moves they made in the past. An example when Quinn was coach he chose to play washed up old vetrans over youth. Another reason they really dont have any hope for the future is they can't draft. I think they took Atropov 8th overall in the year he was drafted. Hes is totaly usless. They only good draft pick they made was drafting Pogey. When you rely every night on Mats Sundin your pretty much goiing to lose a ton of games.

There is no way woman can bulk up like men, they DO NOT have enough testosterone. I see this everyday in the gym, woman using to light of weightm, you should be putting effort in you weight training sessions. Remember half assed efforts bring you half assed results. o with the heavier weights

The way I look at it, we live in an age where evrything and evryone is suppossed to be treated as equals. So, if im goiing to spend up to 10 large on a ring then she shoudl be spending the same amount on me, tic for tact. Besides I would rather spend the money on a home, a car, a trip something you both could enjoy. A ring is just a symbol and that is that, nothing else.

I too was once overweight, when I went to the gym I didnt care who was staring at me, as long as i was there. The harder i worked the better the results got. Getting in shape is not easy if it were there wouldnt be the rate of obiese people we have in north America. I dont look down on overweight people for working out, but apparently Roo and I are a holes because we go and bust are aces off every day to achieve the look we want.

Agree with Giddy your not at the gym to sit there and talk about the day, your there to train your ass off, if not then go home. Nothing annoyes me more then someone sitting at a machine while talkign to another person while you waiting to use it.

Wokring out tooo much can be harmfull, which is why you need your rest. As far as working out too hard, if your not working out hard then get the heck out of the gym. When Im traiing its balls to the walls, I dont sit around and socialize with people. Im there to workout out not chat. Hard and heavy is what will bring you the gains, but make sure you get your rest by taking 1-3 days a week off from training.

You may want to see your doctor and see if your a canidate for hormone repalcement therapy. Another thing to look into is your diet, making sure your getting enough good fats, protein and nutrients in your diet

Couldt agree more with 50 nickles, alot of woman believe that very light weight that has little resistance will tone, the only way to tighten your arms is to watch your diet (by taking in less calories than you are burning to create a calorie deficit), do your cardio (alternate by doiing high intensity sessions on days you dont train with weights and doiing some light cardio after your workout), and train with weights ( doing exercises that actually require you to work). You CAN NOT spot reduce you might loose the fat on your arms first or it might come off last, it all depends on the individual. Good lock.

For as long as I can remember the Dolphins have been voted to either go deep in the playoffs or win the Super Bowl, and every year is the same, they dont. Sure their defence looks good on paper, but they are all old with little experience in the secondary. The reason why Culppepper wasnt performing yesterday, they have a bad offensive line. Until they get the blocking that they need, they will be a mediocre team. Wait until the later half of the season when the defence gets worn out then youll see how bad they actaully are.

Just remember you have to find which foods work best with your body. Not every body will act the same what the gurus tell you. It took me years to find out that my body responds very well to high protein, high fat (healthy fats) and low carbs. I have tons of energy and my body fat hovers between 6 - 8 % yearly. Now what might work for me wont work for another person. You have to experiment to find out which foods best respond to YOU!

You could be overtraining, if your body is under alot of physical stress than it wont loose weight. Maybe cut back on the cardio a little bit. Another thing is instead of eating 4 small meals a day maybe bump it up to 5 - 6 small meals per day. Cut carbs out after 4. An example of this would be to have a lean protein source such as chicken with steamed veggies or a big salad for dinner, and a protein shake before bed. Also make sure your eating some healthy fats such as flax seed, hemp seed oils, nuts (the unsalted brand), etc. If this doesnt work cut your last carb meal to 12 in the afternoon. Another thing that might work is to increase your calories evry 4th to 5th (with carbs) day this will help increase leptin levels, and keep your body from goiing into starvation mode. JP Italian has written a ton of posts on carb cycling, so look into it. For more ideas check out the web site bodybuilding.com, they have a ton of dieting articles as well as ccardio and weight lifting routines for woman. Good luck with reaching your goals.

Again being in a relationship is not excuse to go out and eaty every hting in sight and gain 50 lbs. Theres no reason for it. I personlay work out now and will continue to work out as wellas watch what i put in my body. As long as my mate did that i woudl be happy. Weight gain is unhealthy, unless its a pregnancy, or a medical problem.

EVryone has some interesting picks so far, but not sure if Seattle will be as dominanat this year as last. Chicago might be a surprise team along with Arizona and the Saints. The Giants will probaly choke becuase Eli is no where near what Peyton is. So hear is who i am taking this year.

Mysterious dont even bother arguing with John apparently cardio is all you need along with 1 rep sets o get in the best shape you can possibly get into. He sais spinting wont work, thats funny i seen a pic of Current NFL #2 draft pic Regie Bush, do you think he got this way from walking long distances or doing 1 rep work, no sprints and core lifts with 4 - 5 sets was the main cause how do i know becuase ive trained with college football palyers before, hell i used to be one. We would dp days of sprint work, sprinting whith rubber bands tied around our waiste, running stairs, we would alternate these days with wieght trianing and plyometric work. Did we go out and jog miles NO. And to say that I was out of shape would be nothin but %$#t. So lets just stop with this post, and be done with this old guy and his old methods of trianing. Oh yea i take in around 350g of protein per day spread out over 8 meals, and i have had test on my kidneys and livre, i am in perfect health.

Check the sodium content of the food your eating, too much salt will make you retain water which will give you the blaoted look.Protein might bloat you but it doesnt look lik eyou getting too much protein ( i take in a about 300g per day and am never bloated ). Drink plenty of water, maybe also try a digestive enzyme, and a fibre supplement. I used to get bloated the odd time but since i started taking both i have not been bloated since.
