So no one has a problem with having their car monthly totaled by some weird deranged girl that can't/wont give up? Even though, I'm not the first person that this has happened to?
I should clarify -- I do NOT work with her anymore, I have had NO connection to her for over 15 months.
Yup, I guess me and all my friends are just weird in thinking this is a weird..
I'm guessing if it was your car, it'd be a different situation.
I'm also, purely guessing, but it seems like since POF has allowed all the posts made by a user *edit* be seen by everyone **, every man that could possibly kiss a girls ass has shot up in popularity.

So if she had a different body shape you would have reacted differently.
Good grief
this is ridiculous.
how old are you?
once again, thanks for helping me out here -- really appreciate it.

you're upset with a guy, it sucks -- if it was a woman, i know the feeling.
if this is a shot at a ego-boost, you'll win on my post anyways
lol, you're a good looking 25 year old girl, i'm sorry but it's just ridiculous that you can't find another man. look for one that's not on drugs, or drinks every night -- follow your gut, not your heart

Well, if she reads this it will probably only make the problem worse.
yeah, agreed. if she does even read this, hopefully she'll either stop or up it to something -- so all these moronicness(sp omg) can end!
Pretty immature, so you slept with her, big deal ~ you're both adults aren't you?
right. at the age of 23, you never once told anyone that you're really drunk and that you'd deny it -- or better yet, you never even told them that much. or maybe you never did that, if that's the case -- kudos to you.
So I take it you were considered a "stud" for bedding this girl??
this wasn't exactly a glamorous workplace to begin with, and no, i wasn't. it was far the opposite -- incoming a-hole comment --- I only slept with her because I was drunk, she was not deceived to that fact, and she was told that it was ONLY FOR FUN ---
I agree with your cop friend ~ let it go.
Yeah, just like I told him... It's a lot easier to just laugh and lay back, as well as he knows, and just say screw it, but after a year, and having to explain it to new people (women) in my life... it's just ridiculous.
Thanks for not giving any input by the way, and for sticking up for her. Really, no gender biased opinion in your post.
Yes, I have had NO contact whatsoever with her, and this is still happening. Well over 15 months.

Sounds like you are BOTH immature!
I dont feel bad for you at all.....you made your bed...(no pun)...
HOW the hell did you THINK she would feel?! Alcohol or not you should have manned up to your "mistake"...
this is a joke, right?
i'm sorry if i didn't express this in my post first hand, but i explicitly told her before hand that i would deny it.
apologizing to her? for what, tossing crap on my car for weeks?
What I did is just WRONG? Telling a girl, this is just for fun, if you tell people I'll deny it, etc etc.
Yeah, I sincerely hope karma is a ****, because she's got a lot of 'growing up' to do.

This is really embarrassing, especially considering this girl I'm posting about is on here (actively probably). regardless.
Over a year ago I slept with a girl from work, that I really regretted -- I even told her at the time (extremely drunk), if she told anyone, I'll deny it -- not just because of her figure, but simply because i work with her.
Next day at work, high-fives going round at work for me. Yeah....
I played the denial card. Just like I said I would. Made her out to be a total jackass, even though I feel like I was the jackass....
regardless.
over a year of no-contact whatsoever, this crazy woman decides to throw, bologna, mcdonalds (lmao) cups, 'scotch mints' placed on my windshield whiper, etc etc. all over my car.
I have a friend who's a cop, just tells me to let it ride, or setup a video cam, or he can go over there and scare her / parents -- she's 24 years old for cryin' out loud. same as me.
The best thing to do, and from what my one friend who's involved in the police -- just let it sit. Don't react at all, and it'll die down.
This girl is psycho. She has gone well over the line on more than one man that she has fell in love with.... A dude I worked with had a girl friend, that was constantly harassed by this girl. The girlfriends father turned out to be a cop, and scared her straight.
PLEASE, tell me, what would you do? With the exception of a time traveling machine, please? Post a security camera, around your car -- it's not a option, I need more 'city' lighting for that to be possible. Move to a different city? Or -- as I've really, really, thought about. Get a tough female friend to just pound her, and let a certain friend of mine know that there's going to be a uncivil act on my car?
Too much drama, I want to just escape it -- talking with this girl will only aggravate the situation.
And yes, you read it right -- over a year. Wow, hurtin'

Is being drunk an excuse?
Posted:
5/29/2008 8:48:59 PM
peeing in your sleep?
yeah, chances are pretty good alcohol was the reason for it, so it's a valid excuse.
spraining your ankle on a pothole while leaving the bar?
chances are also pretty decent that it was alcohol related.
smacking your girl around?
hah, stop drinking if 'alcohol is making you do it'. i love to drink, but if i started having violent confrontations -- particularly with women, because of it.... i'd quit.

Public Affection.. Hrm? Opinions on it?
Posted:

I am all about PDA. It lets other people know that this is my man and I like him a lot. People who are against it for some reason must have had a bad experience or something because it sad that you wouldn't want to show your significant other affection.
I think what some of these people are saying is...
Is there really a need to let complete strangers in a public place know that you're dating this guy? Maybe I'm in the minority, but honestly... I could give a rats ass about strangers.
If a girl demanded that I hold her hand in public, it'd send off warning signs to me personally.

Is sex the motivation for mature adults to seek a relationship?
Posted:
3/3/2008 9:27:36 AM
I dunno, its a fair question. I'll keep my opinion short and sweet :P
I think that if humans re-produced through another means other than sex, there'd be very few relationships?
I'm going to lean towards yes, it is the primary motivation. Particularly after seeing that one topic on the sex forum, I was shocked to see most people who posted in the thread regarding oral would indeed, leave their partner if they weren't getting it.

It's strange, but I've found that I actually get a lot more responses (from active users on here too) from people that i have absolutely nothing in common with.
A girl listed she liked original nintendo games on her profile, and a big fan of korn, sent a decent message about that, nothing.
Other people that I have absolutely nothing in common with (listed anyways), will respond.
In the same looks category that I feel I'm in also.

Just a question..........Do you believe?
Posted:

well....
i knew a girl that was 'hot', after being friends with her for months and seeing her go through absolute trashy drug dealers (it's funny because it's true), i told her I had the hots for her, always have, and couldn't just be friends with her anymore. bye. i also found out after hanging out with her for months, she was on all sorts of medication.
2 days later, she calls me sobbing. telling me how it's unfair of me to take 'advantage' of this relationship (never had a guy do that to me before, i dunno, i suppose it's true i don't exactly want any of my guy friends). i more or less, caved in and agreed to hang out.
a couple weeks later, i told her that i wanted nothing to do with her, and that was it.
i dunno... i suppose the universe balanced out, even though i suspect her of tossing junk on my car every now and then. i learned a few valuable life lessons thanks to it however.

How many drinks is too many?
Posted:

if you think it's too much, talk to him. i noticed the first few dates, there was no mention of alcohol...?
shrug, I dunno. your call, just talk to him.
personally I wouldn't date a girl that'd get gassed and drive home a couple times a week, but there's nothing wrong with getting drunk unless you get nasty/drive. it's your choice, i personally exercise that choice once a week :D
to each their own though.
i suppose fred is technically correct, apparently if you have more than 6 drinks in a month (or something outrageous) you're considered a alcoholic. jeez, i'm thinking 80% of canada's gotta be alcoholics?

Guys don't want to be just friends, but girls do, why is that?
Posted:
2/2/2008 12:45:15 AM
I had to go look at the laddertheory site. What a load of BS. It's obviously written by some guy who has no respect whatsoever for women. It doesn't matter how women answer his questions, he boils it all down to mean they're looking for a rich guy. And he's spouting that whiny a** thing that self-proclaimed "nice guys" always spout..that we're looking for guys who'll treat us poorly. Anyone who believes that crap is an idiot.
Well, I don't know how much/little respect he has for women, and I'll agree nobody likes to be abused besides mentally ill people, but... it sure doesn't seem that this guy is a self-proclaimed 'nice guy'.
Yeah, some of it is unnecessarily harsh/rude, but there's a WHOLE ton of truth regarding the 'ladder'.

Speaking for me personally,if I'm attracted to her,we probably can't be friends. Why?Because I will want to sleep with her at some point. It's that simple. If she isn't interested in me,I would probably be too embarrassed or mad to continue pursuing a friendship with her.Just one man's opinion.

Have I doom my self with my Video Games?
Posted:

You definitely have NOT doomed yourself to a life of being single. There are many women of ALL ages who play video games! I myself am an avid video game junkie and I thank my mother for turning me on to games like Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, WOW, and LOTR which she herself, being over 50, plays very often.
It's just finding the person with the similar likes and dislikes. Believe me, when you find that woman, you will totally know, and because she will like video games too, you will have that special bond. :) Good luck bro!

Racism in the dating world
Posted:

there's a reason they're called stereotypes.
i recall seeing a petition online (with lots of 'votes') trying to make red heads a 'race'. it's pretty ridiculous to go that far... but... you know how many people wont date a red head, 'they're all ugly', blah blah etc etc...?
it's sorta funny, because we only date those with excellent genes (apparently)... i don't recall the vikings (red heads) exactly being a bunch of sissies.

OP -- that sucks man. i drink, hell, i drink to get drunk (not necessarily hammered) twice a week. however, i refuse to drink and drive. i can honestly count how many times i've done it on one hand, it was a short distance, but still... wont ever do it again.

Is Beauty a Curse?
Posted:
9/19/2007 9:44:34 AM
the whole beautiful girl sitting alone on a saturday night watching tv/hanging out here is absurd.
why is it, that the beautiful girl who only gets hit on by jack asses, etc. can't ask out one of those normal guys? oh... I think I know why. she only wants to date some greek god. well gee, i truly feel sorry for her. *rolls eyes*
i can't believe anyone would say/even think that being beautiful could possibly be a curse. like that other dude was saying, if you truly think its a curse -- you could be in for a very rude awakening if you ever get involved in a car accident.
i'm considered by most people average looking, maybe a notch or two below and i'll tell you. i am actually a good person, i put effort into everything i do, i go to school and work, i drive, i visit my sick grandma etc (trying not to come off as having niceguyitus). i can't remember the last time one of these self-proclaimed cursed girls have asked me out, they all think in the 'now', not 5 years down the road when i'm making good money.

WOULD YOU STICK WITH YOUR MATE????
Posted:

ok heres a good question. if you were with someone in a relationship who became ill and things had to change in your life. now your social life changed some. would you stick by this person and help them recover and back on the right track or would you just go on and look for someone whos in perfect health? just curious how everone thinks on this matter. RB
It's all pretty vague...
If I was in 'love' with this person, yes, I would. I bet this is the common answer, but after looking through the 'dump the girl over oral sex' thread, I bet a lot of these people are just blowing smoke.

Just recently gave up WoW. Tough call between which was funnest... I'd probably go with EQ, as I played it for roughly 4 years.
FFXI was driving me insane, it was just way too hard to find a group. JP ONRY, people not knowing how to put a decent group together, etc.
