Hi. I need help out there. I can't find where I can ask a question about Instant messages. How can I unblock someone who I blocked and they blocked me? can someone tell me how to unblock them?

I have instant messaged ohers when they imed me first. But I can not IM with anyone when I try to unless they have the IM User undertheir photo. If they don't it says to click on the IM User link on top of my page but I don't see such an IM User link anywhere. can you help me?
