You just need to show a more positive, confident image. To be honest, you come across as pretty downbeat, you can hardly blame women for thinking that you won't be fun. And I and many other women think men in their 40's are in their prime. Posted: 5/11/2006 9:06:43 PM Blastkist, I agree, men do seem to look older at the same age. Perhaps, some have had a tough life and I wish noone ill, but some just didn't take care of themselves. It may be too late for some, but men are changing as they realize that they are getting judged on physical qualities as well. So, in the future, this might be different. I hope that everyone can find someone else and be happy, but my preference is to date younger. Most men my age can't keep up with me. I think the trend of dating younger men is growing. It is a change from what we grew up with and we are still adjusting. When I was younger, I wouldn't have thought I'd be over 60 and dating men in their 40's. But now I think it's a great idea. Most of my single friends now date younger men. These days your friends will look at you funny if you date an older man. I would think in 5 to 10 years, that it will be two thirds of women who date younger. Once you do it, it's hard to go back. Younger men are more appealing, more energetic and yes, they are better in bed.   Show ALL Forums
