kitten..... wahh
they see their families alot more than several tradesmen i know of,m and i didnt see a special line for tradespeople
tradespeople truly have to stay in filthy camps, ewith hundreds of other people from all walks of life, yet still no flu shot special line for them
your arguements of why they deserved special treatment...... moot
and yes it is in their job description to associate with the fans, as its only the fans that make sure they get paid. im not a fan , so reall i could care less if they all lost their jobs n went on welfare.
we are all exposed , thats the point, noone is more exposed than anyone else, except for probably nurses and associated fields and their direct families.
hockey players are less exposed , since they have masks on at games so spare the "they get spit on" crap. any fan that spat on them , would be commiting a criminal act, just like a regular person getting spat on , and could lay charges
it was a private clinic , not a public approved clinic
their being on planes?? well unless they are on public planes which most arent, they would be on a private jet, with themselves and families related to them
so that is another moot point. i never heard of hockey players travelling coach like the rest of the people, like you try to profess
using locker rooms in filthy arenas? scuse me these arent rotten crumbling arenas they play in , these are modern multi million dollar buildings with state of the art air systems and staff that clean it routinely . plus i think air temp at rink level is a little low for open transmission as the fans dont get that close to players. if they do , then add a few sheets of plexiglass
to claim that they are at ground zero for pandemic is inept , ground zero , schools and hospitals
try to at least be a tad realistic
even the news has it right
"Opposition politicians charged the hockey players were given special treatment because of their star status.
"It's a failure of leadership that we are providing vaccines willy-nilly to whoever has money, to whoever has access, when cancer patients, when chronic lung patients, when pregnant women and their children can't get it," said Alberta Liberal Leader David Swann.
"It's a violation of the basic principles of public health care."
NDP Leader Brian Mason accused the government of paying more attention to its pocketbooks than to Albertans who could die without the vaccine.
"The Calgary Flames owners have an investment to protect and together have donated more than $44,000 to the Progressive Conservative Party since 2004," Mason told the legislature.

actually rbg, that was aimed at a comment you made in your comment, as you mentioned teachers
hockey players arent front line, or even societally important, unlike teachers
and it wasnt just the hockey guys that got the shot, their families got it as well.
the school board apparently had the good sense to know what bad publicity it would have been to jump the lines
after watching the newsand how they made people stand in line for 12 hrs only to get turned away
do you honestly expect anyone to believe that flu shots were being offered to public any faste if they paid in cash?
pesonally i never heard one advertisement to back up that claim , not on tv or the newspaper
it was apparently offered however to the rich , since they are apparently more worthy of vacciations
the 18000 people you speak of , arent even in the danger zone of getting the flu in a deadly state , apparently if you watch the news, it attacks children, so i doubt a hockey game has anywhere near 18 000 unemployed children at it , plus , they are separated from the crowds, and , their families, arent even required to be present at the games , so innoculating their entire families......... ahead of other families, is line jumping, regardless of how or who pays for it.
how about all the other tens of thousands of actual working people that board planes and travel across na every day?there are plenty that do it alot more often than some lousy hockey player
id have felt safer if they just cancelled the games and didnt take the risk , that would have made people safer. not showing a public bias towards the elite wealthy
pretty amusing how you feel safer when hockey players are innoculaed ahead of your neighbors children, guess it shows where your priorities are.
i suppose tho
that if you have any basis of reality, we will soon see all hockey teamsand their families getting in ahead of the rest of the populace to get this flu shot
if your wrong tho , the rest of them will have far more class than to line jump
time will tell

i dont recall hearing the drug company letting the restof the people in on the secret of being able to "purchase a vaccination"
maybe i missed that television advertisement. or was it in a newspaper flyer?
as far as innoculating teachers........... dude they are front line people, they will be subjected to the disease first.
they arent some glorified entertainers making millions of dollars a yr to skate around and make rich people richer.

Calgary Flames Get H1N1 Vaccine Ahead of Priority Groups
Posted by admin on Nov 3rd, 2009 //
Members of the of the Calgary Flames organization and their families have been vaccinated against the H1N1 virus in a private clinic while thousands of Albertans were in line to receive the vaccine, or were even denied.
Ken King, president of the NHL club said the players and their families have received their vaccines Friday. He said that the organization had contacted the health services in Alberta and asked a health clinic is available to him.
“They (the players) followed the direction of our medical staff and our organization. We sought counsel and guidance on this matter and determined it appropriate given the facts available at the time. We accept full responsibility for our actions and decision,” the club said in a statement Tuesday.
This revelation comes as the Alberta government is increasingly criticized for the way he managed the program of vaccination against influenza H1N1. It was interrupted this weekend.
Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach said he had ordered an investigation when his government must deal with a shortage of vaccines.
“I can’t speculate on what happened, but we will have a fuller report very shortly,” Stelmach said Tuesday.
the scab cant speculate what happened? time for stelmach to take a long jump off a short pier id say
how incompetant can he be?
anyone can see that the rich hockey players have chosen to jump the lines ahead of women and children even ,in a vain atempt to protect themselves and their families, regardless of how it affects the greater populace
these are the types of scabs that would have pushed the children back below the decks on the titanic and grabbed their place on the life rafts
and to think some people actually support these animals
maybe when you are purchasing or attending the next hockey game, and your child or parent has gotten severely ill because these scabs took the shot that had ben denied to one that was designated to recieve it, remember it and show your team support in a more appropriate manner than cheers. perhaps toss a bag of dog crap on the ice!

its a big deal because , certain drug companies wish to cash in on the fear that already exists due to recessions and higher unemployment, not to mention the ever dying remnants of bushes terrorism campaign in the middle east.
not to mention the collapsing us markets , the only way to prop them up , without it looking directly like a give away handout , is to buy 30 million doses of a cheap vaccine, at hiked up prices, and then accept kickbacks from the drug companies to hush everyone up. well not everyone , just the wealthy fear mongers and profiteersof human suffering .
the old addage " make them fight each other, and they wont notice whats really happening" comes to mind
fear is what keeps weak governments in power
prime examples are easy to see . just look at most of the us presidents that held office,
fear sells newspapers too. the only ones that lose when fear is used as a weapon , are the ones that foot the bill and are being oppressed by it, ie , the taxpayers.
but then , taxpayers have always been gullible, look at the gun registry brainstorm
id like to see a tally of the cost of these freaking vaccines and how much money is being siphoned off to perpetuate this silly flu fantasy

14 people have died "with" the H1N1 virus
thats accurate
i think it was the terminology that was distressing, and leading people to assume other things
they didnt die of the flu , they died while they had the flu
there isnt any mention tho of underlying illness or things that might take the hype off this version of the flu .
and no prob golf ,people die , its the natural end to our existance. it bothered me for alil while y dads death , but im gettin past it . as we will all be forced to at some point in all our lives.

well i think she means prove the person died of the flu, not of underlying or other causes related due to getting the flu
my dad died a few months ago , apparently he had the flu , however he died of a massive heart attack. but theres no doubt that hi flu symptoms had some impact on him having a heart attack due to the restrictions in his lungs and hard time breathing etc flu symptoms
i don think they added him to the flu death charts tho.
really tho , i dont think we will lose any sleep if another 20 or 30 thousand people die of h1n1, unless of course they are relations or family, i know i have never cared about how many people die in the news , its all redundant to me .more peole die of alcohol abuse evey year,i dont see any tears being shed or alcohol vacinations being putout to save lives from an easily preventable disease. so why worry about onewe have no real way of preventing. the vaccination after all people........... is not a guarantee in any way.
you can still get the flu and transmit in to others so whats the big hype about in gettin vaccinated,

well where would you liketo start? i see cops sitting around donut shops for hrs, are they doing the job they are paid for? lets fire them too
i see zillions of peple not doing their jobs, should we just fire em all or allow themtolower the wages for the ones that are doing there jobs?
as far as getting what we pay for
how much exactly did that trip to the hospital set you back????
zilch, as it cost each and every one of us for you to make your trip there.so spare the get what you pay for speech. be friggin happy you had at least one decent nurse to wipe your butt. there are countries just to the south where theyd let you die in the waiting room
im sure we all have days at work when we are just listless and otherwise occupied
maybe you didnt see her put in the 18 hr shift the night before.

lol so you wish to sit in judgement of whos getting paid too much do you?well id say start at the bankers, and the politicians and the drs and work your way around and thru the mass of ties and 5000 dollar suits.
before you start on nurses, and the people whos sweat and actual labor are the cornerstones of this country
nurses arent there to babysit you, they are there to monitor a whole floor full of sick people.
so you werent treated like a princess. when was the last time a bank manager stopped by your home with a cup of timmies in the morning?
i dont hear tales of how nurses are recieving bonus cheques for millions of dollars every year just because they do the job they are overpaid to do .
if you want to start cutting wages, start at the top
what kind of scabs start cutting the wages of the workers , before they start cutting away the frills of the bosses?if hats the type of society you want, then move to the usa , where the capitalists and profiteers have already set up shop and are already creating the collapseof an entire nation due to their greed

funny ,you dont know any , but in your vast wisdom your willing yto guess eh
hmm well that and a quarter will get you almost a phn call
you think unions create as much inequality as they solve? you seriously havent got a clue do you
other than tryin to start an arguement about how you seem to "think"its a good thing.you arrive with guesses and conjecture and your? best bet"
the type of hierarchy you ae referring to , isnt a union created one, its actully non union /seniority principle
and it isnt exactly unfair , its a fact of existance. its been around since before we were ever a country smart guy
the longer youve held your position , the more sway you have over the way things are done
its called on site experience, as you say , they" throw there experience around" aww well thats because they HAVE it to throw around smart guy.they didnt buy it , they earned it .
who do you think scrubs the drs cloths? certainly not himself !
you cry foul because a nurse gets her clothes cleaned by a service devoted to that , yet stand on a soapbox to defend a drs right to act in the same manner
and excuse me ,but would you prefer to be serviced or given directions by someone who just started today.,or someone who held the position for 20 yrs?
your arguements are as moot as your attacks on an organization that has set the standard for wages and the protection of workers rights, you should stick to listening to the other burdgeoning anti unionists in the media , you know the ones with the lifetime jobs who cry because someone else wishes to put food on their tables as well.
the thread isnt even about drs and nurses rights, its about flu clinics, id waer you at 10 to 1 odds that int hese clinics, there are alot more nurses, than drs. and if hat is the case, then who do you think it is that is manning the frontlines to prevent an epidemic?and if it is in fact that nurses are more numerous and putting in alot more hours .
prior to the flu , these drs petitioned the gov to raise there rates . or they wouldnt show up to work .
nurses have no choice

theres where u went wrong omg , u tried to think
dont do something your not good at , instead just remain a forum stalker
and spare us all the poor dr rhetoric, apparently you and the actual news are on different pages
if you had an inkling of what was going on, youd have actually seent he news report imreferring to
rather than just tryin to get a reaction
these so called massive debts??? paid out by the taxpayer via student loans.....
extra school ?? have you seen apprenticeship programs lately? they can go on for equally a many yrs
and they are actually labor intensive, not just sit and study . nurses do exactly the same jobs plus alot more of the work
im only hoping soon that they allow nurses to do the samejobs as the drs
thats when the drs wages willactually drop to a realistic level
i assume you think lawyers arent overpaid either. or politicians and other white collar people
spare us all your sucking up , its sad
and fyi
a nurse isnt on a lower totempole than a dr
your clasifying people is pretty insulting to nurses
i hope your next visit to a hospital , sees u waiting for the dr to come and take care of you rather than a nurse
then we will see who you give more credence to

the real bottomline is . it isnt he union destroying heathcare . itste govern,en trying to desroy a great world envied system in order to adopt an american style parastitic health care system
our system has worked fine for decades
the union has dcveleoped it into a well oiled machine
if it wasnt for the scab parties trying to undermine it and find better ways to destroy it an line their own pckets in the meantime , it would still be the envy of theworld
the non union people are the ones with the power to shut down hospitals and hrs to the workers and then force then to do the same job for less pay than others in the same trade
then they pay drs and surgeons extravagantly higher wages then the lower classed support trades that do 90% of the actual work.
just to create an air of superiority
and yet here you sit bemoaning a nurse her 20 to 30 dollar an hr wage , when the dr who is standing around makes and is now permitted to charge up to 500 dollars an hr
whos destroying healthcare?
whats with the whole union fat cat rhetoric? do you even have a slight clue as to what that reallymeans ?its a misnomer , created to make one assume that the union itself is paid a cent by anyone , other than the members
healthcare system doesnt pay the union dues, the union members do
. you seriously need to take a reality check and actually learn what your talking about, before you attack an organization that has set up and created an air of equality in this country and many others, it hasestablished fair trade, fair work practices and fair wages for its employees. if you dont like aunion system , why don tyou go ork in some sweat shop or work in the cotton fields working for the master and see if that suits your ind better
you owe your decent wages to the fact that union members have fought for them in this country and others, as we all know there arent any employers out there lining up to raise your wages , unless you ask and have an organiation behind you to achieve that goal

it figures the scabs wantto once again blae a union for the woes of a scabby government healthcare system that would really prefer to sell its services to the lowest bidder
and it also figures that insteadof placing the blame at the feet of the non unionized, union breakers , who really are the ones mandating and controlling the services in this country, they choose to put it upon the unionized workers who do their jobs everyday for a pittance pay cheque at the end of the week
u can cry all you want , if the shoe was on the other foot, and your employer told you to shut the hell up and stop whining about your pay check and just do the job you are supposed to do , im pretty sure that you would quit or have a work stoppage/slowdown in response to being forced to work for less money than the job was worth
personally now would be the perfect timeto have a strike, the best time to strike is when you are needed the most
because then . and only then are you going to be paid attention to and paid or dealt with according to your demands
the non union governments would like to enable all jobs to be paid less money to the workers, and more to the scabby employers.
if you EXPECT your services to be taken care of, then pull out your scabby wallet and PAY for the service, otherwise , don your " im a non union scab and proud of it " t shirt and sthu
"Get on with the job instead of whining about having to put in a little extra effort, and leave the politics at home"
um dude , they are perfectly entitled to complin about their jobs, as are you and the rest of us
if it wasnt for squeaky wheels, wed all be working 120 work weeks for 2 dollars a day still
so think about your comments regarding a persons right to a harrassment, and fair work environment
or are u in a field of employment where u just bend over n take every stiffy they throw your way and smile and say thank you sir on pay day?
health carepeople work insane hrs,are exposed to every type of human waste that is brought into their hospital, they deal with the diseases that the rest of us would cringe even thinking about being around. you think your job is tough? imagine looking at babies and people all day that you know are about to die . i have no clue how they do their jobs and still manage to go home at the end of a shift and sleep thru the night after seeing what they must see evry day
so id be the last person to ever attack the nurses and associated trades that prolong our lives on a daily basis
screw the flu , its just anothe way for drs to up their rates to 500 an hr
and the nurses dont get crap bonusses for putting in extra time

ITS JUST A FLU !! get over it already
did you hear, apparently drs say we are all terminal . regardless if we get a flu shot,. at most, we are all gonna be dead in another 80 yrs

hmm i heard like in the usa 3500 people die every yr from the flu shot. and only 28 die of the flu , i think ill take my chances and die of the flu
ho knows, with the age of robotics and micro genetics and stuff some people clll conspiracy theories, is it any wonder alot of peopleare worried about what exactly it is we are getting squirted into ourselves by Big Brother
they could just as easily be slipping us little micro processors to monitor our locations and wht we are doin day to day
ive accepted the fact that im mortal and will die, so other than trying to stay relatively healthy and disease free
when your number is up , it doesnt matter what shot you get , your gonna go one way or the other, it doesnt make you a responsible parent just because out of fear and nievety you react like the rest of the sheep.
kids die by the hundreds of thousands in other contries daily, not frodisease, but from starvation , i dont see any govenments calling for immediate salvation for these people. actually they do the opposite ,so really who are they trying to fool with these claims of pandemics and plagues? the gullible and eaily led

another good way to avoid getting the flu........ avoid them little beasts known as children , god knows what kinda diseases most of them are carrying. if you see one, cross the street and try to not scream.
dont goto places where large groups of the little critters congregate, ie schools, parks, daycares etc
drs offices are full of diseases, have a look at how many filthy little kids stick them disgusting filthy toys in their mouths and then stick the toy back in the pile with the other toys
how bout asking your dr to remove these toys or have them sanitized after every child plays with them
or get the kids negligent parent to clean the toy before and after the kid plays with it
there are more ways to stop the spread of diseases than just vitamins and hand wipes .

hmm am i to understand that not one other person finds giant beer bellies, saggy boobs, wrinkled windblasted complexions, dry flaky skin, hairlips, hairy backs, unibrows, bad foot odor or even a slight droooling problem in any way attractive?
hmm i wonder how many of us actually fall into our own realms of what we find attractive.
does anyone find themselves attractive? or sexy even
i think a etter thread would have been aimed more at the individual, i bet there would have been alot fewer responses if we had to list what exactly we thought was sexy about ourselves
do any of us think wed fall into another persons list as far as being considered sexy.
hmm maybe a tonight shows version , list the ten top sexy things about YOU.

maybe you require a definition?
ob⋅ject /n. ˈɒbdʒɪkt, -dʒɛkt; v. əbˈdʒɛkt/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [n. ob-jikt, -jekt; v. uhb-jekt] Show IPA

lol elvis why dont you put out ham and cheese sandwiches?
i guess it depends if you just want the date to be fed, or if you intend to even slightly impress them
spaghetti doesnt impress, least it definately wouldnt impress me to be fed spaghetti by a gal that was supposedly putting her best foot forward so to speak with the first home cooked meal
i know i wouldnt slap together a pot of slop to try to impress a gal i invited over for dinner.to each their own tho

lol guitarman , you cant have the gas on too high or the pilot light not to burn it all
if you put a spark to fuel , it burns it all , there is no left over unburnt fuel
id assume its the exhaust system leaking ., maybe check all your chimney components and make sure its exhausted 3 ft above the highest spot on the roof

first date dinner at your home
Posted:
10/24/2009 11:54:29 PM
hmm i wouldnt think to highly of a date that made me spaghetti or chili for the first meal they prepared for me
it shows a lack of ambition and imagination
its basically a slop pail and they expect you to sidle up to it and slurp it down
spaghetti and chilli is good for children , a meal you are making for a date howver should show that you at least put some effort into it rather than dumped it out of a can.
just shows how lazy a person can be . when they arent even prepared to really prepare a meal for the so called date.
i can picture your date now
candle lights. wine , and a slop pail full of spaghetti lol or chili mmmmm oh what wine goes with chili by the way?

well dt. i have met lots of people off this site and others, and i for one have never expected , insinuated or ever tried to have sex with someone on a first meeting, regardless if they were attractive or not
maybe you need to start meeting a higher class of men.
im not saying i dont put out on the first date (i think we all have at least done it one time or twenty lol) . mind you, ive just never been the one to initiate it or allude to it. maybe i respect people a bit to allow them to ask or decide things for themselves and i allow events to unfold naturally
i have gone out to meet some women , who have been really scary and wanted to do the sex thing, i became quite adept at scooting away into a crowd tho. i also learned to park several blocks away from the place where we are going to meet, so just in case, one can sneak off one direction and circle back to the vehicle without being seen lol

hmm well im a great cook , so personally if it came down to me preparing dinneer ,
well id probably get some butterly porkchops, stuff them with stove top stufing, then put em in a casserole , pop in a can of mushroom soup , pan fry a heap of asst vegies garlic onions fresh mushrooms etc , turn the oven onto a medium low temp and let it cook for about 3 or 4 hrs so itd be nice n tender by he time she got there, id probably make some scalloped potatoes too and maybe a side salad , some choc mousse or dessert, mousse is quick easy and yummy
so even tho im a messy man after all, she might look past my dusty messy home and enjoy a quick meal lol before she does the dishes

i dont do xmas , so itll be another year of trying to ignore all the morons shopping like retards again
watching the greedy parasites begging parents and friends for "gifts" once again, as if theyve ever earned or deserved to recieve anything.
once again the propaganda machine for this moronic holiday will be in full force at the end of october
ill be watching my tax dollars being burned up by our so called non religious government as it seeks to propagate christianity to its "multi-cultural ,multi-faith constituents.
once again the money will be running like cheap wine at a homeless hoe down as they seek to put up as many lights as possible , frequently blocking out traffic signals and playing out dated redundant xmas crap via the radio
once again the automatons that justify and try to find a way to make it seem permissable to a religion which apparently states that the devil is the father of the lie , will bask in the lie which pretends to draw the family together as a unit, for one day
to worship a christ which was never born on the day and never asked for his birth date to be celebrated .
oh on such a day what shall one do?............ hmm for xmas this year, i think ill pump out my sewer .................... ho ho ho

ok heres another one, after readin numerous proiles i find a statement which boggles my brain
heres these women ON A DATING SITE, and they are looking for dates, however they state " if you looking for sex, look elsewhere"
now from what i understand, a prelude to dating is meeting, which generally , doesnt include sex
dating tho is a prelude to sexual activity as far as what ive been told, i mean, why would you just want to date someone ......... forever. and never get lucky? be it male or female, the end wish is the same, someone you are compatible with and you can have sex and argue and fight and act like married people with is the required outcome of dating.
am i to understand that these women that state no sex, just want the guy to take em out, pay for meals and entertainment, drop em off at home, and continue in this manner endlessly?
to me , it sounds like a huge waste of energy on both sides of the fence.
are these females so bad at sex that they figure being chaste will result in the man being satisfied just to be basking in their presence?
or was their past sexual relationships just so painful and pathetic that they have ended any wish to ever do it again
inquiring minds wanna know .......
hmm sammy so what date # do you put out on?

what is with these women that want men to "express" their feelings? dont they know by now that men only have 2 feelings......
1. hungry . this is expressed by the man telling the woman to go into the kitchen n make him a sandwich .....
2 horny. this is expressed usually after eating the sandwich , depending on how good the sandwich was. usually with a hearty " Hey Baaaaaby....... "
what other feelings do these women want the man to express? just another mystery i suppose

you got a good feeling that you helped someone other than yourself
plus you paid or a valuable lesson,..........always get collateral
chances are, if this person was that short of money and losing everything, shed obviously been living a lifestyle she couldnt support . so the change was in the works or her to elarn a lesson, however, you stepped in , paid her expences and learned the lesson yourself
wtg im sure she at least thanked you , and im sure you recieved a few extras in return

heres a good personal adage. if you cant afford to give it away as a gift, dont give it away as a loan.
personally i dont see thhe big deal. it was after all YOUR idea to offer them too her. she will pay you when she pays you, give up the loan shark angle n take a chill pill
a 100 dollar lesson iis well worth it to find out if someone is as good as their word. one such lesson cost me 5000 bucks , lesson learned......... never a lender or borrower be!!!!!

lol ae
way to avoid the question , and take it personally
i have noticed alot of defensive people out there these days tho lol gender not related
and still the search for sammies shut up button goes on....... and on .......... and onnnnnn!
you just never mind trying to grab my butt sammy lol stay in the kitchen where its safe
sammy , some people are fine saying how they feel in a relationshiop. thye probably would just appreciate being permitted to do it in there own time and when they feel like doing it.we arent all as capable o putting together complete sentences to express ourseves in a relationship and some take a bit of time to figure out how they are really feeling . whats the rush anyways?
not everything is meant to be scripted and planned out on a calendar.
it could be worse, they could tell you they are falling in love with you on the second date

im still trying to figure out what the heck the topic has to do with cell phone use. are you implying it is only females using cellphones and talking to people they know at 7 am.
what does it matter to you who or what someone you dont know and who doesnt wanna know you is doing ?
are you truly that petty that you would begrudge someone or having a lie and having people to talk to on their phone that they pay to use.
i think you really need to reevaluate what it is that makes you ind fault with normal human behaviour
and.............. make an appropriate thread heading as this has nothing to do with a gender
as ive seen just as many men doing EXACTLY the same thing on a regular basis ,
i f this is indeed the only truly mystery of the opposite sex you have, then im sure u should write a book about the ACTUAL mysteries that the emale species actually has.
like perhaps how come they can talk on the phone, order a coffee at timmes, have a conversation with the other person in their car anD do their makeup all at the same time
or maybe you can just fill the rest of us guys in on where exactly god put the turn off the mouth button on women, im sure the rest of us are still looking or that one , (it isnt below her belly button )

well home
that would make sense, assuming the girl wasnt implying that men should cough up some money to help her achieve this look
especially since apparetly its a first date (whatever that is)
if you want to get dressed up and all faked up , so be it , do as u want
but dont be crying for handouts to help you pay for these adjustments to your appearance
and the other person getting dressed up , isnt a compliment, its merely the way they choose to portray themselves for the first impression
6 months down the road, you tell me how many of your gf,s / bfs are still going to that effort to make themselves presentable
If a women wants to look good , smell good and feel good about herself, this is only a benefit to you and your ego if she should so choose to go out with you"
how do you figure her vanity is a compliment to anyone? even herself
do you recall mimi off the drew carry show
she was a makeup queen too
how complimentary is it or would it be going out with her?
i think maybe your confusing a few things here
she is spending money on herself. she never once said shed spend money on her date
ergo, shes selfishly spending her share of the date money on herself and you the sucker are coming to supplement her vanity and cover her share
the days of women whining about wage equality are over, they make the same as we do. in the old days when women were ladies, they stayed home and didnt work, now, they are just like the rest of us, working and supporting themselves equally
time to remove the glass slippers n slap on your steel toed boots and carry your own way
my last date ,we both chipped in for the first date , i paid for the second date and she paid the next date, it was equal and fair an noone was feeling used or felt like there were expectations
how much money you make doesnt make you dateworthy or not dateworthy. however your effort that you put forth to create an equal playing field does.
if you dont have a lot of money id suggest you do your part and make some effort to create a cheap date for yourself , it doesnt take a lot of money to have a good time or have a good meal, learn to cook
"
oh and cherub , im not really attacking ya , just the topic at hand, hope you dont take it to heart lol cheers n see ya at the event probably lol

lol well done holdurhorses, personally women with a wack of makeup and perfume on , unless they are showcased under a bar light and a few dozen beers, just are a major turn off
who the hell wants to end up at the end of the night with a mouthfull of this hags makeup on their clothes or in their mouth ( assuming you make the error of of hookin up with them)
the addiction to look better than you really are, should and is in my opinion an act of fraud
just be yourself, accenting a few features , well thats ok , but when you need to start plastering your face to coverup them giant potholes and pimples you get from reactions to the make-up . thats just too much amd it is very noticable no matter how hard you try to bury em
trying so hard to impress a possible "mark" and then not having any money left to actually go out on the date, well thats just stupid
any guy that blows his wad to impress a gal , is just as pathetic tho
if it costs money to impress her, itll cost you money to keep her
maybe im just a bit too practical for this twisted type of dating scene you all are creating tho

lol backcountry , well sorry if it seemed liek a slam, i read all her whiny posts, each one getting more pathetic and sad,
poor her and all women alike because out of the goodness of their hearts, they spend their money on improving their ghastly appearance so us men. can gaze on them and want them even more. how dare we slobby men even consider that theseprincess types should have to chip in on the dates , or pay for a sitter to look after the kids they had with some other man,
i mean cmon wtf lol since when did the onus get nailed to the mans forehead to foot the bill for the things some girl you are intending to go on a date with wants
i agree its this womans choice to spend her money in any way she seems to care to , however, get off the soapbox when it starts getting towards thepoor me, someone support my vanity choices .
its a choice, ergo , YOU CHOSE to do it
no man made you, and no man should be or feel urged to compensate you for your own personal vanity choices
as you read all her posts, each one pushes forth more and more ideas on what exactly it is " that you the man" should be compensating this female for
Do you think there would be more sympathy for a man who felt too poor to take a woman out? "
well this is a no brainer , a guy without funds or a prospect of them , gets to stay home alone
i dont know if youve read any female profiles, however i have, and a job and the ability to fend for oneself is of paramount importance
i havent read alot of mens profiles , i highly doubt that on even one of them you will find a man that states a woman must get manicures, pedicures and facials, gel nails, frosted hair tips to cover they greys, and 300 pairs of shoes in order to be a prospect for a date
"I fail to see how caring for one's appearance (regardless of how much they happen to spend detracts from their personality."
hmm well maybe one way , would be that a person is so vain and into themselves that they spend every moment worrying about looking good in someone elses eyes , that they blow all their money on it, then havent got any funds to actually support themselves, thereby making them a burden and a crybaby looking for a sugar daddy to cover their expences....... thats probably one way that is right at the top of the list
although im not stating it as fact , aimed at the op
merely an observation
holdyourhorses......... bang on there , surprised the women didnt ask you to chip in to pay for the mess of accessories they put on to show u the condo

well after reading this pathetic thread. to the op. im sorry that at your age it costs you so much money to make yourself look vaguely attractive to the opposite sex
165 dollars a month to sate your lust for vanity seems a tad high.
personally , id think you could cut a hudred bucks out of your vanity fund, and instead devote it to paying your own way when and if you get a date
i know plenty of women who are gorgeous an are personally capable and able of attending to their nails and hair " BY THEMSELVES"
which means, they arent lazy and expecting the world to pamper and cow-tow to them
get off your pedestal princess and get back to reality. you arent 19 and you arent in the running for the next miss america title, so learn to fend for yourself and create a personal image you are capable of maintaining with your own little manicured hands
you actually expect men to cry a river and chip in to your " pamper the princess" fund?
you dump your money on your personal thrills and then want the next sucker that opts to take you out to cough up for the tab and chauffeur your gray(roots) haired butt around?
pretty sad and pathetic in my opinion
i spend 5 bucks a month on a can of shaving cream and a bag of double bladed razors and a 2 pack of soap
its a recession , learn to cut out the vanity and grow a personality, maybe then the guy that takes u out might appreciate the actual personality you achieved, rather than the 2 lbs of make up and the off the rack clothes he gets to look at across the table from him

why u telling me that? tell that excuse to the little girls parents .
ever hear of perhaps a pre vaccination exam or even a slight test to see if it will kill the person taking it??
the vaccine the girl took /or was issued by the government, was the cheapest form of the vaccine. maybe if a lil forethought was put into its administering, they might have found a way to safely give the vaccine.
i doubt the girl or her parents were warned that the vaccination could kill her with a few hrs or days
that would kinda give people a second thought on whether to get vaccinated
however, keep up the good work pumping out the drug manufacturers excuses

thats true elvis, the money isnt in finding a cure, its in treatment, treatment creates jobs and protects the multi billion dollar charities holdings .
it isnt cynical to be honest, the only people that think your being cynical are the liars and imbeciles that believe the world is full of nice people all trying to do nice things for everybody else
at least you arent brainwashed like them
heard the news . some 14 yr old just died of complications linked to taking a "vaccination for cervical cancer" well i guess you may as well die of the cure before ya get the disease
i guess the cure really did work eh , she never got cervical cancer lol
heard tell the uk also supplies the cheapest possible vaccinations for its inhabitants. so apparently all vaccines are equal under the law.
so even an aids vaccine might havenumerous variations and numerous detrimental side effects depending on how much MONEY you can spend

scary thought tho eh
get innoculated, recieve false hope, assume your chances of contracting the disease have been lowered or limited, only to find out you arent part of the 30% that are safe
i guess theres no hope like false hope to put our minds at ease eh lol
you dont think the vaccine will " instead of protecting from getting the virus, instead give the person the virus?
the flu shot gives u a weakened version of the flu for your body to attack and create antibodies to destroy it
the same goes id assume for the aids vaccination, however if your body doesnt create the required antibodies, wont the disease take hold instead, and now ur diseased?
