good age to start raising kids???
Ever so sick of Deadbeat, nasty X, abuse, date w/kids, custody etc et etc Threads that have been done to death.
So...ooooooooo..Got hit with a debate with a good POFer off line and the question/debate is.........
What age would be the best (in your eyes) to raise kids? Does a certain age have advantage over another age?
First
consider in your mind the following: Wealth, knowledge, health, youth, education, stability, theology, support system, career, life's goals, ideology, political following, etc etc etc...
Second
, try your best to be honest and not let your situation dictate your post.. If you started younger or older then you wanted/wished is not the question
I will post my personal belief after some posting, don't want to start a caboose syndrome, and could easily debate the pros and cons of almost any age within reason. Just want an honest intake of the reflection of the POND... a good brainstorming debate..that's all. Not positive there is a magic number anyway.

Holy Sheeeyt....
I think the gov't already parents my kids too much.
I'm behind that statement 100%.
What I have to feed them, when they are to be in bed and how many hours. Where there are to sit in the car facing what direction in WHICH seat..How to discipline them and where, what RIGHTS they have OVER me etc etc etc....
At the drop of the hat in my state a social worker (many of many foreigners) can't hardly speek English been in this country a few years and make a judgement call to have a child removed out of the house to a court system that is getting around to having a trial 2,3, or more years later.
What brings them to your doorstep ......Ummm.. a tip of the phone call ...thats it...
HOWEVER
On the flip side my state is run wild with teens having a child.....or TWO..... or THREE before they are even 19...WTF///
Where is the rhyme or reason ????

Seeking Shared Custody...
Posted:
2/17/2007 2:38:14 PM
Well...............
...Next time we are there it will be for my application to acquire full 50/50 shared custody- which means full shared responsibilty....exactly half the time with each parent. No child support either way and full shared responsibility for health, education, religious and recreational activities...I want this BAD! My Boys need me.
Now that would seem like a logical request. You say you already gave up the house??
Well, you are in a women's arena and we still live in times where the courts over-whelming feel the child should be placed with the mother.
Thankful government record keeping and modern computers compile, and keep data to show that this gender bias thinking is no longer holding water.
Maybe the dads that busted out the sterotype are true pure hard loving/caring dads pushing the stats to make man the better parent. Maybe the women that were just willy-nillyhanded over the child were over-whelmed with the responsibility. Not sure.
Either way you are still in a women's area...period.
make sure you go to the 2nd link below and read
as for...........
I just shelled out just under $4, 000.00 this week for my legal fees since the proceeding begain- and there is still no definite end in sight
Boy I hate to piss in your coffee, but

Here Sus... It's perfectly legal to breast feed in all 50 states in public.
http://www.007b.com/breastfeeding_public.php
That's not enough???? Here try this link. You will see in the first paragraph that says
states have laws with language specifically allowing women to breastfeed in any public or private location
http://www.ncsl.org/programs/health/breast50.htm
Yep, if you haven't guessed it...Oklahoma is on the list..

Post Edit:
Ooopps!! Here you go Sus!! House Bill 2102 from the State of Oklahoma...stating breastfeeding is NOT a crime... Of course I already infered that from the criminal Title 21 of your state...ROFL....But here is the link anyway,,, Maybe these 3 links will have you off to other threads as a dog chasing a parked car...LOL

Treemanbdj?
- I’m disappointed you didn’t post the legislation that gave breastfeeding mother’s immunity to the *felony charges* you posted. If you Google it a little more I’m sure you’ll learn that although they have immunity from felony charges they can still be charged with misdemeanor counts if the nipple/areole is exposed in public view.
Again I fine example of Ok taxpayers money spent while politicians are spinning their wheels.
Why waste time drafting a law when ONE is pretty clear already on the books as a legal statue.
Oh holyone....please do give us a link....T.Y.
It's crystal clear that the indecent exposure laws in your state
clearly
don't apply to breastfeeding in pubic as I posted the Statue in message 449.
That's why Sus, my googleing fish you can't cite such a case where a women was convicted on such by the mere act of feeding her child in public
Maybe you could Shepardize it.....LMAO@U
As one on your soap box of
"For the children speech"
Blahhahahaha.....I'd truly put the bucket of stones down from that translucent/silicate house you live in, and the weekend that you might have jr..just pull the shades...
As for the spurious arguement of strip clubs covering up a nipple in comparison to breastfeeding.....
You might make an easier grasp at the moon for a slice of cheese to go with that bolonga sandwhich your trying to feed us.
Plain and simple an
adult
club with strippers are purely an enterprize based soley on profiteering on
LEWD
entertainment as rebuttal for feeding an infant?????? (((incert smile icon with fishing waders here))))
The covering of nipples is probable the LAST catch-all snuck in by lobbist to circumvent zoning laws.... Come on any pseudo-counsel of your likes can see that.
Again as in message 449, I bring to your end of the debate the showing of
"indecent exposure"
application , and not a kaleidoscope of fecal blather repetively taking up bit space in this thread.
If you can't I might just say message 450 is right on the
point
of matters( pun intended)

Okay after more then a dozen post of BS..
Indecent Exposure
WTF??? What are you smoking Sus??? Please for someone that professes to be schooled in the law , site me ONE case in OK in the last 3 decades of a breast feeding felon OR
STFU
.
Judge Roy Bean in his wildest days of drunken courtroom shenanigans would never under the slip of a nipple while jr. is catching a liquid lunch fine a women guilty of
Indecent Exposure
.
Here, I have taken the liberty to print verbatim YOUR Statue of INDECENT EXPOSURE.
Sit the beer/joint/rail down for 5 minutes, gander below, and come up with you most outlandish magical trick of smoke and mirrors ,red herring, grasp of straws on how at a legal point you could fathom this law being applied to breast feeding..............

YES?????
Going out here on a limb, cause that's what I get paid to do..... I think it's much more of a detriment to a young boy that his father miss scheduled visits then the slip of a nipple... just MHO...... not trying real hard at being at @ss....

Woman Sues Police After Losing Baby

Speaking of strange... I never heard the officer ask if it was ok to search her vehicle. Isn't that a law?
S.O.P. in most of the united states...
It's called the 4th Amendment (Bill of Rights) to the United States Constitution.
Exception
Big Catch -all
"Probable Cause"
no longer an officer need make request for vehicles . Goes back to an 80 or 81 Supreme court ruling.

Family court only, and the halls are packed and I don't think it's good. You got one parent holding the child as a PRIZE and then it just gets the other parent hot and shyte kicks off.
Never made sence to me.
I sat in a death sentence case, 5 murders, defendent no restraints...3 baliffs.
Then you sit in Family Court and its 3-8 or more baliffs, cuz stuff gets NUTZ in there.
You think they'd figuire it out...
Cali does much better. Expartas here are free. I see Norwalk charges $35...
Yea. Nev keep the child away, and don't push his buttons, and BEST yet.
Don't let him push your buttons... and if he does don't let him know it... Family/Custody courts is NO NO place for emotions over-riding logic.

Here, children are not allowed in the courtroom
Really? Curious what court?
Civil, criminal, and traffic...NO and some Judges will order small children out,
However Family Court in the three jurisdictions I've been in they WANT the child there and summons who is in charge (Mom,Dad, Aunt, State,Foster, etc) to bring the child..
I would agree in a hostile arena, keep the child away if you can. I watched for almost a year as Mr Daughter was brought to court, just to have it postponed and watch her walk out the doors with a state worker.
I knew I had to stay cool it would all work out, but crazy shyte would run through my head every time.
Family Court gets hot sometimes so many more baliffs then criminal most times.

..... a 99 cent can of carburator cleaner at wal-mart is the end all to end all,,
CAUTION
have soapy warm cloth in one hand, spray (small area) wipe within 1 second with soapy cloth.
This stuff removes EVERYTHING off EVERYTHING and at times removes what is makered on. But for metal, countertops and floors (test the floor...DO NOT leave on the surface of
anything
but a second or two for real.
It will eat into most plastic bases products within 5-10 seconds(start getting gummy)
a 99 cent can will last years and years

Can we define abuse?
Posted:
2/6/2007 12:00:29 PM
Yes Calgary... there is an area where the parent has a duty to protect a child and can to a "degree".
Just as if a child went to the authorites they are obligated to look for the best interest of the child even so if the child only claims "fear"
However again I state,
Simple enough, you can not get a protective order for another adult
This occurs when a concerned family member (as Pearl13 stated ) trys to petition the court for protection of another adult.
The courts WON'T entertain the motion. However they are asked and it occurs all the time. Mostly, parents trying to get an EXPARTA or Piece order for their child that is now 18, 19 and such which are legally an adult.

Can we define abuse?
Posted:

Not splitting hairs with you PEARL13, but how did we get from
fear
To physical evidence of a crime, and witnesses???
Your "NEW" senerio is true in a lot of the union's jurisdictons here.
However, I think your "new" senerio has went out of the arena of "FEAR".
In the USA an "Assault" need be met with the 2 above points in any of the 50 states.
As for a domestic volience charge where the police have witnesses calling outside of the crime and evidence of such upon entering the scene is another issue form just "FEAR"
OT still. To comment about the outragous numbers of reports.
Again as someone 100% against ALL DV and truly does a disservice to the REAL victims.
A link here posted someting in the area of 12,000 women a year are killed by parters/spouse of DV. It's these types of outrageously gross printings and broadcast that truly take from the real victim.
They are lobbying HARD for more laws here(which itself is insane, you'd have to know he ones on the books here already), because a DV case of s spouse setting the other on fire. (again my state has had some REAL Nut Jobs in the last 5-10 years)
Here in Maryland there were 56 murders last year ,2006, DV,,, 28 were females done by there partner/spouse.
If you take the 28 females murdered on a precentile for the rest of the USA, it would bring the 12,000 boosted number from the womens group to way less then 10% of that, or somewhere in the area of 900-1000.
Now let's look at the truly saddest, 56 murders of of 2006 in Maryland. The 29 women,14 men,and 13 children.
Since as I am typing they( Maryland Network Against DV), a group founded 20 years ago, not gender bias, and are lobbying my state capital right now. So I'm gonna have faith in their numbers.
Funny all the contested divorces and custody cases, even the ones 10-20 plus years, the petitions and testimony are salt and peppered with "abuse".
Again in closing... all the over pronounced cry of abuse is seriously abating the seriousness of the issue. A 100 or more crying abuse when it's NOT, then the reality is the one fatality resulting could easily fell on death ears.
On the onset I take all mentioning of such seriously, however when the victim's own words and actions question the veracity I will be the first to bring it to light, in the real world or POF.

the fear created is the crime
You are 95% right legally.
The 5% you left out is the words
A) Victim has to be in fear that the inflict of injury
will
occur instantly
or
can occure instantly
and
B) coupled with the agressors ability to carry out such.
There is no need for a person to touch another to be guilty of the crime of assult. A and B above are all that is needed for a conviction.
A person can be criminal guilty of "Assult w/intent to Murder" just by pointing a gun at the upper body and head of another, never to say a word.
Lastly, gray area here with small children, but you can not "FEAR" for another person.
In other words. I sister, brother, aunt, etc CAN NOT have charges lodged against a spouse where the partner will not state "THEY" are in fear.
Simple enough, you can not get a protective order for another adult, nor can you be assulted (put in fear) over the Internet,Phone,Mail, etc...
abuse required nothing more in the courts eyes then a woman saying it happened.
Absolutely... In the USA eye witnesses testimony has stood the rulings of many of cases even Death Row cases where DNA have cleared the criminal or confessions of others to over turn the case. Still in the USA "eye witness" testimony is the hardest to defend...and the hardest to overturn if the witness never recants their story.

Good for you that you can make $50K - I used to make $40 - then my health failed and I am now subsisting on a disability allowance from the government.
That's your choice IMHO... You seem to be doing fine useing the 'puter and jobs no longer have a 5 digit cap with the use of the internet and you have knowledge in a field and are willing to converse VIA WWW...
I.E.A friend of mine. An estimator for a the 3rd largest contractor in Maryland does over 90% of his work from a computer and phone at home and Co meetings is his only requirement anymore and makes over 130K payroll and another 20-40K in incentives depending on year. Oh.... did I mention he is 45 and never finished HS...
Another steel worker buddy pockets close to 24K a year, second income/part-time moving watches Ebay ONLY working 3-4 hours a day from his computer.
Of course with a statement like
Again, a lot of child support cases never wind up in court - because the mother winds up DEAD.
I pretty much file 13 all your post right there on top of the missing manatee
Of course you could come back and humor us with the 35-40 million support cases here in the USA where the women are very much alive.....and kicking.....and screaming....and yelling...and accusing...etc etc etc

I can't post of the training to have government clearance to protect the world's richest and one's in possession of knowledge that control the world and NEED YOUR PROTECTION , all over the globe. The 007 lifestyle and multi-million dollar houses in different countries, espionage , and single handedly securing world order is a bit out of my grasp of a country boy removing large dead trees reading of such tails all from the computer of a
FREE
dating site...
IMHO, you are the most creative writer I have came across at POF, and IMHO believe that your creativity is magnified by your words
we had a couple of spliffs
. Truly look forward to a time when you play the "B" side of your record, because side "A" side is getting rather well played out.
Serving others.... Hummmmmm??? My life has been providing , food, shelter, and protection for others then my own kin most of my life. I live in a county where there is NOT one paid firefighter amongst the 400,000 plus that live here. So rescue and all of such is done by the volunteers of the community.
....our unit built a trust that a treeman will never understand.
Hummmm, you could not be farther from the truth.... That's why I have a ZERO TOLERENCE Policy on or
OFF
the job site. Actually have fired 2 guys over pot that were not even working...
As the owner of a business that usually ranks #1 for most dangerous job(1*) , the last 15 years of my life I have been the one to make the highest safety call. A job in which DAILY someone's life is the hands of another working, work, and support lines.... period....As one where I was both, the crane operator lifting over head 1,000's of pounds of dead tree,
and
the saw operator still harnessed in the top half of the tree . When one is supported by a 1/2 inch rope, or has the need of the execution of aforementioned scenario 80 feet plus in which both are in the hands of a man who is safely on the ground and a wrong action could easily cause DEATH......
Now your yarn of a few days excursion here and there with the trust of each other's life
is MY daily routine
Do you think I want a pot smoker operating my ropes??? If so you must be out of your TREE.
I also don't want them......
1)operating equipment
2)making safety inspections
3) maintaining my gear
4)maintaining ANY equipment used off the ground
5)driving equipment on the road or,
6)the making of such equipment road ready .
In a Walnut SHELL, They are NOT allowed on MY job site. If caught off site recreationally using are terminated AT ONCE..period.
I pride myself in my career NEVER having an ER visit by ANYONE...A handful of stitches and a sore backs are the sums of all personally injuries. Hummmmm correlation a reciprocal relationship to a Drug free job site aye?
You think you have paper work when a death occurs???? Let one happen on a job site in the USA!!
We all know the facts are, MOST of the people that claim they are smoking while no ones around, and are not in the position anyone other's well being is.....BS. Read some of my earlier post for rebuttal.
1* Most Dangerous jobs in America.

GREAT back peddle ACU... I truly hope in my heart life was not lost as where a "HIGH" might have taken place before the mission and clounded judgment that cause human carnage .
I also question YOUR judgement at 24 to be involved in such rankings of security to turn a blind eye to men engaging in this type of behavior when they may have YOUR own life in their hands... Would you let these men pack your parachute for Ya??

Well Jess,
For starters. You and I both know thst is
NOT
the verbatim email sent, Jess
Just because I deleted it,and blocked you . does not mean I was not anal enough to save onto my PC on my document file...
Since Maryland and The Federal government have Statues that carry fines and prison time for the displaying of emails, and not positive how to interpt them as for posting in an public fourm, or where libel would be applied.
However, you wish to mail me a notorized release to my home address I will be more then HAPPY to post your COMPLETE email here ( not doctored up version)!!
As for the form being about domestic abuse, not children...WTF???
Let me pull some quotes from your OP..
One of the most common things I have read, is that if it's physical abuse, then one has every right to keep one's child away from the abusive parent.
and
What if the father/mother of your child was very verbally and/or emotionally abusive?
Hummmm could be going out on a limb here(hey , I'm a treeguy... I can do that)
Explain to me how this thread was NOT open for discussion of child abuse?? Clearly Jess, your own commencement of this thread was a gateway to a conversation to abuse involving children...
know?

If someone is earning only $25K per year then they need to get an education which will put them into a much higher paying job not just another job.
Newsflash: If you can pass a drug test, pick up 70 lbs, show up m-f,be trusted with a company truck, stay off the cell phone while on the clock, legally here in the USA,and can read N write on an 8th grade level and prove all this with 60 days of employment.... All the work at 40K/ year is here in zip 21161.
Now 2nd Newsflash... Here in the USA it would be 100% perfectly legal to take an ad out in your local..(or deadbeats) newspaper. Worried about legality of posting a picture... Take one of the deadbeat at a gas station (public)
Just make sure all your paperwork can back up your words.. Free country, free press, freedom of speach.......BUT there a word ....
Libel
Opps, some of the fish may already be guilty....

How about abusive email????
Now could a man hater step into the thread and DEBATE those abuse stats... T.Y.
Sure enough one steps up...
Well PWG.... Sorry I didn't jump up and answer your e-mail you sent yesterday evening right away...(FYI) I spent hours going over a court judgement over an aboption case and raising a daughter)
Tree- Since you decided not to reply to my "truce" email
Funny you call it a TRUCE email... I think it was rather abusive and demaning myself(telling me how to conduct myself in the fourms and I need to.....your words
"......need to learn to co-habitate in the same forums......"
WTF??? You can't debate so your emailing one's that don't agree with your post what they need to do to post here ?????
Within 24 hours of your so called "decided to ignore me" your back blasting.
Well, to be totally Frank without to drop everything and ANSWER your email, here goes......It's rather "abusive" if you ask me. Since your last post before it was sent adviced me stop counseling my friends and that you could do without it...
If I were you, I'd stop counseling my friends with their domestic problems. You admitted earlier that after talking to two of them, they KILLED THEMSELVES! Dude, if your advice is so wonderful that it makes people want to off themselves, then I, and many others can do without it.
and also
I will no longer read your mindless diatribe.
Yet you expected and instant reply to your abusive email???? LMAO@U
I was writing to befriend you my dear, so as to test your hypothesis .
As to the rebutal of the link.
I gave you a link to THEIR homepage...you chose to look at THEIR stats...These are not my stats. Pick and choice what you like.
Since the stats in my last post give you the direct source of information for such, I simple ask why you did not just simple go to the Federal Dept Of Health's web site and learn yourself of the latest figuries?????Um you are a computer major, you post
Doubt you'd like what you'd fine... Here again BDJ will educate you....go link here and see that women abuse there own children more then
twice
as often as the father,and
5 & half more times when in another relationship
Comes complete with one of those easy to comprehend 4th grade pie charts.
Now before you bytche it's old cus it is 2004, I doubt our government as slow as they move have anything more updated.
http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/cb/pubs/cm04/figure3_6.htm
Well PWG, though I don't think it's right.
After reading you argueing with people from fourm to fourm, and the email you sent, I would not by any stretch have a problem conjuring up an image of you following someone around the house yapping and being antagonistic until they turned around and lashed out... ironically you'd call yourself an abuse victim.
As a friend
I'd like to give you some advise
. I think counseling is in order. Maybe this would help you with the victim syndrome you seem to voice so adamantly .

because they are not happy with the way they feel... they want to go to a place that makes them feel "good"...
The sooner you feel "good" without a chemical induced feeling the healthier you will be
These are NOT WOWby BDJ....
This is what was taught to me ... as I spent years trying school myself on this matter, as someone that NEVER has gotta high off any illegal subsatance can't understand how a human distroys their life and other's around with NO reguard for the well being of other's all in the name of ...getting"HIGH"
I believe Coca Cola had a Coca derivative in it did it not?
Yes it did. When it stopped I don't know.. The old 1 gallon syrup bottles a in grandmas basement from grandpas resturant had on them from the 50's and early 60's
"THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT CONTAIN COCAINE"
FYI...ACU we agree alot more then you think.... I just play devil's advocate when you "post" putting a hot fireplace poker in someones eye socket...LMAO

Are we to legalise and promote Heroin then I mean its Diamorphine after all a commonly used painkiller all over the world
Or Maybe Cocaine I mean it has medicinal uses as a local for oral and nasal surgery, so lets legalise that then
Wouldn't that be going backwards....????
100 years ago they were legal in the USA.
Herion
was the trade name the bayer aspirin company owned. It was the wonder drug of it's time. Smake oils, couch syrups etc. Yap Bayer aspirin co.1898 The Bayer Company introduced heroin as a substitute for morphine.
In the 1907 you could even buy a little shoot up kits.
Dec 17, 1914 Passage of the Harrison Narcotics Act which aims to curb drug (especially cocaine but also heroin) abuse and addiction. It requires doctors, pharmacists and others who prescribed narcotics to register and pay a tax.
Basically cocaine and herion became illegal with this act in the USA.
why do people get (chemically high)...??
Simple... because they are not happy with the way they feel... they want to go to a place that makes them feel "good"...
The sooner you feel "good" without a chemical induced feeling the healthier you will be.
Why are not so many drugs legalized.... Simple.... because people refuse to control the drug...They let the drugs control them....Problem becomes when it effect thepeople you are drivinge a car around, airplane, train. In the position of safety...health of others...patients,children . etc
"..........hey dude sit the joint done, and grab the treeman's safety line",,,,YEA.RIGHT!!

I see...
One day I'll link up to a judical link to learn the tier system of courts up there.
They thing that gets me the most of the case is the courts to decide the child's well being on what they THINK the future is,,
Correct ,,,,past behavior predicts future actions.
The arguement whengiving the moms freash kids that lost others....." She's changed."
I set in the court room and watched as a women who lost 5 of her kids... Courts had taken them away 15 years before. One died, then a second was removed from the home when she showed up at the ER.... Still keeping 3..... Month later her 2 kids were picked up ages like 6 & 8 because when they got out of school 3pm they were still sitting on school bench 10pm... She signed off ALL her kids to the state.
Are you sitting...........
Fast forward...... 15 years,,, She's in court... government housing, meth program on welfare, and then give her custody of a grandchild....cause her daughter is on drugs.
Spider how would this guy faired with a good lawyer you think???? M. Vanstone was his... Not a doubt in my mine with some resources($$$) and the father listening to me he could have done alot better.
I'm still scartching my head at why the dad wasn't cleaned up.. Maybe he was fighting his lawyers advice.

It truly is a nasty 2 bladed knife.
In one jurisdiction alone in my state we have over 13,000 kids sitting in foster care.
Courts giving years for parents to prove themselves, in turn meaning years that a loving family CAN NOT adopt.
What's really really scary is go google something like... Mom kills child retains custody of others.... dad rapes daughter, but keeps custody, mom chains daughter to bed, but keeps kids..
Go do it.... it will blew your mind..... What was of the judgement statement makes this guy look better then the "weekend" dad's allposted about in the forums here in the pond.

Spider.. I don't think anyone answered... Is this case official closed never to be open???
How's it work up there. Here he'd have enough options to keep 3 lawyers busy in court (s) with dates and motions, and hearings..
All I have to ask is when do they start the mass sterilization program........as this is where this is ultimately headed.
Start with the baby .... Clearly there is a judge up there that can rationalize it with geneic.... Ummmm they predicted the dads future didn't they..
Maybe they could get jean Dixon or Ms. Cleo to head up that brach of the government assigned to the sterilazation program...

Lyrical.... to you really feel okay with the whole way the judical process has now placed ONE judge with the power of 18 years of a child's life???
Plus the whole shady deal of each parents roll?
She actuallly testified against the bio dad for the kid to be adopted.WTF??
Just wondering... Our thinking is rather close of the interest of the child to a degree.
TRUST me I can throw more case law then you could EVER EVER read in the states where parents 10 times worse then this still have there kids.
You have your government deciding how to construct a family.Again WTF....
What's really ironic is the preaching of money by the judge, but care to tell me how many government contracts in Canada are over ran, and racking up of debt???
Okay for the government to not be financial responsible and keep a clean house withthe tax payers money, but this surely was a decided what the bio DAD "MIGHT" earn in the next 2 decades...
Looks like Canada could be headed from family planning as the likes of china....Hummmmm...
Java... that's funny, but not funny..... I got a pretty impressive last 20 years, no drugs or DV, but my first few sheets of my FBI sheet are pretty nasty.

How many times is a drug user mother able to "clean up" while her child is in foster care?
Gotta assume in alliance with this case i9n Canada....um
8 months
I mean the father started may 2006... and case is closed???right?
Here in maryland the mom's don't clean up..... Courts hold a 10 month review after 10 month review, after 10 month review...........( while child is held in temp. foster care case floating not closed/no adoption available)
I personally was witnessing (by docket #'s AND courtroom viewing mom's getting 3, 4 and 5 years)
For phucks sake... I was shoveling money, lawyer
S
,and
MY
petitions at the courts and they STILL give my X over 2 years.

Money???? Well here you go...first the judge said...
90) The birth father had the benefit of an extremely supportive mother
and family and suggested that the environment he could offer met or exceeded
that of the adoptive parents. Rothery J. noted at paras.
Then went on to conclude with his opening statements as
Interpt it how you like
95) I conclude from all the evidence, without hesitation, that Ian’s best
interests are served by granting custody to the Turners. It is clear that they
present an environment that will best provide for his health, education, emotional
well being, opportunity for training and economic and intellectual pursuits.
96) This conclusion must not be interpreted as a determination that
someone is wrong and someone is right. The focus is the best interests, now and
in the future, for Ian. I know that each of the parties, in their own way, hopes for
the same.

All the fish that don't know... you realize the the Judgement is written in such that it has to favor the judge's decision.
For starters not to offend any Canadian FISH.....
Your courts and adoptive situation are F'ed up! F'ed up !F'ed up!
Pretty much the government said.... hey they got more money...period!
I do applaud the government for moving the case so quick. Little Ian would have been 10-12 here. Also the Judge for informing the Adoptive's Dr that Psychology is an "ART" not a "SCIENCE".
Though I got a long and rough battle with my government. I am so so glad to be in USA.
So many points.
First off I truly believe this child will be best off if with the Adoptive parents(even though the Dad is 47 and a equipment operator) if it was done as it is done here in Maryland.
Once a child is put up for adoption ( or the courts take from parents{which a parent/s have to be REALLY screwed up and a LONG LONG process here}) ...
That's it.
bio parents lose ALL contact.
Here the grandmother is friends of the adoptive parents.
She
went to them. It's clear in the agreement that the bio mom got to pick the family, help pick the name and upon contract get to stay involved with the adoptive family if they agree.
First off all that is WRONG.... Secondly IMHO is not healthy for the child.
Now all that said... As the judge went into the GF's parents history...(again the judge has to write a judgement to imply his decision) I am amazed at how bad the dad is suppose to be,
No mention of criminal record, even term of supervision by judicial system .Only a drunk charge of 1989...(Um was he 17?) No mention of hospital stay in an institution.
Basically he has the 1/2 @ss drama that half the these threads are full of and he is POOR...
In closing his attorney was worthless. Probable slipped this guy a release statement to sign so the "Father's for Justice" have rights to any publication deals.
This father's group is as bad the womens abuse groups i posted on this morning.
Again his attorney was a PIECE of SHYTE.
Had that case been here in Maryland or he had a better attorney he may have gotten custody..
I'm really scartching my head why,,, his attorney
A) Didn't clean his finances up
B) Why he hired a half as psychologist( report written strictly on Chatts...WTF?)
C) Why he let the gf's ....parents...back ground into the case
D) Why he even let his client testifly the way he did(sure wasn't coached)
E) Why even with the 8 months he didn't get the Father in his "best" (job/housing/some classes under his belt)
the aforementioned is only the tip of the iceberg, but I only had the 109 point judgement to read. There written to fit the judges actions anyway.
It's true lyrical girls paraphrase of the case, but it really ain't shyte.
Just reading it made me give my daughter a hug. My heart would fight for the child , but my mind thinks that maybe the best is for the adoption, but only if
ALL....I mean A-L-L ties are cut..period.

Shes not on trial here, as she is not seeking custody.
You are correct..... She waived her rights... She waived for the child and the Father at the same time.
1) Can't identify Dad
2) gives up child
3) refuses to let bio Dad have child...
STRIKE THREE she's out... I hope so she doesn't screw up anymore lives while she is still on the planet , she has her womb removed...JMH0...
Anyone want to follow the money????
That's where the real questions will be answered.
By the way the baby is only 8 1/2 months... WTF? Why don't the greedy couple give the child back???

It doesn't look like he was ever CONVICTED of abuse, she just alleged it
Hummmmmmmmm.... she's wasn't sure he was the Dad?? Good lord... that speaks volumes,,,
Mom gives up own child to strangers???Good lord... more volumes too read....
Yep, I'm gonna put mom up on a Cross, and have same conviction of all
HER
testimony.................
Surely her moral fiber is impeccable.
Let me dig through the facts...... wanted to grab the honing stone out of some of the phishes hands before they made it to the guillotine.
Chrips here is a Dad stepping to the plate trying to get his baby instead of strangers raising it.
We can clearly see the intentions of the egg donor. Abandonment and can't pick Dad out of a line-up.

Okay, all you fish that want to drag the deadbeat (mom/dad) to a tall tree and the media internet...
Looking for a link dealing with another cases and stumbled across this cluster-phuck.
Parent (I'm not telling you if it's a man or women)...
Anyways this parent is making triple digit income, and is the sole supporter of their second marriage family. Currently up to date with CS.
Now the United states takes this Lt. National Guard Reservist from his aministrative job for a S&P stock company and sends them to Iraq for a year. Cutting pay by over 50%. Second marriage partner picks up part-time job.
First marriage partner is bytchin about CS being cut in half....
Does this Lt Major go on the deadbeat list????
I knew ther was a protection clause for holding jobs for the deploited to a degree.. There was a recent Federal Case where a small busines owner replaced the deployed and then refused to hold the job..
Off Topic sorta??? Any fish have military family... what is the status quo when deployed as to pay..?

Any other links????? I just have the Judges name.
names? city? date?
Is it officially closed.
Unless the parent is a total F.up here they can file in the courts at so many different angles to keep the battle up for years to over turn it down here.
I want some more info ... as it stands now... something is F'ed up, The Dad or the system...

Crane, let me give you a reailty check... I think the thread was for the occasional tail of something our kids got into..
If you tell me you watch your kid 24/7 I'm telling you that you are full of do-do
You don't shower, load the dishwasher, answer the phone, take the steaks out of the oven, take a dump, or do laundry... I know it's all done while the little one is strapped to your back.
Came back and post when your kids are 18... It only takes a moment for an incident.
For petes sake kids get into shyte even at a daycare.
Hey, the Emergency Rooms accross the USA are full of adults that got into somrthing and now they are being stitched up...
On the topic of OP needing a plumber.... WTF?? talk to any long time plumber that does house calls and he will give you a long list of stories of forks, rings, and other things an
adult
put down the drain..
Yea yea yea... I know accidents..... exactly the same when a kid does them.
I rasied 2 very well behaved boys, but a) they weren't kept in prison under the eye of Warden Parent 24/7 and occuassional got into things.. 99.9% of the time just trying to do or learn something. b) occassional touched things they shouldn't have.
Your child makes it to 18 without being able to tell of a tail of a campfire side parent story???????....

NEVER
a waste of time.

As for Tree well, he and I have had our run ins but on the subject of physical abuse he is oddly vociferous in all of the wrong ways.
Allcrackedup... Run ins????I just calls them as I seems them...WOWbyBDJ. You Win some, You lose some, and some get rained out, but I dress for them all alike.
vociferous?? maybe... I just might be tainted...but in the long run I seek truth. Don't piss in my face and tell me it's raining...(lets play ball)
swallowing the pill of a government that chose to believe heroin addicts, drug dealers, and felons in which it cost myself at minimum 14 months (NO BOND) and absolute minimum of over 100K to prove myself innocent and have custody of my child as I
was
the one that filed custody.
One who sat in hallways while groups like the SARC house coach women..... wear no make-up, wear black, wear flat shoes to appear smaller, inform them NOT to brush there hair , to place an onion in a tissue so as to be able to bring it to there face and induce tears. Members of these organizations that aren't even members of the bar are allowed to sit in the courtroom even as the Judge has everyone sequestered from the case these women are allowed to continue in and out of the courtroom during trial. WTF?? I say
I've seen it at mine as well as others, as I sit in the hallway and spiteful women are coached. Cackling and giggling in the hallway, and teared and somber on the witness stand.
My god boy read some good defense books written by attorneys for men.Get out in the real world, graduated from college and stop hiding behind the computer with such a bogus profile and postings.. (yes yes yes I admit they are very entertaining ...don't go...continue to bring a ray of sunshine to my life with these yarns)
This divorce/custody arena has been turned into the biggest money making circus of modern times. A lot of these so called women's rights groups are just jumping on the last car of the band wagon to profiteer.
My problem in earnest is the perpetual of more victims (dads and kids)
FOLLOWED
by the fact that the more falsehoods of accusations, the less the TRUE victims are vindicated.
ACU: WTF it that crap that you posted... you fed right into the same BS and made my argument for me. All your, more then dozen posted sample polls collective don't add up to 27,000 people out the 6 billion on the globe.
Let me break it down to ya in Big Daddy Joe Stats.
A survey of 3 people, My,myself ,and I was conducted on 1/29/07... here are the results.
.........A current statistical survey in Norrisville Maryland showed that 100% of people accused some POF posters to be full of shyte.
( survey conducted in zip code 21161, in month of January 2007,Titled ..RE:Postings of allcrakedup )
Get my point.. Yea 4 out of 5 people "believe" when the survey is doneat A Puke & Chew Bar at a table of 5.
100% on topic...
Here is a web site I suggest every single single parent put on their favs list.
There agenda is worded on the home page.
SPARC's goal is to ensure that children of divorce continue to have meaningful relationships with both parents, regardless of marital status. We advocate on behalf all non-custodial parents to ensure they get equitable treatment in court and continued access to their children. In addition, we work to promote gender equality in Divorce and Custody issues.
http://www.deltabravo.net/
Here is a stat from there stats page
61% of all child abuse is committed by biological mothers
25% of all child abuse is committed by natural fathers
Statistical Source: Current DHHS report on nationwide Child Abuse
Oh DHHS is the United States Dept of Health and Human Serices
Most likely the worlds largest (budget&finances) health department on the globe. I'm sure they didn't pull their stats for 35 women at a New Years eve party in Wagon wheel West Virgina.
Now could a man hater step into the thread and DEBATE those abuse stats... T.Y.
........ like the child that stomped off to her room, I'm sure you are peeking through the crack of the door as the rest of the thread debates.... here is a web site with all sorts os stats you requested.
Be warned linking to this site... if you are a manhater it's not for you, even though there ageda is for the NCP whatever their gender is.

Another favorite poster, even if we don't see eye to eye all the time
I don't put anything in statistics.
Dicpher what stats you are reading.. tangible is money in the bank... Surveys and polls... very questionable ( look at pool size and agenda, and actual question if you can, percentage and percentiles... see how they are reported and under what wording. Stats are great at times... they also can make anybodies argument at other times. When they don't give the actual source..........look around as you are reading them cus most times you'll think you're standing in themiddle of the barn by the aromia they give.

I dont care if you think you are hiding it and doing it while they are asleep. Kids are smart and can pick up on that.
