Don't force them now...have some jalepenos like I did earlier. We don't want those coming out with deformities or anything. Now, sometimes I like to keep previous ones in a bottle, so when this time comes, where you can't seem to get a comfortable release...you just breathe from the bottle, then cover your nose and mouth...and sure enough-it comes out in a hurry!
