Obiously your feelings are invested. I had the same situation twice from the same country. I just put them on the unwanted mail list. Do not chat with him,and in that way he can not ask you for money. Are you rich or something? If yes, help the children or the animals that can not help themselves. This man has some nerve. Does not even deserve an explanation. What are you going to say " sorry I work for my money, and you are a snake using the internet to manipulate lonely women who are desperetely looking company. I am not that desperate. I can find it for free". I think totally ignoring these so called "wise guys" is the best thing to do.
