18 year old girl marries a 40 year old man?

can't control who you love. i think it just is what it is. and to judge them on a preconceived idea based on what society thinks a proper relationship should be is wrong. Within reason i mean. she's 18, and adult. she is fully aware of what she is getting herself into. so meh, no big deal.

because guys and girls have different "ladders"

Guys have ONE ladder, and every guy places that girl on the ladder in order of what level he would sleep with her. the top of the ladder being the impossible dream girl like jessica alba or something like that.

Girls have two ladders. One ladder is the Friend ladder And the other ladder is the Sex ladder. Girl will automatically know which ladder you are going on when they first meet you. The top of there sex ladder being the impossible dream guy like brad pitt or something like that.

Now the top of the Friend ladder is know as the Cuddle B****. This is the guy who a girl can cozy up to without fear of sex happening.

Now It is Possible For the Person on the top of the friends ladder to make the leap to the sex ladder. Bear in mind, that You can't just jump straight across from top to top. There is gravity. So you will inevitably fall down to somewhere around the middle of the womans sex ladder. But here is the thing. While in mid flight to the sex ladder, a girl can kick you off. At which point you fall into the abyss. not reaching the sex ladder and not getting back to the friend ladder, things just become wierd and akward. and any hope of a relationship of anykind is now over!

Its just a joke, but it's kind of true to.

unfortunately i think this should be over for you. In this regard, its all about that level of trust. And it won't be there for you anymore. say you did get back together. always in the back of your head, there will be suspicion. You don't need that added stress in your life i think.

but stay strong. thinks will work out for the best eventually.

I think the best thing to do would be to move on. Cut all contact with her.

As far as the text message goes. No one accidently sends a co-herent text message. And bear in mind i don't know this person so what i say maybe not be accurate. But!
it sounds like she either is struggling with you in her head (and outside influences are effecting her decisions) OR more likely she just did to mess with you head.

either way, do you really want a back and forth relationship like this? i would think it would be too emotionally draining

The girl or the job?
Posted: 7/18/2008 9:19:01 AM
I think you made the right decision on this one. Long distance relationships are rough. My suggestion is you keep in touch, because a lot can happen in one day let alone a month, or a year. Things could come full circle and who knows? you may end up together later. right?

A university degree hype
Posted: 6/6/2006 10:21:44 PM
Alot of people who have degree's and such have the same problem. Just remember that usually every goes through several jobs in their life time. That's what really makes a career.

Where you start isn't where your going to end up. And almost everthing you do will relate to another job you want.

Not to sound like a jackass or anything. But nowadays, just about everyone has somesort of educational paper. Two people walk into an interview with the same degree with the roughly the same marks. They're probably going to hire the one who's had a McJob for 5 years.

I suggest that you get some sorta of crap job that pays "meh". From there you can either advance through the company to the postion you want or use that as a step hold to poke around for something later on.

Are Breast Implants Lying?
Posted: 6/6/2006 10:17:55 PM
Its only lying if you ask a woman if she has breast implants and she says NO.

but when is there ever a good time to ask such a question? so i don't think it really is much of a problem.

Help with beef jerky!
Posted: 6/6/2006 10:01:49 PM
If you can, don't use a dehydrator, try using a convection oven. I'll try and get back to you on the whole "cure" the meat thing. But i do believe there is something else you need to make good beef jerky.
